What a great place! The staff are so friendly, Giovana helped me so much with my decisions, and without her I would be so lost, there is so many choices of different stones , I wouldn’t know what to do! Everyone there is super helpful and I’m definitely going back there to get my bathrooms redone. Thank you everyone, I really appreciate your hard work !!

They helped us with some very good tips on how to plan our kitchen, then designed it according to our specifications. Work was done promptly, within timeframe and budget they initially promised. I am happy to recommend them. We had several home improvements done during the last two years, and Kroner is the company we are happiest with.

Friendly staff, nice selection but the installation of my countertops was not done to my satisfaction. I called the sales rep a couple times within a week of the installation but he never reached back to us to make the corrections needed.Also, I called the people that supposedly give you the guarantee with no luck.

We are so thankful for Kroner granite, and will be using them for future projects! My husband and I have done all the renovations ourselves on our new home, and this was our first time having someone else come in and do the work. We werent sure what to expect, but Kroner went above and beyond to answer questions, make sure we were informed, and it resulted in a gorgeous kitchen! Their prices beat out ALL competition, and we were able to afford the kitchen of our dreams. Giovanna was wonderful, and really knows her stuff. We were deciding between two options, one much more pricey than the other, and she was not pushy at all. She gave us information about each, and let us decide. Alex and Sasha came to install the counters, and they were thorough, efficient, and very professional! They did such an incredible job, and Alex was kind enough to answer my million questions over text in the days leading up to installation. He made sure that we were happy with their work before he left, and even texted a couple days later to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction! This kind of customer service is only found in a small, family-owned business like Kroner.

Bottom line: If you can deal with sub-par management and poor communication, the installers did a great job with my countertops at a reasonable cost. Especially with the waterfalls. Pictured is fantasy brown quartzite. Really wish I could fully recommend them, but the manager Alex really needs to learn better customer service.

Had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. We had Kroner Granite provide counters for both projects. Everyone from Giovanna and Alex in the front to the installers were awesome. They were always available, gave us options and resolved any problems we had to our satisfaction. Let me say this- during this process I was 6-9 months pregnant in addition to the hurricane interruptions. We ordered multiple slabs of the same color (white ice) and had a few months of reno work in between the bathroom and kitchen jobs. We required one complete slab of granite for just our island piece (!) and a few days before the install we were told by our contractor that there may not be any more slabs of this color available.... we called Kroner and the same day we came in and they had made full arrangements to have the slab! I saw it first hand and we got it installed two days later. The installers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They left everything clean, allowed for us to make suggestions and were accommodating. I was so pleased. The entire process with them was friendly and professional and I have already recommended them.

My initial visit to Kroner was just curiosity, figuring I may not find what we were looking for. But to my surprize..they had the color we wanted for the kitchen countertop at a great price. Since at this point have only ordered all, now am anxious to see how installation goes!! Installation was a breeze, counter top sections fit prefectly. Sink was installed & final drilling made for my faucet. After all adhesives/caulking cured plumbing was fit..Great new look..still to do a little painting etc. But great Job.

Kroner Granite did a fantastic job. We called them after our kitchen was partially demolished (Due to water damage) and they did an awesome job rebuilding the cabinets and installing the rest of the kitchen (sink, faucet, countertops). The team were very accommodating to our schedule and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

I would like to congratulate Kroner for their excellent service at my kitchen. The color of the quartz and the installation was exactly as I wanted to be. The installers are very professional they pay attention to all the details. I had ordered an waterfall in my kitchen and the results are absolutely beautiful. Their prices were very good as well. Just tried to call Kroner again - guess they have blocked my calls because all I get is a busy signal. IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU WANT ???I hired another vendor to correct the problem. The cost was $400.00. I have called Kroner twice for a response to the payment for the repairs. No return call...guess its just too bad, so sad...3/11/21 - Still trying to resolve this situation with Kroner USA. They still wont respond to my calls. In fact, after further research on the Seminole County, Florida civil court web site there have been other disputes with Kroner. These are public records so please take the time to look at them before you decide to use this company. Kroner has also threatened to put a lien on my home as I dispute the quality of their work completed at my home. The response from the company has nothing to do with the counter top near the fill was installed. One of the counter tops is in another room entirely.Do Not do business with this company. I purchased 6 counter tops. Two of the counter tops were the wrong length. Still waiting for a replacement or resolution. I sent an email on 1/18/21, a text on 1/22 and an email on 1/22. Still no response. As other people have noted, this company does not stand behind its work and blames the cabinet installation when the counter top does not fit correctly.

