Great sausage, we stock up when its on sale. Its lean and tasty. Nothing is cheap, but consistently high quality. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great store with quality foods. Not for your every day shopping if you are on a budget, but a great place to treat yourself to high quality products. This specific store has an eating section for sit in lunches. A Poke bowl for $9.99 cant be beat. The layout is nice, the staff are friendly, and the store is very clean.

I love, love, love suggesting to my customers at the hotel where I work to go to Castle Rocks Whole Foods Market. Of all that went there I have yet to hear ANYTHING BAD. I was at Whole Foods in Castle Rock, CO yesterday around 6:00. First of all, the gentleman in produce was tremendously helpful in making sure I picked the best produce for my dinner plans. Then the gentleman in the Cheese section helped me find the right cheese. As I was leaving, the deluge started. Because I’m using a cane right now, I was unable to run to my car so I decided to wait it out. Several employees noticed and after an hour with no letup, they offered me an umbrella to go to my car and drive it up so they could load my groceries. When I got to the car I was unable to close the umbrella and an employee ran out to rescue me. I drove my car up, they loaded my groceries and I was on my way. I wish I had taken names. They were so kind and concerned. I appreciate gestures like this when I hear so many stories of folks not caring. Thank you Whole Foods employees.

Staff not very nice or helpful

Helpful as soon as I walked in with am Amazon package to return! Also so patient and kind showing me how to find the in store code on the Amazon app.

Not too big, usually not too busy. I often prefer coming here over King Soopers just because its less busy. Very expensive as usual though.

Ordered a porterhouse steak for Father’s Day. What I got was basically a bone in NY strip. To be fair Amazon did refund the order. Also the quality of the meat was good. Just can’t understand what self respecting butcher would sell this as a porterhouse.

Vast selection and self checkout needs to be a thing at all Whole Foods.

This is a very solid whole foods location, its smaller than some of the whole foods around the area, although its super clean and easy to find things. The meat counter and bakery are awesome, and the employees have always been pleasant.If youre cautious about COVID, this is a great place to come as they take the cleaning & distance seriously.

Love that this place is always spotless. I have never felt that this place is any less clean than on their opening day. The produce is always fresh. My husband loves the fresh scallops and frozen bang bang shrimp. There is a large local beer selection. The cheese selection is fabulous. I havent eaten at the ramen bar yet. But there is an outdoor patio with a fireplace that would be awesome for ramen.

My first visit to this store. They have several types of meal ready to cook. I purchase 2 of them. They look fresh and I plan to cook one of them tonight. The vegetables & fruits look bright and inviting. They do have the mult-colored carrots that are hard to find a Kings or Safeway. The bakery items look & smell yummy. Nice selection of standard and exotic cheeses.

You pay, but you get quality. Best dammn cantaloupe Ive had, since straight out of a garden.

I loved the bakery! So many delicious choices. The store is nice but some prices were a bit higher than usual. Thats why it was rated 4/5. Otherwise, great store.

Its a nice clean store well-stocked friendly employees however I prefer some of the other Whole Foods because theres not so many little kids

I love the quality and selection here. The store is welcoming and the options for ready made food are great. They have a ramen bar nom nom. And the marinated kabobs that we got for Fathers Day were amazing. My only regret is that I didnt get one more.

I stopped by for a few things and came out with some treasures, smoked fish very good with many flavors varieties, shrimp and some mahi mahi very fresh, which I cooked for that night. All very good, and the counter help was friendly and helpful, also I met the gentleman who smoked the fish and gave me the info on all the flavors of the smoked fish . This alone was customer service 4 stars this alone . Truly a plus for W F relations ,great service. Thanks again, this made my cooking easy that evening.

I got ramen noodles and beer. Ramen noodles. And beer. How is that not a perfect combination. They also sell cheese here. Strange mold I cannot pronounce. Busy place.

