I walked in without a mask because I have medical exemption not to. This store cannot offer reasonable accommodations otherwise because they don’t have an online shopping and curbside pick up option.I tried explaining the ADA and CDC rules about this to the manager, who was very kind and understanding, but the employees allowed another customer to yell at me and harass me, call me names, and tell them that I’m lying because I don’t have a visible disability.I was asked to leave, and he was not.I appreciate the manager saying he will do research on this, but I’m in disbelief that because I’m not in a wheelchair or have a visible disability that I was allowed to be treated this way. Being harassed for a medical issue is NOT acceptable.

Weak and dramatically overpriced for donated items. Be careful many items still have original purchase price and Revivals price is higher than list price. O even went to their new Indio store. Total waste of time and I doubt it will survive to cover the rent each month.

They have really nice things and a great merchandise layout, prices are good, and the employees there make you feel included and welcome! They have handbags, wallets, jewelry, shoes, and clothes. etc.

It was fine. Odd situation though. Human Resources rep was orienting a new volunteer/employee out in the open on the sales floor discussing topics that should be done in private...ie applicants health, company procedures, etc. I get its a thrift store, but a persons health is not for the public to overhear.

Revivals had been agreat place to shop for many years, unfortunatly the prices have recently gone through the roof. I mean seriously, a single piece of used outdoor furniture for $995.00 , for that price I can buy furniture brand new.

Attentive customer service, quite a few interesting finds. Reasonable prices. Not an antique store, more like an upscale thrift shop. Many items are from the 1940s plus. Very used brand name clothing, shoes & luggage. They have used and new furniture as well. Cool stuff!

Its a store that is, reused items or items at the updated. They have some really nice things there cookware, glassware, light fixtures. They have some decent looking sofas but not a lot of different types of sofas. All in all, if youre working with a budget its not a bad place to go

Who doesnt love a thrift store? This is a great location of one of the best thrift chains in the country. High quality stuff and some new furniture in mid-century style. Ive been to several of their locations and prefer the Palm Springs location. That said, this one does fine.

Ive decorated my whole house on a tiny budget thanks to Revivals. Try to hit all three while youre out here, youll be sorry if you dont. Everything sells very quickly . . . And very cheap!! All the volunteers are so sweet and its a great way to help AIDS research while finding bargains.

I usually visit the Palm Springs revivals. I love the new remodel and I have never had a bad experience here. Great prices on clothing that looks new, and a new furniture line made especially for revivals of course its mostly mid-century modern. The staff here whether they be paid or volunteer are outstanding

As a former active volunteer at one of the other stores, it is painful to say that central retail management neither appreciates nor even bothers to assist us in more efficiently helping with the mission which is helping our clients. Customers notice this and morale among volunteers is low, so low that the store pays rewards for new volunteer recruits (if they stay at least a month or more). More and more of the merchandise sold is cheaply made Asian junk, furniture, jewelry, clothing and accessories. There are no volunteers on the board of directors of the Desert Aids Project (the parent organization) and the store management teams simply tolerate volunteers as a necessary inconvenience never including them in a team approach to effective management. No transparency exists either with DAP or Revivals. Meanwhile Federal dollars contribute heavily to their support (Ryan White Congressional funding).
