No pressure and great customer service. I reclined on the mattress I was interested in and spoke to Ralph and Tristan for 30-45 minutes. I was so impressed by the comfort of the Purple mattress and the friendly atmosphere at Mattress Firm that I went back the next morning and made the purchase. I highly recommend this business. You can buy the same mattress on line, but why not try it out first and buy locally? Same price so it makes sense to see how it feels firsthand.

Ron was amazing! We went in to Mattress Firm with NO intention of buying a mattress yesterday but Ron helped us navigate the store, and guess what? We bought a mattress! So excited to have it at our new place. We have bought mattresses in a box on Amazon and have found that they always disappoint. Great Experience! Spent most of the day looking for a mattress at many different mattress stores in the area. I had good and bad experiences with the salespeople—some were helpful, others could care less and didn’t even acknowledge my presence, and some just wanted to make a deal. In stock and delivery windows varied from next day to several weeks.Mattress Firm was different from the start, I immediately felt welcome. Ron S. was very patient with me while I tried different beds in the well stocked showroom. He answered my many questions while also educating me on the different types of mattresses and the benefits. Oh, the decisions!!!I’m very happy with my new mattress purchase. Ron’s customer service was terrific, as I also called him multiple times with various questions and concerns. The delivery went smoothly and the removal of the old mattress and set up was very quick.

Before walking into Mattress Firm in Cathedral City, CA we’d been mattress shopping for a bit. We tried Tempur-Pedic and Purple in their respective stores, but it was so helpful to try them side by side at one place among traditional mattresses. Having shopped the above options as well as Sleep Number, we learned all about adjustable frames including all the bells and whistles.After trying multiple options and having an informative and friendly conversation with the sales member Christian; we asked tons of questions, we walked out so pleased having just purchased the best mattress and adjustable frame for us (and our money).Thank you Christian and thank you Mattress Firm!

This was a very positive experience for me. I found the perfect mattress and 2 pillows within the first 20 min or so the store was nice and clean and not full of people, but the best part of it was the salesman Ron! Ron is awesome! I haven’t received the bed as yet but the sales process has been very smooth. Christian was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable while helping me find what I hope will be just the new mattress I need. I found a mattress style I liked at another store that Mattress Firm did not have on their showroom floor but Christian and his associate David found it for me in their inventory and did better than a price match. I checked many stores and they were all more expensive than Mattress Firm in the end (adjustable bed frame, delivery and no requirement to purchase their mattress protector). The overall experience was very positive and I recommend them and Christian and David to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Went looking for a memory foam pillow. Tried 4 of them. My favorite was a discontinued model. I was offered the display for 60% off. The attendant was curtious and mindful. I was pleased.

We love this place. Finding a mattress that both my wife and I liked proved to be a great challenge. We decided that we wanted a Purple number 3. After 2 months, neither one of us were sleeping well and it was only getting worse. Since the mattress came with a 100 day satisfaction guarantee, we decided to return the mattress. Tristan, the store manager, didnt even blink an eye when we asked to return the mattress. He was more than accommodating. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

The mattress that we had purchased online was not at all what we wanted. The return process at Mattress Firm, and the selection of a new mattress, went very smoothly. Kyle answered our questions and made recommendations and observations on several mattresses, but was not pushy and there was no sales pitch for one mattress over another.

I visited the store with the intention to try out the purple beds and buy them on purple website. Once I came to the store Zach was incredibly helpful explaining to me all the differences between the different models and what types of beds work best for different sleep positions. He came off as very honest and genuine in his suggestions and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything specific. He was able to match all the deals purple was offering me online and even did one better by giving me a better pillow and being super accommodating with the shipping. I didnt expect to buy my mattress from mattress firm but I was so happy with my experience in store that I chose them over buying online from purple.

We purchased our first mattress from Zach and the entire experience was amazing. We spent time in the store and selected the right mattress that met our needs. When we decided to purchase a second mattress, we want online to order the same mattress Zach helped us select. Mistake! However, Zach helped us w/ some delivery/inventory issues and got us an upgraded mattress four days later.

It was a nice experience and they did there research to give us a same price and a little cheaper . The only downside and it is not there fault they didnt have some of the bonus items in stock but they substituted ones good service and polite and made sure the place was clean

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Cathedral City. I walked in thinking that I wanted a certain mattress, and walked away with a completely different one that actually works for me. I also got the adjustable base and was able to apply the $300 gift to the price of the base! What I especially appreciated, was that Zecariah didnt once try to upsell me. He let me take my time and figure out what I really wanted. It was a great experience, and I would recommend everyone to check it out.

Honestly there are like 6257 mattress brands out there and I didn’t want the ship open the box and try it out so we went to Mattress firm in Cathedral City. The gentlemen and Manager Caitlin were super nice and we’re able to help us make a choice. We got the Purple3 they only have them to try at that location in our desert thus far. Also the delivery was great they set up our adjustable base and everything. Overall great experience and I would recommended them.