5 Whole Foods employees came out in the middle of a winter storm with a shovel to help get my car out of a spot that wasn’t going to move. I wasn’t even in the parking lot, just in the buildings line of sight and radius. Give these men raises cause if they’re going to go through that much trouble, I know they’re amazing workers.

This is a brand new Whole Foods. They have awesome produce and fresh meat and so many organic options. Their 365 brand is affordable. Nice people work there and its clean.

I went to the new Castle Rock Whole Foods today and it was such a pleasant experience! I interacted with around 5 employees over the course of my visit and each one was helpful and super friendly. The store is clean and organized as well as fully stocked. Zero complaints and 100% pleased with the experience. Exceeded my expectations. Shout out to the nice young lady from Iowa and I am so sorry I forgot your name, but it was delightful to meet you! Overall, I highly recommend this store! Thank you, Whole Foods in Castle Rock!

So happy to finally have a Whole Foods in Castle Rock! The store is quite modern and well stocked. Employees have been pleasant and helpful. The self checkout option is nice if you only have a handful of items. My only recommendation is to put more employees on the cash registers, there is typically a long customer line with only 1 - 2 registers open whenever I go.

Service was a little spotty they were closing up when I was there but I was asked several times if I needed anything pretty good place to shop Bud expensive

If you love Whole Foods (I do) you will love this place. The best thing about it is the people and their skill - the meat guys will gladly remove the silver skin from a pork tenderloin and the deli folks are masters at thin-sliced meats. I ordered prosciutto today and the woman who cut it took the time to make it see-through thin. It was amazing and I want more already! Checkout guys are nice. Only downer is they don’t have a bread slicer - I love their rosemary sourdough but it isn’t often available sliced.

Very new location and really, really nice. Definitely bigger than the Whole Foods that I have in my area and the selection here is very diverse. I think its because they have a lot of real estate and the store is very large.

Went in to buy several poke bowls and was told we are closing at 7:30pm the time was 7:20pm. The reason was because they weren’t receiving orders, I’m being told this while trying to place a order....

The Ramen shop is good! Chantilly cupcakes are amazing!

Been ordering delivery online from Amazon and my orders usually get here in ~1hr. Can’t beat that! The quality of my food has been great as well.

I love Whole Foods Organic, Natural, fresh and clean

The prices are high but they carry some foods that I have trouble finding elsewhere, such as gluten-free options. I typically order through my Amazon app and either do pickup or delivery. The line in store tends to be long.

Up scale groceries. Having a noodle bar and pizza is great. May make more use of it once COVID issues are resolved.

I went in looking for a specific item. Found it, but expiry date was within a few weeks. Decided to go elsewhere and found what I wanted with 2 years until expiry!This whole foods store was not busy and seemed organized. Prices are inflated on some things. I may be back if I am in the area.

Very nice and clean place. Employees are friendly and the items are normally fully stocked. My only issue is that no matter how crowded it is, they only have one register open and they expect everyone to use self checkout.

Love shopping at Whole foods everything is fresh and great variety of items. When I was there the pumpkins were so beautiful, it was like straight out of a fairytale😊

Great store and it was not busy at all

I’ve enjoyed the Ramen bar here since they opened. I have no idea what happened tonight as it was the absolute worst ever. To put it in perspective a cup of noodles would have been more appetizing.The noodles were over cooked and gummy. The broth was okay but a lot spicier then usual. On top of that 2 small cuts of meat.Not my idea of a $32.23, with 20% tip, dinner for 2. I just might be done here, sad...

Nice grocery store

Brand new and very clean not just from a dirty perspective, layed out nicely. I really like the self checkout stations - No waiting. The butcher section is really nice and well layed out especially for COVID. The only negative is the fish station - they guys just are not as good as the crew in Highlands Ranch thus only 4 stars

Great grocery store just pricy. However its expensive to eat organic and healthy. They have a great selection of so much and I can find plenty of options to trick my kids in eating healthy too.

