So I tried to be understanding when I waited a hour in the store for info and prices. Then I tried to be understanding when my delivery (that i paid for) was scheduled for between 2-4. I called the store at 430 and was informed that there was a miscommunication and that my furniture hadnt even been picked up, it would be delivered at 7pm. Ok. Delivery came and literally got only my dresser and my headboard. My footboard, platform frame , side rails and night stand were missing. Super inconvenient but they told me they will deliver tomorrow at 6pm. Its 7 now. Still waiting. Contacted corporate and was told it was up to store managers discretion if I was compensated. Talked to the store manager and was informed because I paid in full there was nothing they could do for me, had I set up set payment plans then I could have been compensated. AND the rest of my furniture will be sent in TWO deliveries at some point. Worst experience ever. First and last time going through rent a center.Update: so my platform bed is here and nothing else. The rest will be delivered tomorrow apparently. AND while he was putting together the frame he knocked over and BROKE the screws out of the headboard. I just cant

Shady! They say one thing and dont own up to it. I locked in on a certain date, and called multiple times to confirm delivery, the lady on the desk TOLD me that the payment didnt affect the delivery. After waiting hours after the scheduled time, I call back, and was told its too late for delivery and that I had to reschedule. I ordered a bedroom set, and was promised a new mattress, when it arrived it was used and smelled like cigarette smoke! The pictures are VERY misleading, none of the products were remotely close to the pictures advertised on the website. The prices are super inflated for what you get,(which aint much)....overall its a bad business, unprofessional because of the lack of integrity, and just to costly. Steer clear from Rent-A-Center.

They will call you on the day you suppose to and ask like they try 2 give you a deal or a promotion and then tried to tell you that your bill is due that day and if you one day late they call your job and they will keep calling into they talk 2 you if you keep calling someone job and then they get terminated then how is they going pay there bill just think that’s bad 4 Business
