They finished my fender in 13 days and it looked great.The only problem I had was the way ound out my car was ready.My rental car company called to let me know it was my last day the policy will cover. I called the shop to follow up and they said it was ready for pick up. I asked when was was someone going to let me know. they said a text message was sent. It was not. I havent to make it there on time.Suggestion: dont depend on technology. Follow up with a phone call.Otherwise 5 stars

Friendly and honest. Didnt like my truck was damaged while being repaired. Cleaning inside after work was done was poor. Also after picking up realize I had a flat and valve stem was damaged.

The staff was nice but I made an appointment for a full car re-paint estimate, just to arrive on time then the guy says .. we cant do a full car.Its ok. Just could have saved me a 20 min drive if the person making appointments knew what services they offered.

My experience here was fantastic. They took complete care of everything as soon as I walked in the door.They took care of all the insurance back and forth and even called Enterprise for me to have me picked up.They did a fantastic job fixing my car and completely cleaned the car inside and out!I highly recommend this shop!

Recently used this location which was referred to me by USAA. Worked mostly with Matt, who was excellent. He did a great job at keeping me updating while my car was being worked on and notifying me as soon as the work was complete. When I picked up my car it had even been washed and vacuumed. Customer service here is great. Only comment would be that there aren’t many places to park.

The staff is professional and totally customer service oriented. Most importantly, the work they perform is the highest quality. I highly recommend this shop for all body repairs, both minor and major.

It is VERY stressful to go through the process of repairing a vehicle. I was given peace of mind starting with the very first conversation. The staff were friendly, informative (loved getting texts about the repair process) and the quality of the repair was 10 star. I recommend this business to friends asking for my suggestions. So thankful that there are still business that care about the customer! The popcorn in the waiting area is a nice personal touch.

I recently had body work performed at ACT and I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and timelines of the repair. My car was hit in a parking lot leaving damage to the driver side front corner panel and bumper. The repair was done much faster than anticipated and it looks better than new! Furthermore, the car came back to me cleaned and vacuumed. Overall, my experience with ACT was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone. In the (hopefully unlikely) event I would need body work again, I would turn to ACT immediately.

My experience seems abnormal. First the good. They did a fantastic job fixing my car. The rear quarter panel had to be cut out and a new one welded in. Looks great. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is nice. Also, the person handling the repair was helpful too. Now, the bad. I reviewed and got quotes from many locations. I chose Caliber because people reviewed they got daily updates. I did NOT have that experience. I had an 11 day repair that was delayed,and I only got the initial estimate of repair, and email saying it was done 20 days later, and a request to do a survey. The first week I didnt call until the insurance company of the person who hit my car said the shop was going to be a week delayed and they couldnt continue to pay for a shop delay for that long. They did extend it a few days to their credit which the insurance company didnt have to do. I called that day to get an update, and every update I ever got from that day forward was because I called. Even if they said I would get a call from them. They never called once. Very annoying, but if I had to have major work done again I may use them again because like I said they did a good job. However I would let them know upfront if that happened again I would never use them again.

