I got fortunate I found Firestone on Google Maps. I got a flat tire and had to drive to San Francisco the same day. I kindly asked them to fix it as soon as possible. Twenty minutes after the tire was fixed! Plus, the price was perfect: only ~$30 for emergency work. I was so happy that tipped. I never tipped after a car repair before.

Experiences at Firestone have been overwhelmingly positive, and almost seem to get better and better. The speed of an oil change on a labor day weekend alone was phenomenal. No less that after a brief drive and discovery of an AC drainage clog, they were happy to take a moment to blast that clean. Which not having a garage, any sort of workshop, or even decent air compressor and attachments its something Im super thankful they were able to do and do so fast.

Got me in quick in an emergency situation. After looking into it turns out its an engine issue and they were very upfront that they cannot complete that type of work there. Filled up my oil that was dry when it shouldnt have been, did every thing they could think of to try to remedy whatever the issue was before calling it. When I went to pay them for their time and efforts and oil it was free of charge because they couldnt figure what was wrong. They then helped me out with handling the tow I scheduled to pick up to the dealer as I had to skedaddle.Id recommend this place for those simple fixes for sure.

In Palm Springs for a weekend getaway. A freaking cat managed to get INTO the undercarriage of my Tesla. Tesla service & police couldnt help. Chris and Frankie got the car on a lift, unscrewed the carriage plate, & extracted a very angry kitten. Saved the day.

This place is a disgrace to the valley. Avoid them at all costs! They charged my father in law $1400+ for an new radiator which should have been around $800. Then failed to connect the hoses properly and all the fluid leaked out and burned up the transmission. They blamed my father in law although the tech who handled the botched job admitted in front of his manager that he didnt top of the fluids. Neither of the guys there could look me in the eye. I then had to deal with Bridgestone corporate and they conspired with the robbery and told my dad he was on his own and it wasnt their problem. There are so many great mechanics here, go somewhere else. This place is a dumpster fire beware!!!

Busy. Straight forward. Half the employees are great . Others oblivious to customers needs. Bring back the wifi. People have to wait there for hours you cheapskates at corporate

They got things done for the quoted estimate. Even gave me a quote for work I will need to have done. Jeff was pleasant, courteous. I felt comfortable that I was not being ripped off. Like I did at another company. I want to find someplace to take my car regularly. I feel like I have.

Had a terrible experience with them! Went there because battery was dead. Replaced the battery drove home & my car wont start. Had to go back & was told the alternator needed to be replaced. Why didnt they check battery and alternator at the same time? Ended up having to take my car back 3 times because of their sloppy work. They even left tools under the hood and called me to apologize & bring my car back so they could remove them. The treated my car like trash. Dirty hand prints on the interior, lost my reset button cover, and didnt attach the engine plate cover correctly and it started rattling. Sloppy techs and terrible customer service. Never want to see that place again!

Jeff and Richie were amazing! Thanks for all your hard work! I went in for serpentine belt change and brake pads and rotors. The only thing negative I could say is : if you know a guest is waiting in shop because the job shouldnt take more than an hour.. Maybe communicate issues that arise mid job better. I think I asked hows it going? About once an hour. At hour 3 I was finally told we didnt have the part we thought we did so its being personally delivered. I had other errands around town that i needed to do. I may have only one car, but i could have walked to these other errands and come back and still had to wait. 5 hours. I sat around for 5 hours. The staff is super friendly.. But communication could use a little work. Still deserve 4 stars from me💜🖤

I went in for an alignment and balancing then I was told I needed a rack and pinion and both tie rod ends I chose not to get the work done there and soon after driving the truck out the shop a clunking noise was coming from my wheels after being inspected by a trusted mechanic it was soon realized my lug nuts were loose from two different wheels

Called this place if they have a compatible tire for my flat Tesla. The customer representative confirmed that they have the tire, but when the AAA tow service got there, Adrian, the service representative said they dont have it. I seemed that he lied about the tire being unavailable so he can close shop earlier since there was a woman waiting for him.It was Saturday on a Labor Day weekend and most of the shops were closing.So, instead of only paying for a tire, we ended up paying $500 for our car to be towed to our home so that we dont have to be stuck in Cathedral City till the shops open on Tuesday.Adrian could have been honest in the first place so we did not have to waste our time and we could have gone to other shops that are willing to do responsible and professional customer service.

