For our commercial Life Center project for Love Missions Global 5 day Cabinets took the project from beginning to end. They came out and field measured our kitchen, made some really great suggestions,confirmed that the cabinets had been ordered and then delivered and installed them all the same day. Great Install crew too! They were short one piece of toe kick, called the office and had one brought out and were determined not to leave without being 100 percent done. I cant recomend 5day cabinets enough. Try them...you will be glad you did.

We had Austin as our designer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out the same day that we went to the showroom. He measured and had our estimate within a week. The pricing was great and within our budget. Waiting on some other estimates, but this company is in the running. Great experience 👍

We check prices around town for 10 months before deciding on the kitchen remodel with 5 Day Cabinets. The process was easy and quick. We tore out the old 1980 cabinets and bulkhead. They can in and installed $15,000 of gorgeous cabinetry!!! The granite counter tops are amazing! We are so happy to recommend this company!

I give it 2 stars only because the cabinet so far look nice, though it did take more than 5 days to install them. My issue is with the way the whole experience with starting with the being asked specially which appliances I wanted to keep,which I thought was an odd question, because just because one is getting new cabinets and counter doesnt mean I am getting rid of any appliances. I was asked twice and I verified that I was keeping all my appliances. The mistake I made was I didnt tell them I was keeping the kitchen faucet. (I didnt think I needed to state the obvious, especially since the old faucet wasnt that old) Needless to say, the installers took the faucet and later when it came time to put the counter on, they called me asking where the faucet was. Hmm, You guy took it. So I had to buy a brand new faucet. I called them to complain about that happened and spoke with the manager who told me that most people normally get new faucets when putting in cabinets and that the old faucets dont usually work with the newer kitchen. (Except I had purchased the old faucet a few years ago, so it wasnt that old. Also, I can use it for one of my other properties. ) I questioned their policy in that the default assumption should not to be to take property without consent, but to only take property that the customer tells them and how I found it strange I had to tell 5 Day Cabinets twice specifically not to take any appliances. He said that isnt their policy and in fact the customer has to pay extra if they want appliances removed. Sounds like miscommunication between management and employee. The manager was gracious enough to work out a deal that in lieu of compensating me for the missing faucet they would install the handles on the cabinets for no charge.Now if that wasnt bad enough I later found out that they should have informed me that a plumber would have to come out to lower the kitchen pipes so a garbage disposal can fit with the new cabinets. When you have under the counter sinks, the pipes have to be lowered. That is something I forgot about until the plumber reminded me when he tried to install one. Now, I TRIED to defend 5 Day cabinet in this by telling the owner of the plumbing company that They probably didnt realize it. He said 75% of cabinets companies know that the pipes have to be lowered. I tried. Once he mentioned it, I do recall during my last kitchen remodel that cabinet company did make us aware of it and we had the pipes lowered before they installed the cabinets.Long story short, if you hire 5 Day Cabinet, make sure you have significant knowledge about the installation of cabinets, and make sure you specifically tell them EVERYTHING you dont want them to take from the home.

The actually did my whole kitchen in five days! The counters and cabinets are beautiful and came at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and responsive. I would use them again.

Would highly recommend. The sales person was great. He gave my happy wife all the bells and whistles. Most people dont understand the construction business. NOTHING is ever perfect. Ive been a carpenter for almost 20 years and everyone at 5 Day is the best.

These cabinets are terrible quality and the customer service is even worse. 5day cabinets claim their cabinets are all wood. THEY ARE NOT. Anytime the cabinets come in contact with water they swell and break apart. Do not waste your money.

Terrible costumer service. We visited 3 times this location for estimate and each time they pretended that our info is lost so we provided again our requirements and kitchen info followed by phone calls for result. As we did not get any solid answer went back for fourth time! Finally we asked for store manager and she simply said “you can look for somewhere else..!!!!Waste of time!

Took a month longer than originally told for install to be complete. Plumbing package was purchased and was sloppy at best. Plumber had to come back several times to fix his own significant leaks/mistakes on brand new cabinets. Designer however was actually very helpful and informative with great suggestions.

I had my cabinets installed last month. We are very happy with the cabinets and the service that we received from 5 day cabinets. Would highly recommend this company. Quick turn around, excellent customer service

I hired them to install my kitchen cabinets. They required payment in full day of measuring and have yet to finish the job over a month later. My fridge cannot fit crown molding not installed soft close hinges not installed on most cabinets. A COMPLETE DISASTER! The sales guy that has supposedly been in the cabinet business for years and I have been forced to deal with by the president doesnt know how to install or fix cabinets and tells me that soft close hinges dont work on my large 36 inch doors. A complete joke of a business and the sales guy contacts me at midnight to discuss the job that they do not know how to complete. They started talking to a GC to hire them to finish their job and then tried to push it back on me to pay someone else to finish the job. I work in the industry and there are good people that can be hired but not 5 day cabinets. They took my money and dont know the first thing about how to truly do a professional installation. There are good companies out there but this is not one of them. Wish I could go back and make a different decision.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with assisting me in selecting cabinets and a countertop. All the options were explained. The cabinets looked awesome and the countertop turned out perfectly too. Price was way better than what other, larger companies had quoted. Very happy with outcome and would recommend.

