It is completely unacceptable for a place to hire people that are rude to their customers. I’ve been to other bravo locations and never had any issues. However, I just got out of this store, and the cashier did not even say hello, she started throwing everything at my mom, she was having an attitude with me. This is not how a business is supposed to run. The least you could do as a cashier is say hi to your customer. She threw everything at me and damaged a lot of my groceries. I wish a manager could look into this because it is completely disrespectful. Please shop somewhere else. This place is not cheap to be hiring this type of people.

Smaller than the Semoran Orlando location it comes handy when in Casselberry. Unable to give five stars because the entrance to the parking lot is really awkward and atrocious. But variety, products and food all rise to the occasion. Good social distance practices in place are appreciated.

I have always been a client of bravos located in colonial, however, this was my first time at this location and my last one. When ready to pay the lady at the register started a casual conversation with me and I thought how friendly and nice she was, once I got home and got everything out of the bags, a lot of items were missing, then I thought she forgot to charge me and looked at the receipt, to my surprise every item was been charged. Anyway, I was familiar with the old Latin American trick to steal by creating conversation, however, it is the first time it happens to me. BE CAREFUL if you shop in this place, check everything before leaving the store. will never go back to this location again. Fortunately, there are other places where I can get the same items and even for a better price.

This is a smaller location but they have a great variety. Parking lot is super small but not unmanageable.

Watch out for the older heavy set woman with the purple/pink reading glasses in the deli. She will cheat you on the weight of your food to charge you more. I ordered several things for a family meal and found the more expensive items were charged more in weight than what they actually weighed. I realized when I got home and it is especially notable since the items she overcharges you for are all exactly a pound or two while everything else was .88 pounds and such, not exact. One item was for $5.99 a pound and she charged for a full pound but the container only contained around a quarter pound of food. It could be said the gold cross she wears is just for show... buyer beware.

I love the food from bravos, authentic Latin food full of Flavor! The yucca was under cooked today but everything else was perfect

This cozy location has really fresh produce. The deli counter has great food and coffee. The special is usually hearty. The sandwich bread is excellent (pan cubano). The butcher has whatever you need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Smaller than the other Bravos and lunch special doesnt include drink likee the other locations. Still this chain of Latino supermarket is my favorite because of the variety of Latino American food and the amazing price for lunch. I was very happy to see a better selection of salads today. I highly recommend this place.

Please watch your receipt when you’re done shopping, I don’t know if these people set up their computer that way to add products or if it was the cashier that added some thing. But chocolate was added onto my grocery bill which is four dollars, which can add up over the course of a year if they keep adding things your not buying I for one will probably never come back to this market again. Just needed a few items, but next time I will go out of my way to go to Walmart!!!This is why these places go out of business and Walmart is a giant and Walmart will always succeed!!Sad

Im here to comment on the Tres Leche dessert made by Isabellas Pastries. Its the best brand to buy from Bravos. And its priced at $6.99 which is decent. Ive had some priced more expensive and Isabellas was much better. Enjoy..5/25/21

Awesome little grocery store. Very helpful folks. Was looking for chicken thighs and they went in the back and got me 8! Made great oxtail last week. The meat was perfecto! I highly recommend it!

Everything is very well organized and fresh. The supermarket is very clean and the staff is helpful. They have a great variety of Latin American food from various countries as well as hot, cooked food, fresh bread and even desserts! I highly recommend it!

I feel like bravo supermarkets a way to expensive.. things that are sold at the dollar store at bravos its like double the amount. I do get a couple thing here that I can not find at other supermarkets however Ive never really spent much here. Its just to pricey.. I feel like they all are..

I went here to purchase ready made meals and was unhappy with part of it, I brought it back to them and they Gladly made it right, and already for them it paid off, I was telling my neighbor about them and she went and bought a few take out meals and groceries herself as she said she never thought to try until I told her. Love this place , they have a variety of Latin products, also a hot deli with a variety of hot foods. Everything is so delicious.

My favorite latin supermarket. This bravo is smaller but I like it because you get in and out quick. They make hot food like pernil, arroz con gandules, pastels and its all delicious. So when you dont wanna cook, grab one of their combos and be ready to split it with someone because portions are large.

This store is usually not as busy as the one on South Semoran. Went just to get food, which is a little more expensive than the other location. The person at the food counter was very pleasant.

The people and products are good,but does there need to be a truck blocking the sidewalk in front of the store CONSTANTLY? I walk past almost daily and have to literally go into the road, not the shoulder, but the actual lanes full of traffic, thanks to a delivery truck whose driver apparently doesnt know theres a parking lot.

Incredible little supermarket. This location has low priced fresh fruits and vegetables, they are AMAZING quality and there is a reasonable meat section that is super cheap, as well. I highly recommend this place for buying groceries and things like starfruit and mexican dishes prepared fresh in the front of the grocery section.

Staff is friendly, the cooked food is amazing, and the place is clean and organized! The prices are far better than our other local supermarkets. The only downsides, front parking is limited, and the women standing in front wanting you to sign up for insurance.

Overall prices are good. I went in today to purchase items for dinner. The Bok Choy was on sale but had no actual sticker on it. So it took almost 5 min for someone to figure it out. There were ppl in line behind me so i just told the cashier to forget it. Also my p ebt card wouldnt accept the cooking potatoes so i had to pay out of pocket. That was weird but i wasnt going to dare bring that up. Another 20 mins i would be in line

This location was great when it first opened. Great prices on lots of food. Now its over priced. You can find better pricing at other stores. Ill continue to go here for a few specialty items I cant find elsewhere (culantro) but definitely know your prices before shopping here.

One of the best Latin markets around. Best part of this place is the hot food and the price. youll enjoy a great selection if you get there early enough but if you get there after 3 youll see a limited menu.

No seating to eat as pictured. They have great prices. Hot foods are hit or miss on taste depending on who is cooking that day. One day is excellent then the next day is meh. Very clean.

It is always clean. The meat selection is excellent. Lately, however, there is never any fresh, hot bread, which is one of the main reasons I go there.
