I had an issue when getting new tires at discount tires and they sent me next door to brakes plus to look at it. They quoted me an absurd amount of money for some repairs so I brought it to Wessbecker. Ive brought a lot of work to them in the past and completely trust them. They gave me a fair quote, were faster, and i know the job was done right. I would recommend them 100%.

The clutch was making unusual noises on my jeep wrangler. Coincidentally, I just recently had new tires installed at different shop where they told me my front brakes needed to be replaced. Since Wessbecker quoted me a great price on the clutch replacement, I asked them to take a look at my brakes as well. Upon looking at the brakes, Wessbecker advised that the brakes had more than 40% wear left on them and that they did not need replacing. This is honesty and they earned my trust. Few other shops would have just walked away from the revenue. So, not only did I get a great repair on the clutch, but I found my auto repair shop for all my future needs. Thank you Wessbecker for treating us honestly and with respect.

Best in Castle Rock by a long shot in a lot of ways. Honest, courteous, family owned and run, and easy to get to. Skip the corporate shops and go here instead. Very happy I found this place and will be will be going back for all repairs in the future.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust!Listen, I know a lot about cars and I really take care of my car. And thats why...whenever I would take my car into a mechanic...I would know when they were being dishonest and trying to rip me off.In fact, I had resigned to doing all the work myself. But when my suspension started making a weird noise...I knew it was out of my wheelhouse. So I looked online to find a mechanic that seemed somewhat trustworthy...And I found Wessbecker.So I took my car in and they found the issue...A stabilizer bar that was moving a fraction of a centimeter... causing a clicking noise. Jason personally took me back to the garage to show me. Its a $200 fix but...Jason explained how it wasnt going to hurt my car or tires... or anything...And that I could fix it or not... she that it was my call...Well, I chose to fix it because the sound is really annoying ... and they did great... but more importantly...I found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic... and you should DEFINITELY give Wessbecker a chance!Thank you!

Very honest, They will get to the bottom of something even if it doesn’t benefit them financially. They are reliable and trustworthy. I recently moved to Centennial and so took my car to a different shop when I was in a pinch, and almost paid to have a completely new engine. My mom has used Wessbecker for years, so I took it here for a second opinion and they saved me a ton of money and took extra time to work with me to figure it out. (And this isn’t the first time they have come through for us!) I won’t use anyone else!

This is the second time in less than 2 months that Wessbecker has come through for me with my automotive repair needs. The first time I took it to a chain repair shop and was told that I would need to spend $1200 for a repair that didn’t even need to be completed and would not have solved my issue anyway. Wessbecker repaired my car and got me back on the road for half that and fixed the issue the previous repair shop failed to identify. The second time I needed a new starter. They pulled my record and since they did the work before they completed it under warranty with no money out of my pocket.Simply put… Wessbecker is a local auto repair shop with the integrity one could only hope for. They know what they are doing and will treat you right!

Honest and kind. We were told from another place it was my alternator, but when Wessbecker tested it, they confirmed my husbands original thought, which was a battery. They let us go free of charge since its something we can do ourselves.

The big box store I usually go to told me that I needed to take my car to the dealer. Wessbecker said nah, we can take care of you. We have been coming here for years. We trust them completely with all their automobile knowledge. Amanda, is amazing. She went way above and beyond with her customer service. Our, truck didnt pass emission test. They didnt find anything wrong with the engine. Amanda, took it upon herself to take my truck back in to the emission place and got it tested again. It passed. We really appreciate her and the entire Wessbecker team for their excellent customer service

They told me what was wrong, and more important, told me what wasnt wrong and I didnt need to worry about! Suspension work and exhaust work ended up not being needed so I had them do my oil and brakes!