I would never purchase anything from this place ever again. 1. The sales rep asked me to buy a sink and bring it to their shop.2. After a long day of waiting for measurements, they called to cancel because the truck broke down. After I called to speak to a supervisor, it turns out they overbooked and the last appointments were too much work.3. On installation day, the guy came through my backyard having the wrong order/house.4. Order was switched and installed, he tells me he does not need another sink. Now I have 2 sinks... 5. Jevana from their office calls me to tell me that my check has the wrong amount and threatened to take me to court (2 months later after I prepaid) I will screenshot her emails - customer service was ZERO. 6. The countertop was chipped, the sink was supposed to be undermount and I ended up with 2 sinks. None of this was even offered to be addressed let alone an apology... Just stay away! Not worth the headache!

DO NOT TRUST KRONER GRANITE it’s now been over a 1 MONTH Since KRONER GRANITE Took my money and did a Horrible job Installing my counter top. Instead of replacing the counter top they messed up on,there now saying it’s my cabinets and that I need to pay $150 to have someone come fix my cabinets. My cabinets aren’t the Issue at hand the counter top was cut to short. It’s Horrible the way you all treat your customers after you take there hard earn money. You all messed up you need to fix it replace my counter top. Stop trying to cover up your mistakes by blaming others.

Used Kroner for granite counter & backsplash. Small job $3700. Made the deposit of $2600. David, the sales person, was quite charming. He came to measure and when we got the drawing he failed to add the requested small granite shelf. He assured us it would be included, which it was not on the day of install, they had to go back and cut it. The installers did not arrive until 2:30pm, and before they would even unload the granite, they demanded the balance of $1100 up front. We had no choice but to do that. They gave us papers to read and sign, stating that they were not responsible for ANYTHING after they left, so check everything thoroughly as there was no recourse after they left. WHAT COMPANY DOES THIS?!! We had a small issue and called them the next day only to find David was bored, indifferent and unwilling to offer any after sales customer service. When I questioned the demanding of the full pymt, before the work was done, he said that was because there are so many transients in the area. We did find a small chip in the granite after that , but no point calling this company for advice. They only want to take the money and run. I do not recommend this company, based on customer service, and there is none at Kroner.

I am completely happy/satisfied with the installation of my cabinets and counter tops. The process from coordinating my wishes with Giovanna/Alex to the final installation of items went as smoothly as possible. All appointments regarding the installation were met on time, and the workmanship by the fabricators and installers was excellent. They have genuinely transformed my kitchen. I am 100% delighted with everything and would highly recommend KRONER granite without hesitation to anyone.

These guys are amazing. I cant emphasis enough how great my experience was. Work was done in a week. Great selection of granite amongst other things. Sink and faucet arrived on time. CNC cut combined with laser measurements leads to a perfect end product. They have a customer for life.

Great place! We went to Kroner USA twice now for bathroom vanity tops and found exactly what we were looking for at very competitive prices. The owner and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation services were equally awesome. We plan to visit them again when we do a kitchen remodel.

This was the best experience. I just happened on this company while driving around. Beautiful Granite, cabinets are not the best. The measurements were done wrong at first, dishwasher did not fit. They fix everything with caulking. Giovanna at first was so sweet but once we started having issues she was not so nice. There granite is great and it was put on nice. No complaints there. Not happy with the quality of cabinets

Installers are absolutely incompetent. The owner failed to properly measure our kitchen and the installers decided to stuff the gap with paper towels and try to caulk over it so we wouldn’t notice. Once it dried (because they used the wrong caulk) we called them out and they tried to say “that was the standard practice”. Because of their mistake they have to cut our bar because they don’t have enough material! This company is definitely shady. Once they got our money customer service went out the window. After posting this review I received roughly 10 phone calls from the company asking them to change my review. I am in court working and had to block them from calling. My wife even told them I was working. Once I review the fixes they made I will add to my review, however, as for now this is my experience with them.

Great service from start to finish replacing our kitchen countertops.

I placed a kitchen cabinet order on 11/13 and received damaged cabinets, partially assemble and missing parts on 12/20. As of today I still waiting for the missing parts and the damage door.. I only asked to have someone assemble the lazy Susan door that I paid to get assemble and the owner emailed me youtube video on how to assemble the cabinet after we spent over $6,000.00. I also requested a square kitchen sink and they cut the granite round and provided us with a round sink as well. NOT what I wanted .They do not offer any solution and take no responsibility HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its 02/08/2018 and I still dont have any of the toe kick for the kitchen and bathroom.

Worst place to do business, horrible communication and unqualified employee to deal with the customer! Do not pass correct information and then try to change the contract! I will never do business with this company again!!!
