Service with ATTITUDE! Door is always locked, the two ladies working there were very unprofessional and rude until I added a few more things to purchase! Never again!

Please whoever owns exclusive Beauty Supply give these women a computer that works! Ive been coming there for six or seven years their computer is never working it is always slow it is hard for them to work in those conditions. It is never a fast process to get checked out there because of it.

Responding to review: Im glad this professional beauty supply store doesnt allow people that arent reallylicensed or with the proper credentials to buy products. WAY TO GO Exclusive Beauty Supply!! Too often I see people in other stores with buying knowing full well they arent lic, their just trying to buy at whole sale and further having a negative effect on those that really do this for a living.

Why does this location lock the doors 15 mins before they are suppose to? I rushed here in traffic since they are closed on saturdays to buy one bottle of keratin for he salon and the sign says open.. but the doors are locked. unprofessional .. if the store times say open till 6 on the door the. why close at 5:45?

This place is the best for products and extensions very large assortments. The customer service is great employees are very knowledgeable.

They certainly ARE exclusive. Wasnt even allowed in the store because Im not a licensed hair dresser. So much for supporting local business. I guess they have thier reasons, but I cant help but feel like they would get more business if they catered to hair hobbists too.