This place was great!! We were broken down and desperate on a road trip and they were full up (no mechanic was available at all in the city actually) but upon speaking with us he squeezed us in finished it in the same day and saved us I don’t know how many hotel nights here; plus he not only didn’t jipp us he wiped $50 off the bill! We were so grateful I recommend this shop if you have an option 😃

I recently brought my truck into Wessbecker to have repaired. Everything went great when it came to repairing my vehicle. I was advised it would take a week before they could get to it but much to my surprise the repair was done few days ahead of schedule. The price was reasonable and my truck was fixed. I picked up my truck the following day and noticed my tachometer wasnt working. I didnt think much of it and I didnt address the issue right away, which come to find out was a big mistake on my part. A day later I attempted to try getting the tachometer to work and when I opened the hood of my truck I noticed something was missing. The A/C compressor was gone. I immediately contacted Wessbecker under the impression that maybe the compressor had to be removed in order to make the repair. Much to my dismay that wasnt the case. The tech mentioned that he was able to work around the compressor and it was never removed. He did advise me that he would review the security footage and get back in contact with me. I believe my compressor had been stolen overnight while in the custody of Wessbecker. This is an unfortunate situation for both parties involved. I now have to pay out of pocket to replace the stolen part and installation. I cannot trust my vehicles to be in the possession of Wessbecker for the future and cannot provide them with an honest reference. This is not an attack on the service that Wessbecker provides as I believe they are a skilled, diligent and honest company. I feel others should be made aware of my experience so that these situations can be prevented.

They have my business for life.How often do you see a full service shop with 5 stars? I took our Astro Van in for a bad compressor. The first thing that surprised me was, they only schedule by appointment. No more dropping off a vehicle and then waiting. They get you in and out. They called me two hours after drop off with an exact price. I came by the next day and picked it up. Now, here is where the five stars came in.My van, the age that it was, had another issue with the AC. I called up and they offered to get it in that day. No big, I took it back a few days later. Turns out, there was a related issue with the rear AC. Because they are pros, they fixed it all up and made sure to do some other needed preventative work. The fact is, old cars crop up with other issues even after the initial repair. They fixed the secondary issue at a fair price and I Walked away happy. Its getting hard to find shops that actually repair instead of just throwing parts at a problem.

Extremely positive experience with Wessbecker Automotive. I want to personally thank Jason for all his help. My wife and I were traveling to Durango and unfortunately our camper van broke down on I-25. Our rear axle seal and bearing broke. We called Wessbecker. They helped arranged a tow for us. The tow company was prompt and very helpful. We arrived at the shop and because we were from out of town they fit us into their busy schedule. Within an hour Jason had called us gave us an estimate and told us he can get the parts needed that day! After a few hours they had us back on the road. I never write reviews but in this case I feel credit is due. Thank you for all the help and understanding of our situation. its nice to know good honest people still exist.

Great job, they replaced my radiator and got it in and out same day. I asked them to check the transmission fluid and they told me it looked fine except being a quart low, pretty much unheard of from most auto shops. I had also recently added some oil and had accidently left the gas cap off. They replaced that for 7 bucks. I will be using them in the future for sure! Thanks Jason and (courtney?)

I am from Pennsylvania and am driving a 20 year old van across the country. While on my way through Illinois, by tail pipe lost a hangar (which was temporarily wired up). Driving through Kansas , there was such a strong crosswind that the van was kindof osillating. I wondered if the shock obsorbers were needing to be replaced. Then my odometer stopped working... But started again about 200 miles later.After arriving in Castle Rock, I took my van to Wessbecker and they could have taken me for a ride. They checked everything out and said the only thing I needed was a new hangar for the tail pipe. Total cost $73.Thanks for the honesty!

My diesel truck was having a troublesome electrical issue. The first shop I brought it to had it for a week, and couldnt figure out what was wrong (but replaced my alternator). The second shop I brought it to had it for two weeks, and misdiagnosed the PCM. Wessbeckers had it for a mere two days, and fixed it! I am so relieved to have this taken care of! I wish I could bring Wessbeckers across the country with me.

Very disappointing service. Got stuck on I25 a few miles from home due to them not tightening the lower radiator hose. Then a couple of months later, had to take my vehicle to another shop to fix the same issue it was brought in for because they jerry rigged repairing the thermostat housing.
