I called before visiting this store to inquire about a product I was looking for and the person who answered the phone was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and stocked and the check out process was fast. Awesome store!

I’ve always thought all the workers at Sally’s have always been nice and helpful.

Always love the deals at Sallys and usually the staff but today there was a young girl that was, well lets just say, not a very nice person. She was Curt and almost rude. She was not a happy person and seemed almost bothered to answer a question let alone try to move from her spot behind the register. She almost seemed angry. Was weird. I work with the public and with whats going on in the world youd think like I think to keep repeat customers youd try to keep it upbeat even with our masks on. Wont be going back to that Sallys location in Casselberry, Fl any time soon. Have enough stress going out in the world and working in this pandemic now than to deal with anyone who definitely shouldnt be working with the public. Sallys is great for the deals but maybe should pay attention to who they hire for the front because that young lady should definitely not be dealing with any customers. Sorry

Lady was rude yelling at everyone that no one was allowed inside to shop (which is a no-brainer being that were in a pandemic)graping the family had one phone if we dont like it tough I mean just a rude young lady. I do not recommend this store if they want to keep in business they should get some people who actually want to really work there The other the guy was nice but the girl not nice at all! We left

The man who works there (forgive me as I dont recall his name) is so nice and is willing to help any and everyone who comes in. He always makes a point to say hi to me and remembers me every time I come in. Hes very knowledgeable and is sincere about the products in the store. I cant believe so many people are complaining about him. He is human and does work a lot in that store, give the man a break he works in retail. Hes awesome. Keep up the good work, I dont want to see him go. This Sallys is always great. :)

Today it was a lot better experience than last time I went to Sallys at the same place I believe it was approximately the 30th of September I went into the same Sallys and they had no bags can you imagine I was buying items of over $40 and they had to put my items in a clear pass plastic bag that was designed for items it looks like its getting better this time they said they could not order any new bags until after October 1st that sounded like BS to me or Sallys needs to improve its customer service and helping its franchise or company policies.

The lady is so rude with all the customers. She registered my partner in the system and she wrote bad the information and when I told her, she gave me attitude and eye roll. Conclusion those employees don’t like to work DONT GO TO THIS STORE! Bad vibes.

EVERY SINGLE CHANCE i gave to this store went worst and worst. RUDE and ARROGANT. Always making faces and CREATING problems for a silly $11.00 return. They gave me problems even when I said i was going to exchange instead of returning. Learn your store policies and PROCEDURES if you dont know how to process an exchange and more than anything, LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDE AT HOME. Its a shame these kids work in customers service. Belittling paying customers and having it their way without the manager EVER KNOWING. Do not, DO NOT go to this location unless you enjoy your money being played with and being taken advantage of. I am embarassed I ever went back. Never again.

Really rude staff.....The lady who spoke to me didnt act like she wanted to help me, and the other woman who works there asked someone if they needed help and not me......I highly recommend that no one patronize this business. They need to be shut down ASAP

Extremely rude staff, specifically Jesse, a salesman who criticized my returning of an item to his store. Letting me know how much paperwork, and loss of $$ this was causing him. He was a completely out of line. A return that is not opened, has th ereivice.pt, and was purchased two days prior, should be no issue whatsoever. I purchased it at the location in Apopka. As I read other reviews, I am now reaching out to the corp. office. There is no reason for his kind of customer service. And I was surprised to see the staff gabbing away in an is,e while people were in line waiting to check out. Will never visit this store again.

Those people who commented that the employees were rude are mistaken. My whole experience of this place was nice and smooth and the employees were awesome. They base their opinions on a one time entry but I go here very often and im never dissapointed (unless Im short on money and I wanted to buy something nice for myself haha!)

Wow some of the reviews on this store and Jesse the manager is really rediculous. I have never once as a professional been treated poorly at this store under new management. They are always extremely friendly and have my order ready in no time including last minute calls which tend to happen from time to time. I dont understand why anyone would purchase at one location with any company and return at another. Are you that ashamed or deceitful on making a return that you travel to the opposite side of town to make a return? I have returned a few items that turned out i didnt like for my clients hair and have had no issues but I always do it at the store I shopped at. Its common business courtesy to do that. If someone came into my salon to get a refund on a haircut they got at another location I wouldnt refund them either. Not to mention from my 30 plus years shopping with sally beauty I do know not all stores carry the same items and why would someone return a product that store doesnt stock? Just saying this store and staff are very well put together and in no way deserve this feedback.

I would like to say that the young man who works there is rude to not only the customers but his coworkers too. I dont appreciate hearing him correcting the coworkers while Im asking for help. I am a business owner and know that you separate internal issues from getting in the way of a transaction. I am utterly appalled.

The staff is pretty rude, on several occasions I was given bad advice, and almost forced to take it to begin with, and when you go to check out they take their time, I mean I have stood there waiting for them to finish conversations with each other often not related to their jobs, once even making fun of a sad homeless woman, and have waited as long as 10 min. I will never go back

I went in there for the first time, and at about 20mins to close, and they were very helpful. Asked if we needed help finding things. (I was in there with my mom shopping for new, fun nail stuffs! Girls night! Lol!) and then they didnt pester or bother us at all... Even when it was a little past close (I felt so bad because I kept finding awesome things), we got no attitude what-so-ever! She even answered what I call stupid questions with an amazing knowledge base and educated me without making me feel stupid. They both wished us a good night when we left, about 10-15mins after they closed. (Im soo sorry for keeping you!!)For my first experience at this Sallys (Ive been to other stores, and some with lots of attitude) it was an amazing one. Seeing how I live about 5-10mins away I will definitely be back!Oh and the store is a little small but with me being in a wheelchair it was still ok for me to get around and they didnt mind when I moved one of their displays about an inch so I didnt knock it over with my wheels.

They Are Very Rude Went There Yesterday Looking Around And I Seen This Maniken Doll And All I Did Was Touch It And There Talking Bout Please Dont Touch That Please I Was Finna Curse Her Out .There is one lady who follows me around the store and one lady that watches me and in the mirror ima tell them bout they self cause who just cause im black dont mean im finna steal