Here is my personal experience with this company:In dire need of redoing my kitchen cabinets due to a water leak, I asked around to some friends for a company that they would recommend. 5 Day Cabinets name came up a few times when talking to my friends. My father also had his beach condos kitchen re-done around 5 years ago. He had his done by an independent custom cabinetry guy with decades of experience and was very happy with work. Custom cabinetry was really out of my price range, and the guy he had do his kitchen had retired and closed his shop. So, I checked out my friends recommendations.I decided to check out 5 Day Cabinets. Although, I had read mixed reviews online. (You never really know motives of some people who post reviews.) So, first I took a few pictures of my kitchen and uploaded them to 5 Day Cabinets website. Extra star for this feature! I was able to get a quick estimated quote from the website. With the quote being in my range, I went to their showroom.There was quite a selection. When working with a budget, it was nice to know that I could go basic, or choose from upgrades that really werent that much more expensive. They had pullout trash can options, soft close hinges (I didnt even know there was such a thing), and spice racks just to name a few. They offer a large selection of counter tops, tile back splashes, OK...you get the point. A lot to choose from! Thank goodness for the sales lady! She was extremely helpful in helping me with decorative and functional choices!Someone on here had commented that they were “required” to pay up front. Well, I can tell you that that is hogwash! They came to my house to do thorough measures, provided me with generated plans, walked me through the contract, and reviewed it with me to insure it covered what I was wanting. A deposit was required, but what cabinet business doesnt require a deposit. The balance was not due until the job was completed and I was fully satisfied.There was a couple of glitches with a couple of doors that had arrived at the warehouse with some slight damage. But, 5 Day was quick to catch it in their warehouse, order in replacements from the manufacturer and kept me informed. They installers did a great job. A few minor adjustments had needed to be made after the install, so they sent a guy out to take care of it right away. This guy was a supervisor/manager or some title along those lines. But, here is another cool bonus Star for this company! Larry was his name, and it turns out he was the same guy that had done the custom job at my fathers condo!! Small world! But, definitely reassuring that 5 Day Cabinets employs people with experience and work ethics!In other reviews I have done, I have stated that customer service is a major factor for me. From the start to the finish, 5 Day did not disappoint!!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!! Oh, and by the way, I LOVE MY KITCHEN!! Now I am thinking about doing my out-dated bathrooms...

5 day cabinets informed us it would take approximately 5-10 days to gets cabinets in and then set up an appointment for installation. Everything was suppose to be done in two weeks. Five weeks later I was told parts of one cabinet was defective. But they could install the rest of them. Two months after the order they were installed. Cabinets are beautiful, White shaker. But now I’m finding small things that are defective, but they want answer text or return calls.

They did free design for my kitchen and came out perfectly fit..Good Consumer service , and price is reasonable .

My husband and I used 5daycabinets on our house remodel for our whole kitchen and both bathrooms. They were very helpful in providing ideas, cabinet placement with a layout to go with it. The pictures and drawings provided were very helpful with color, arrangement and spacing desired. Most importantly their price was unbeatable! We got the dark espresso shaker cabinets with soft close and even added some specials for cutlery and garbage. The delivery was exactly what we expected. They are highly recommended!

Trouble from day one! I should have not selected these folks... lessons learned. Delays from the very start of the process, and a small job took 2+ months to complete. Initial quotes had so many mistakes I questioned whether this was actually my job. Then, they came out to measure three times before placing the order, saying that they wanted to make sure everything was correct. Well, the proposed solution didnt fit... and they didnt somehow didnt order enough trim work to finish the job... and they came out to measure THREE times... the owner was out to measure on the third trip. Would NEVER recommend these folks.

My mother in law purchased from the company and asked me to write a review as she does not have a google account and was not happy with the experience. THe office staff was nice and tried to be helpful but made many mistakes. The fact that this company calls themselves 5 day cabinets is comical because the process will take much longer than 5 days. She was sold what she thought were all wood cabinets and what she got was a fully pressboard door. The installation was done sloppy. Fitment is not what it should be. There are lots of fillers where larger cabinets could have been used. I used to work in construction so know that cabinets come in 3 sizes. She has poorly cut 4.5 fillers in the kitchen. looks terrible, plumber was a joke. If he is a real plumber he should loose his license. Some of the sloppiest work ive seen. the mis-ordered parts took a month to get. Still not the right parts As you can see there are many people writing negative Google reviews about the same issues. I tried to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and found out that this business is not even accredited with the BBB. That would have been a red flag to me but my mother in law didnt know. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. Cabinet stores are a dime a dozen. This company are not professionals.PS - the picture shows how the installer unpacked the cabinets. Literally put the drawer fronts face down on the floor. That is how we found out that they were pres board because they got so bashed up on the corners that you could see the pressboard

We had the same experiences as others here. Many completely wrong plans and quotes. Sales man was far worse than incompetent. Wrong items ordered, wrong items shipped, wrong items installed, damaged items installed, everything now more than a month late, damage gone to other parts of home by slipshod installers. Now installers have cut major piece of granite incorrectly and have ruined it.Dont be fooled by cheap prices... run!

5 Day Caninets on Colonial in Orlando. They told me the vanity I ordered was 100% wood, but they are not.One of the doors was delivered with a chip and it was cardboard not wood. When I expressed concern, I was told they are a mixture and not 100%. Very misleading and when I replace my kitchen cabinets, I will Not be going to them. Buyer beware.
