Starbucks is Starbucks. However, the staff here are quite friendly and they keep a neat, tidy and efficient eating area and they were friendly. Takes a coffee shop and makes it the 3rd place that Starbucks wants it to be. Keep up the good work!!

My family and I live just down the street. This is our neighborhood Starbucks. We have lived in 7 states over the past 10 years and to say I’ve patronized my fair share of Starbucks and coffee shops- that’s an understatement haha.This Starbucks is hands down the best! Why?? The people, specifically Kayla, the Store Manager. She is the most amazing, beautiful, kind person and she runs her business with so much joy and energy. There’s a reason her location is teaming with business. For me, Starbucks is my modern-day Cheers. Kayla was literally a stranger 4 months ago and to have her now feel like a friend is truly unbelievable! She’s kind to my kids and she works so so hard! Her team is also so wonderful and create a personal experience.Can I just put two tea bags in a cup at home? Yes. But I want the connection and convenience and a community feels. Sounds cheesy, sure. But it means so so much! Kayla and team, y’all are INCREDIBLE!!!! Thank you for all you do!

This Starbucks has a great outdoor patio. If you choose the right seat you have a great view of the mountains. I have always had a good experience here so far.

We came through this Starbucks Last week, we are from Oregon we just cruised down there to check it out have never seen Denver before . There was a young guy that was supernice had great customer service helping us,We were talking about our dogs and how we were from out of town. We started rolling into the outlet mall and he came running up alongside the window because we forgot our card . We all thought that was so cool and appreciated it very much so . Thank you dude ✌🙏

They always make my drink just right!

This location is a good one. Staff let me sit all day (bought like 20 bucks of stuff) and charge up my gear (Im a backpacker), they were nice enough and the store was in a great spot. Clean and down to earth unlike many California locations.

Fast service despite being in a very high traffic area. Friendly staff, clean building, and very good customer service.

This Starbucks is a great midway point between Denver and Colorado Springs located off of I-25 and then west by the Outlet mall. If you need a really hot cup of coffee to boost your energy level then take a pit stop at this Starbucks! The place is busy enough that the coffee is hot, fresh, and flavorful! There was pure satisfaction on the chai latte which was purchased during the same visit!

This locations customer service could be better. It took a little while to ge through the line to the pick up window. The drinks were good though.

I didn’t catch all of the girls names but they were absolutely amazing I was wearing nothing but bees stuff and they actually mentioned it with a sweet note that made my day , it’s said “ thank you for 🐝 who you are! 😊” well thank you for making my day!!!

Large seating area, and patio with views. It is right next to the outlets at Castle Rock you can just walk across the parking lot. The employees were friendly and helpful. This is one of the first Starbucks Ive been to since covid-19 where I have actually seen the workers cleaning around the store and all the tables. I ordered a latte with no foam and no room at the top. but they didnt make it that way.

This is a huge and very busy starbucks! The staff give great and friendly service. They just need to work on speed. Other than that its a great and well worth stop for coffee or a small breakdown!

Apparently nobody at this location knows how Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brews are made? Everytime I come here, they get it wrong.Instructions: Sweet Cream blended on 3 or 4 with 2 packets of Salt. For Grande Cup: 4 pumps of Caramel (in the coffee, not the foam), then NITRO Cold Brew up to the first rim of the cup. Does NOT come with ice. Pour Foam on top.

Ordered a cold brew and their machine broke. Finally offered me an iced coffee after the rest of my group had already finished theirs.

Good Starbucks location, my personal favorite in castle rock. Its in the outlets parking lot, they have drive thru, and the staff is well trained and courteous. They do get very busy at some times, just like most Starbucks, so arrive early if you normally stop in during those rush hours.

Amazing store! The manager (a guy whose name I can’t remember) gave us two pieces of free pumpkin bread because we had to wait a little bit for our coffees. He also wished my wife and me well on our trip out east to Chicago. Great store and if you have a chance stop by because the customer service is second to none! Thanks again everyone!

Fairly helpful guy at the register explained to me how I would be able to get the happy hour discount without using the app to pay, which was pretty cool of him because I didnt know that was possible.Theres also an outlet in the bathroom here, which is another super amazing feature for a Starbucks to have and its rare that I see it!I mean, come on, who can deny the convenience of being able to poop and charge your phone at the same time?