The customer service rep I checked in with seemed like he didnt want to be at work that day. He wasnt rude or anything, but he wasnt really that nice either. He seemed to move slowly and not be in a hurry to do anything. I was the first appointment in the morning, and was able to watch him assist 8 other customers as I waited for my vehicle. Hopefully he was just having a bad morning and he usually is better. I had an oil change, and wheel alignment done. I have lifetime alignment with Firestone. Its expensive for the initial alignment, but free after that for as long as you own that vehicle. I highly recommend it. Overall Im satisfied with the service I received today here.

Do not go here!!! I have a big feeling that all these good reviews are fake every time I go I have to call them out on not actually doing my services today I went in for a simple tire rotation and alignment and I mark my tires because I’ve had problems with them in the past and they did not rotate my tires and this is my steering wheel after my alignment (I’m driving straight by the way)

Installed Firestone app to make an appointment for repairs. App shows appointment scheduled. Arrive at shop at scheduled time and date and am informed oh....we arent taking online appointments today. We can schedule you for two days from now. No thank you, that is terrible. Ill take my business elsewhere. As for the Firestone app.....deleted.

Called this place to get my battery and alternator checked. They said they’d be able to take care of me if I came. So I drive 25 minutes out of my way to arrive here. Once I arrived, the employee at the front said they didn’t have time for me. Why tell me that I can come by and be taken care if you’re just going to waste my time while I have my family in the car. Work on your time management and don’t waste people’s time.

I pull into the already over crowded parking lot. Stand in line for 20 minutes just to be asked if I could be rescheduled... its 120° outside and you turned me down for A/C Service! Next time dont over schedule your books! You ruined my weekend trip and my weekend! I will be taking my business and recommendations elsewhere...

I made a appointment for little to no reason. Still waited about a hour till car got taken in hour after appointment. Said I needed cabin filter when I just bought one less than a month ago installed. Failed to verbally explain vehicle inspection even though marked on paper. Great place for a better than average vehicle inspection for the price. Will bring for inspections not much work though at all! I scheduled a appointment for what they said was needed only to get a additional part found needed ! They do not look through anything thoroughly and just look at one thing and say you need it then when it comes to it they realize they need something else ! Last minute add ons like you quoted me and inspected so stop missing things if y’all really want any business

-5 stars! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! What they diagnosed correctly (lower control arms) was completely overpriced $720. They recommended front and rear brakes as well as a battery corrosion service. However, a reputable mechanic looked at my car and determined that a battery corrosion service was not needed, that my front brakes were still at 90% and my rear brakes were at 40%. He did the lower control arms, a transmission flush (which was actually needed and Firestone missed) and an alignment for under $700. Firestone wanted over a $1,000 just for the lower control arms and an alignment. I dont know what bothers me more....the price gouging or their blatant recommendations of services that were not needed. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this place. Do NOT under any circumstances bring your car to these scam artists!

Tire shop trying to make a quick buck no disrespect just the parts are twice the price of original price and charge absurd labor charges for a uncle level work! Excellent Service Dept. Gustavo, David and Ricardo were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I contacted Corporate to extend our appreciation for their professionalism and work ethics. I took our car recently for a Starter issue/replacement and for new tires prior. I highly recommend this shop.

Love going here, the staff is friendly and communicate well. If I had one complaint it us they seem understaffed for how busy they are.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went in for an alignment after replacing upper control arms and tie rod ends because the boots were shot, which the car drove straight and had the steering wheel aligned perfectly before said repairs, and after their so called alignment my steering wheel is crooked and pulls hard to the right. Tried telling me it could be an issue with my steering rack. Thats funny, never had that problem before. Then said I can come back tomorrow and for another fee I can have them look at it again and possibly fix the issue, which wasnt an issue before coming here. Absolutely terrible. Typical money grab shop not expecting to have a car guy as a customer. Would not recommend this shop in any way. Especially if you have limited knowledge of your vehicle.

I took my car in for an oil change and everything was fine until a few days later when I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor. I looked under the car and discovered that the plastic air dam had been ripped in two. Not only this but the inside of my car was covered with oily fingerprints!Maybe an OK place to buy tires but Ill never go there for an oil change again.

