This is a story about how Judith at the Metro PCS Store helped my mom:My mother had a Verizon account. Good thing, I thought. Ive been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember and I never thought about using another carrier, but when Verizon didnt give my 80-year old mother in Cathedral City any help on a phone issue she had, I ended up flying down from Portland to Cathedral City with sole purpose of resolving my moms phone issue. I went to the Verizon store with her and we waited and waited and waited. It stressed my mom out so much and I knew that we had do something different but I really wasnt sure, until we met Judith the customer service rep at the Metro PCS store. The way she carefully explained the phone, the features, and pricing. She even told my mom to come back anytime if she needed help with the phone or had any questions. I dont know if Judith knows how much it means to me to know that my mother has a place to go to with questions. I feel really great the she and the other people in that store would take such good care of my mom.

The women employed at Cathedral City Metro PCS are helpful and knowledgeable. Not like Thousand Palms, where they lie, GIVE their personal phone number (Natalie) to your boyfriend, and after boyfriend broke his phone for the second time, he asked Jesus to call main Metro PCS to speak with a supervisor, Jesus lied and said they didnt have a phone to call out. BF asked him nicely to please call. Jesus called the police...stay away from Thousand Palms Metro PCS, LIARS, MAN HUNGRY, & WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU INSTEAD OF HELPING YOU.

Great service, although most of the time theres a wait of at least 10-15 minutes once your on the counter your treated as if you were the only customer in the store. The service provided is not rushed.

Britney is the best worker and she deserves a promotion every time I go in she is very helpful and Polite.

Great if you are a certain nationality. You will have to excuse the wait and lack of customer service just at this particular store if your not. Been there many times always the same.

They would get minus 5 if it were an option!Worst customer service, lack of accountability for their errors the list is endless.Im not ignorant to the fact this type of behavior applies to most cell phone companies and business in general.I feel a moral obligation to warn potential customers of such thus allowing them to decide if they want to risk the same experience..

I like MetroPCS, I can use data without needing to depend a lot of money like how many minutes and how many text messages. But paying monthly is a amazing thing. But the only downside is that they do not have other phones like I wish that MetroPCS Should sell Samsung Galaxy note8 and I like galaxy note so much and the curve edge displays. I wish MetroPCS should sell other phones like the GalaxyS9 Plus, Note 9, and other phones that other carriers sell. Tmobile has other phones but MetroPCS is part of if. If I buy the galaxy note 8 at T-Mobile, instead of using T-mobile as my carrier, should I activate the galaxy note 8 to MetroPCS

I was trying to add $5 to my account, I was only missing $5 and just because I didnt made my payment at this store, Cristal said she couldnt add the $5 to my account and send me back to the store I made my payment, she doesnt know about customer service, I called metro pcs since I was far away from that store and metro said she could had just added those $5 if I was paying for them, they actually credit it $5 to my account because she couldnt take my money!