If you can go to a Starbucks further away, I’d do that. I haven’t had good experiences at this one. I am a huge Starbucks fan but this one seems to have employees that aren’t looking to give a great customer experience.Employees have seemed like they hated their life and are not friendly, as well as do not fill your drink up all the way. Worth the drive to go an extra 5 min to another Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks and frequent it. They’re fast, their drinks are always good. The only downside is that they don’t wipe off their drinks or they place lids on overfull drinks causing them to spill over. It’s happened on three separate occasions, and today’s victim was my brand new white skirt. Ask for napkins!

This is a great location, especially if you are visiting the outlet malls. Anytime I need a pick me up before doing all of our family shopping I run into this Starbucks. Its clean and the service is always fast.

Actually a pretty good Starbucks. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Well-natured people work there. True to Castle Rock people ( I know, I live here) they are demanding and tend to be unfriendly. Not fair since the staff is so great and the coffee incredible. Great service to be sure, just rotten crowd goes there.One of the managers, Peri, is awesome. Very dedicated, nice, and an awesome host.

A new location very well kept. Quick service and next to the Outlets in Castle Rock. For coffee, tea, or a snack a good place to stop. We were there about 5:30 or 6pm on Saturday, was quite. Good time of year for outdoor seating just before sunset.

Its great coffee but four stars because I have gotten a bit better coffee its mostly the ingredients but its a great coffee place

If it werent for coffee Id have one less reason to live.

I had a green tea latte which was very good. I did forget that the green tea powder has sugar in it and I am trying to be sugar free. I will know for next time.

Hours of business are not updated. As of this week they are now closed monday and tuesday, and open at 7:30am the rest of the week. So much for morning coffee anymore.

Even though I ordered through mobile app, they didnt make my order. I had receipt on my phone, but they dont have my order on their system. I have been this situation four times.

This location is pretty good, but you have to check your order before you leave because they assume too much instead of really paying attention to each drink order. Hey, you may just end up with an extra free drink or two - that you may, or may not, like - until they get your order correct. 😜

Decent place to grab a quick frap, cup of coffee or a snack, location is really busy so expect long wait times. This location is too noisy so I wont go there for any kind of work that needs focus. Convenient located right next to the outlet malls.

Very good service; fast and kind. Their sandwiches are incredibly good. Ive had their chicken and basil pesto sandwich, and their egg and sausage which were both great! Their egg and bacon was okay; the bacon was very undercooked though so I couldnt eat it and that was disappointing. Otherwise everything has always been great! And they always get my drink orders right and dont act annoyed when I ask for extra chai or caramel.

Drinks were good, staff was friendly, but the wait was a bit too long and the place was trashed. I could tell the staff was working hard, but the sittingane creamer areas should never be that dirty. The staff was so fun I hated giving this 4 instead of 5 stars.

I dont like Starbucks over priced

This Starbucks always takes the longest to make your coffee, yet we still go everytime in town with it being by the Outlet. This day very few cars in the drive thru but the wait still extremely long. They need to hire more people of something, waiting 15 minutes for coffee is pretty long.

All Starbucks are NOT the same. The service at this location is an even higher quality than what Im used to. When the service is that good, the coffee tastes even better. :)

Its a fast pace environment. Not a place to study or have a meeting. Good service and efficient

The baristas at this Starbucks were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel as though I was a local patron and not a visitor passing through the area.

Slowest service ever. Consistently. Its 7:40pm on a Tuesday night and there is one car ahead of us and almost no one inside. We have all been sitting here for over 5 minutes with still no progress. The staff is all incredibly young and always flippant. They make it seem like you are annoying them instead of being thankful that we are tolerating their horribly slow service and still buying their coffee. Its one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

Every time when you are far away from Miami, My Café Cubano is being substitute by my double shot expresso coffee in Starbucks, Love this double expresso shots.

The coffee is expensive and everything else they have is overpriced. The coffee itself is mediocre and always tastes burned.

The wait time inside was ridiculous to get the coffee after ordering. The drive thru was moving much faster. Once we got the coffee it tasted horrible. Thankfully there are two Starbucks in town. Avoid this one!

Crew is friendly and getting into their groove. My drink has always been exactly as I order it. Demanding customers and those with a sense of entitlement hold up the line. Lots of folks order many drinks at one time yet the baristas work fast to accommodate.

Busy as most Starbucks are. Pretty good place to go and do some work if you need too.