Horrible customer service. I had a refund and an employee who seemed like a manager (her name is Audrey) was incredibly rude. Didnt even look me in the eyes or hear half of what I said and did not acknowledge me in any way or even say goodbye to me. I told her to have a good day and she just completely ignored me. So so rude and not the way you treat a customer. My daughter was with me (shes 4 years old) and im sad she had to witness me have an interaction like that with someone so careless. I find it funny how these new age spiritual people with sacred tattoos and all that are usually the most cold and unloving people. Please hire someone who actually has the simple skill of being friendly.

I cannot understand why management would let Whole foods sell pizza. It was the worst pizza I ever had. The crust is so thin you can see through it so it gets hard and crunchy. They charge over 25 for a large and it’s not organic. The crust was different on every slice and it was cooked tooooo long.Maybe an idea, hire someone that knows and cares how to make a pizza. You could give it away and I bet no one wound care. Plus hardly any toppings. For 25 you would expect plenty of toppings. Stop charging so much for nothing.

This is a new store and is nicely organized. The bakery has delicious Tiramisu dessert in several sizes, including sheetcake. Staff is friendly and helpful.

How is there no phone number? I’m this location is awful! Especially since I live in Centennial and my Prime order comes from here. It’s hardly ever stocked with BASIC items and I inevitably end up having to make a run to Kings because things like chicken or milk are out of stock.The Whole Foods in Highlands Ranch and off of University are great, but orders coming from here are a terrible experience.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all so I don’t know why the workers were being lazy and spacing out. No one at juice bar. The deli workers took awhile to notice me and take my order. A guy took my order at the deli and then made someone else do it. Also the carts are smaller than other Whole Foods locations. As I was loading my groceries on the conveyor belt, the worker helping the cashier started to put the bags on the ground. DURING a global pandemic. I don’t want my food and bags (I’m stacking them on top of each other since carts are small) to touch the ground where hundreds of shoes touch a day. Disgusting. Bought a few small pumpkins and the cashiers broke the stems. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Never too crowded, managed to get cut Dry Aged Ribeyes which never happens anywhere else, unless you buy the entire cut. Self checkout is always fast, the mushroom selection for the middle of winter is very impressive! I had no idea Whole Foods makes traditional Style Italian pizzas! Im coming back soon for one of those. This place has gotten so much better since Amazon took over. But this location is perfect. I do not however enjoy how many blonde women in there late 30s early 40s in their SUVs act like they own the whole isle they are in but that is a huge problem in Douglas County to begin with. This isnt whole foods fault just their demographic unfortunately.

Me and my family travel a lot in States. I can say that it one of the best store in a whole country! Nice people, huge selection of goods! Thanks guy for you hard work! Good luck to all of you!!!☺️

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Every single employee I came across was very rude and not the slightest bit helpful. It is shocking that such a big company has some of the worst employees I have ever encountered. After shopping there, it truly ruined the rest of my evening. Highly recommend shopping at Trader Joes instead.

Nice clean store well stocked with a ton 9f employees. Problem is all the employees are to busy to look up and say hi and help their customers.

I have been in your store on several occasions and there is a young blonde girl that works in the Ramen/ Sushi area that does not wear a hair net or hat. I watch her hair fly around and it’s very nasty. I can’t stand eating other people’s hair. I look around and other departments have hair nets and or hats?? The one department I especially like to go and buy from can’t comply! Sorry Whole Foods but this is just not good hygiene and very unacceptable!!

Hands down the best whole foods was in line with my disabled veteran grandpa and even after handling a disgruntled costomer still greated with a smile not only that but made shopping during this pandemic a good experience i wish i knew this managers name to give credit but she had long black curly hair

Woohoo! The Castle Rock Whole Foods just opened to the public on June 28, 2020. So excited to shop!

You have a deaf person come in and are rude to them about a mask!! Will never ever go back after seeing what you did to that lady. People with actual medical conditions dont need you making them feel stuid in the hard times. They are struggling enough.