The system for complete vehicle inspection is a half hit or miss. You dont tell me I need the part then I come in and another parts barely been checked.

Bought a set of tires and paid around $70 for balance and rotation. I go back after some time to get tire rotation and balancing and they want me to pay again. Any where alse rotation and balancing is included on the price of original tire purchase.I asked question and the techs dont know.

It was very busy, but they squeezed my car into their schedule, and took care of my problem. Staff was knowledgeable & courteous. Prices are decent.

We use Firestone for routine oil changes and service appointments on our SUV and we rely on them for tire purchases as well. Called the day before and was able to get a next day appointment. Took about an hour and a half for our oil/filter change, tire rotation and alignment. The guys were nice, helpful and fast. Good experience.

Had made my appointment online for 4pm for an alignment job but was called at 2pm that the had changed it and moved me to tomorrow. Way out of my time schedule. Im taking my car somewhere else last minute.

I found the part for 400$ less than quoted When did a mechanic shop ever tell you that? Even though they were very busy, everyone stopped to talk to me about my truck. Made me feel like my problem was their problem and they were taking it serious. The truck had sat in the desert sun for a year. The fuel system totally.gummed up. I needed to drive it to Louisiana. And..I was making a pain of myself. Already 2 days behind my schedule when I found the problem. Ibriham made me feel like a friend. Everyone was like that. I was on the road before expectation and less than quoted. Thank you Inriham, I made it across the country without mishap

Be careful if youre getting warranty work done. You will have to make sure that the appropriate paperwork is actually sent to whoever it has to go to. Spent 3 hours here to get 1 tire replaced Because they said they had faxed paperwork, but they hadnt.

I waited 2HRS to get my oil changed after having an appt at 12noon, so I will probably never go back here again. (They did end up giving me the service free after they saw how unhappy I was, but I still wont go back there again).. I told them Ive been in and out of other places in a half hour or less and they told me they NEVER do it that quicklym... Next time Ill just go somewhere else even if I have to pay a little more.

This firestone in particular i would not recommend. Ordered a tire i needed asap and they told me they would call me when it came in and they never did. They said it would be there same day, waited hours and yet they never called me. Thankfully Costco was able to help me out.

This is the most ridiculous joke of a place. Brought my 2013 town and Country here for a rear brake service, and dropped it off at 1130am. They told me it would be done asap. Returned at 330pm and it hadnt even been looked at. Then at 615 pm after closing they said it wouldnt be done until the following day! Dont bother bringing your vehicles here! If I could give them 0stars I would.

I had a great time buying my tires they were roasting hot dogs and hamburgers they had chips and soda and balloons and it was great but the greatest thing of all is that I got my tires at a discount

Made an appointment for simple oil change gave information of car year make and model. Showed up in time for appointment. Tech on on phone with customer for 10 minutes. Then another call coming in. He started talking to that customer untill he saw me getting impatient .He then put them on hold and took me. Appointment 7:30 am car taken in at 8:15 an. 8:45 am was told they didnt have the filter for the car and would have to order it. But was insured it was ordered an on its way. Mean while 2 customers had been taken for battery replacement and the other tires. The were serviced and left and I was still there.my car was finely done 10:30 am. I made a comment sure took a long time for an oil change and asked why didnt they have the filter when they have all my cars infomation and why make an appointment No answer and no apology. They should just stick to saleing tires.

I usually dont like to write a bad review, when Im not satisfied somewhere, I dont go back. Im a usual customer in this place since 2014, the service is ok but not this time. I asked to change the ties road end, it was their diagnostic, and they did. But, the job wasnt good, the alignment was off, my car drove on the left, not a little bit but a lot, too bad and dangerous.....I had to bring my car again to fix the problem, sorry but a job not complete like that isnt professional. I had to spend 2 uber to move to their garage, and I lost my time. Hope this is was just this time.....

One of the few places open on Sunday which was a great bonus when our car started making loud rattling noises when idling before a long drive back home. Service was friendly, prompt, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Trustable and very kind! I had a engine start problem while I was during vacation on Sunday. They spend a couple of hours and turned out its my smart key problem. They tried to find Lock Smith for me to reprogram my key and didnt charge any bill for their try. Its so impressive cuz lots of autocares try to rip off in any cases
