I was really hopeful when going to Luis Auto Body that they would be able to paint my vintage Pepsi cooler from the 1950’s. When I asked them if they could restore and repaint the cooler, they assured me that they could. We agreed on a price, and I was hopeful. I even provided a detailed explanation and provided the photos of the coke cooler for reference. Fast forward a year and a month (I’ve checked periodically during this time and was always told to check back), and my cooler is not as I asked. The detail work on the Pepsi lettering is sloppy and they didn’t paint the “drink” part white. They also painted the aluminum handles on the cooler and top, which I asked them not to. Blue paint is also on the bottom aluminum part of the top. To make matters worse, they “lost” the aluminum end caps that go on the four corners of the cooler and expect me to try and find them on the internet! I’m beyond upset and disappointed...! Photos attached for reference. I know this is an auto body shop, however, the service I received from them for my cooler is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional...

Justin was very helpful. Unfortuntely I had to call him repeatedly because I was having an issue with the insurance company and a tow truck company. He took the time to make phone calls for me to get the problem resolved. He kept me informed while repairing. It was done in a timely manner. And the repairs look great.

Carolina is the person in the office and she is so helpful and down to earth, she helped me navigate all the insurance and car rental paperwork after my car suffered a hit and run. am really thankful for their help and service. Very terrible place with terrible customers service, there is a particular Girl there at the front desk that is so arrogant and proud she treats customers like dirt and another big black guy also sitting at the front desk that makes customers feel as if they dont know what they are doing. At different times I have seen customers complain and got so angry that they took their vehicles away. If that shop want to stay in business it really needs a serious overhauling with responsible people to be put in place.

The most important, they do a very good job on Body Works/Painting and Fast! Luis the owner is not very difficult person to deal with...I highly recommend Luis Auto Body.