I have twice taken my car to Caliber Collision Catonsville and have twice been returned a car with incomplete and/or shoddy repairs. I see no reason to use this shop to repair your car, though I describe my experiences here so that you may make a decision for yourself.The first job was to replace a front fender and respray the front bumper. I was initially satisfied with the repair. The fender and bumper didnt fit together perfectly, but I decided it wasnt worth pressing the issue. When waxing the car a few months later I noticed paint drips on the lower portion of the bumper. I took the car back and the bumper was fixed under warranty without objection from the shop. I rate this experience 4/5. I should also mention that due to an insurance mix up, in no way the fault of the shop, I ended up paying for the entire repair out of pocket. The shop was aware of this and graciously offered to take pictures and provide them to me so that I could use them as evidence for my claim - this did not happen, no pictures were ever taken.The second job, a few years later, was to replace a headlight and the front bumper. Upon receiving the car and inspecting it the following day, I noticed the following problems:A) headlight pointed towards the groundB) uneven gap between hood and fenderC) front bumper missing its, for lack of better word, air damD) front bumper air duct for gear box cooling improperly sealedAfter driving it for a few weeks I noticed the following additional problems:E) front bumper popped away from frame in area of repairF) intermittent clunking noise coming from area of repair under heavy breaking or high lateral accelerationI should have at this point insisted the shop fix all of these issues, but I lost complete faith in them. I fixed issue A myself by reprogramming the headlight. I decided I could live with issue B. I asked the shop to replace the missing part, issue C, which they did after minor objection (the front bumper of this car is asymmetrical; one side has an air dam and the other a duct to cool the gear box. I had to bring up a picture showing this).I was initially most concerned with issue F, so I got the car up on a lift and inspected the suspension and steering myself. Satisfied that there were no mechanical problems, I suspected issues E and F were related (correct) and minor (incorrect) and planned to fix them myself along with issue D.Over the next few months I still hadnt found time to redo the bumper (the closest garage I can use is 90 min. away) and issue E, the front bumper pulling away from the frame, was worsening, so I took the car back to the shop and asked them to repair it under warranty. After initially checking it out, their words more or less exactly were, No problem. This is usually caused by a damaged bracket, well replace it. If thats not the problem, well get in there and figure out what it is.!!!The shop replaced the bracket and it didnt fix issue E, and in fact it made it worse!!! (I come to find later that this fixed issue F, at least temporarily, which confirmed my suspicion that the issues are related - there is too much stress between the frame, bumper, and fender due to a poor repair job and the stress was partially relieved by the shops attempted fix/worsening of issue E.)!!!I was then told that there is evidence of a new accident and that I would need to file a new insurance claim if I actually wanted the shop to fix issue E!!! Ive been avoiding ad hominem attacks for the sake of subjectivity, but at this point the shop tech kept repeating and responding with the same line about a new accident, which was frankly embarrassing to listen to, that I had to ask him to stop so we could continue our conversation. What is this accident you ask? Scraps under the bumper caused by a parking spot stopper, see the attached picture. This is akin to a doctor crookedly fusing your bones together and absolving himself/herself of responsibly due to scratches you received picking blackberries.

Very courteous and professional. Worked with me to get my car back on the road after my accident. Would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs to their vehicle after an accident.

This place is horrible they didn’t fix the maintenance issues on my car they attempted to do body work that I didn’t ask them to do and charged me for it. The paint job was jacked up and the staff was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this Calliber Collision location for anyone.

Chose Caliber from the suggested list the insurance company provided. Very happy with results. Kristin at the front desk offered me a bottle of water (little things like that are remembered!) Christopher didnt mind answering my questions while inspecting the damage. I made the drop off appt for a Monday with an estimated time of 4 days. They got it done in just 2!! I will be back if needed and will definitely tell my friends. Great Job Caliber of Catonsville!

Very poor workmanship. They used parts that didnt fit properly yet still presented the vehicle to me. They left my car with a dead battery . The attention to detail in repairing the vehicle was terrible. I would find another shop. Charged $4600 and gave the car back looking horrible. Shoddy work. Ben failed at supervising the job.

They just couldnt do anything right needed 3 things done new bumper, a new intake , new paint on front fender. So when I picked it up bumper was hanging off a week later the intake fall off while I was driving it. Instead of them replacing it they some adhesive to glue back on which went into the engine and ruined the engine! And to top off it took them 3 times to not get the piant the right color. If I could rate this less then 1 star I would. To top off the customer service was horrible tried to talk me into accepting the wrong paint. Also took them months to do. I went to Arbutus auto body and they fixed everything thing in 3 days and they did it RIGHT!

The Catonsville branch stalled repairs on my car over a month.

The customer service is not personable, friendly, or detail oriented. I came with dual claim. After the pics she took a week before I brought the vehicle in for service. I did remind her it was a dual claim. The provider ensured me she would contact the insurance company for the claim and the vehicle would be ready in about 2 weeks.I did not get a follow up call of any concerns or updates. I called day 13 about 3.30PM. to find out when my vehicle would be ready. The provider said the vehicle was being cleaned up for pick up right now. I was shocked. I asked when was someone going to call and let me know. she stated that an auto text was sent. I never got a text or call. So I had to stop what I was doing and rush there to pick up by 5:30pm.I settled up and went to inspect the vehicle. To my surprise one out of the two claims was completed. When asked what happened the provider stated that the insurance company didnt get back to her. Was the answer.The results:Customer service desk lost revenue for the company by not following through and lost more revenue by losing a customer and referrals as well. The face of your business can make or break you.
