Nicole was very helpful and professional. She attempted to repair a difficult rock chip that had started to run. She set clear and reasonable expectations about the problem and the limited chance of success. The finished job looks very clean and I suspect it will hold for a long time and not run any further.

They do free chip repairs on Friday. So amazing. It was super fast and the lady that helped me was super friendly. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

We went in to get some chips repaired in our windshield and Nicole did a wonderful job. She was very helpful and courteous and told us exactly what she was doing through the whole process of feeling in the chips. If you have chips in your windshield I would definitely recommend going there.

Long but worth it!!***We have just started our renovations and came to J P&G because we wanted to come straight to the pros. We started by accumulating all of our supplies and paint samples. Rod was a great help to get us going and we went home to prep our space and pick our colors.The next day when we picked up our sprayer we rented, we didnt have any experience, but figured we would rent an air sprayer instead of buying because our space was small and we got excellent directions and guidance from Jared.When we started painting, we were having such troubles getting the sprayer to spray without dribbling paint everywhere and from coming out of the priming knob. It was a disaster and because it was the weekend we ended up running to Harbor Freight to buy a small air sprayer to finish our job. We finished and knew that it would work, but we werent thrilled but kind of thought we would accept it and move forward.When we went to return the machine to Rob the next Monday, he was horrified to think we had big problems and sent us home with new paint and another sprayer on the house!!! We were floored that they would do that for us and we went home excitedly to redo our project!!We started and again were having problems with the sprayer. We felt pretty defeated and called Jared to see if we were doing something wrong and see what we could do to get it going. Jared actually jumped in his truck and drove out to us with directions from Rod to help us!!! Talk about small town service!!! He fixed the machine and we were up running and done with 3 coats by the end of the day!!!Time after time they have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help us first timers feel ecstatic about our home and encouraged us to keep working towards our goals!!We wouldnt have been able to accomplish our projects without their help, excellent experience and knowledge. Most importantly, their kindness, patience and phenomenal customer service was unmatched as we took on our dreams! We needed a large mirror safely removed and visited Jones to see if they could help. This was Saturday. This morning Mike and Dalton removed the mirror. 10 feet long and almost 4 feet high. They popped it off the wall (17 years it had hung there) and secured the mirror to the truck. Great job, Mile & Dalton.

I recently needed to have a custom sized window replaced in my home. The folks at Jones Paint and Glass were wonderful to work with. Nicole helped me find some inexpensive windows that could be put together to fit the space and remained in communication with me throughout the process. Mike came and measured the opening to make sure what they had would fit and then he and Travin came out and installed the window. The installers showed up right when they said they would be here and worked well together to install the window quickly and efficiently. They also communicated with me as to what they were doing and why. We contracted JP&G July 24 to replace a cracked window and its currently September 25 (60 days later). The job still hasnt been fully completed. I have now been understanding and patient for months. To be clear, this experience has not gone as initially promised. Im currently considering what is required to finish the installation myself

I got there at 5 pm. They closed at 5:30. They had me drive around back, the workers were super nice, friendly, and willing to talk and answer any questions I had. They walked me through what they were doing and were finished in 10 minutes! they even cleaned my windshield leaving it cleaner than when I had arrived! 10/10 Recommend.

Mike and Aaron came and installed our studio window and sliding glass door on a second story balcony. The results were spectacular as it definitely improved the look of an older house. They matched the color perfectly to the trim of the house and the finishing was immaculate. I would definitely recommend them.

I am not impressed with the customer service that this store provides. I was told when I got the space for my mirrors measured that I would have them installed the next day. They were not installed the next day, and they were extremely difficult to work with. Two weeks later and my mirrors are installed. Poor service!

Needed a new frame for glass insert on door. Glass was replaced which was not necessary, and inferior frame was installed.

We moved to Cedar City a year ago and in that time of interacting with several vendors, contractors and others for various goods and services in our new home, the service we received at Jones Paint & Glass was above everyone else. No competition came anywhere close. They not only helped us with replacing windows but months later in getting new blinds for various rooms and helping us with the best material to treat our house exterior. Great experience with Jones Paint & Glass this week! I took a window screen in for repair on Tuesday morning this week. They repaired it within minutes while I was there ordering a mirror for installation. They came the following day to install the mirror, and it looks great! The only reason I gave it one star is because there isnt a zero. I have no idea the quality of their work, because I wasnt even able to get an appointment. The person responsible to set up appointments refuses to return phone calls. Not sure how they stay in business.

We live out of town, so when our windshield broke in our suburban, we were concerned it might be a real hassle for us to get it fixed by the time we drove over to Cedar and tried to fit it into all the other things we had scheduled for the weekend. But the guys at Jones Paint and Glass were ready for us when we got there, done before they said they would be done, and our new windshield looks great. We were driving in from out of town and got a big chip on the freeway. Called them close to closing time and they got us in quickly and stopped the chip from expanding. Great to work with and super fast especially with our loaded van and tired kids.

Their paint matching is amazing. They did such a good job that I only have to touch up the walls with paint rather than start all over. Ive been to Wal-Mart and Home Depot. Their paint didnt match and was pretty sad because I put so much money and effort to just get the paint from them and get somebody to match my color sample. Even then they didnt get it right. Ive been working this winter to finish a few rooms in our basement. Our builder used another paint supplier in the rest of the house. We really liked the color and quality, so I purchased the paint for our basement walls from the same place. They really didnt know what i needed, what paint to recommend ($$$), and in the end.....even with their HUGE sale I left feeling a little ripped off. I went back this week to buy paint for the trim, and after the same poor service; went to Jones Paint and Glass on a friends recommendation. >>>>>>>>>I walked in, gave them the sample trim piece and told them I needed it matched ..even though it was from another supplier. They mixed my paint, recommended brushes and tape I needed, and had me out of there in 15min. I dont normally leave reviews. But wanted these guys to know theyve done it right.It was nice to see customer service and help for a DIY homeowner. The paint looks great, but best of all. I feel like I got a quality product at a great price. Found my new paint guys. Ill be back for everything.

Great quality work, great (and fast) service, and great people! I wish Id taken a before and after shot of my windshield, but it looks a lot better now than it did before I went in.
