I can only really say one thing, these guys are amazing. I purchased a drill/impact driver combo kit and the drill didnt work as intended. I brought it back in and they exchanged it with no hassle at all. Ive called with questions and they took the time to actually talk to me. They may be a little more expensive for some things but its worth it for the customer service.

Hands down, the best customer service in town. Ace Hardware Store beats the big box stores everyday. I have always been able to find what I need here and despite their appearing to be a smaller store they will find what you need or will work hard to get it in for you. I often need keys cut oh, and they can do everything for house keys, commercial Keys, car keys and even chipped car keys. They do a great job and even go the extra mile to make sure it works for your application. I highly recommend Baileys Ace Hardware!

Today was my first, and LAST time trying to order from this company. I attempted to buy some propane fuel for the only heater I currently have, a Mr Heat Portable Buddy. I was able to make the purchase, but within three minutes the company had canceled my order due to the fact that, despite listing on their website that they had it in stock. They did send me an email, informing me that they did not actually have any, and told me that I would NOT be charged for this order. Except, I was charged. I live in Wyoming, and it’s currently well below zero at the moment. I have no other source of heat at the moment. The company charged me the full amount, leaving me with no fuel for heat, nor money to find another place to purchase the fuel I need. I was informed after calling their customer service that I could end up having to wait up to TEN days to get refunded, the money they had told me I wouldn’t be charged. The customer service was absolutely no help whatsoever, basically telling me that, despite the dangerous weather conditions, and the fact that they did charge me after expressly telling me I would not be charged for the order the store canceled within minutes of me placing, that there is absolutely nothing that they can do.

Went in to find something they showed they had in stock online, the older gentleman who works there said rarely have what they say online and then was extremely rude, walked out because of him. Will not go there again and will gladly spend more money somewhere else.

Definitely a smaller Ace location but has a good variety of products here. The store is organized and clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the employees but they had what we needed.

Went to buy a Craftsman tool box that I tried to buy online but the customer service is is terrible. The only one they had in stock was the floor model with dents and scratches, one door doesnt work. Asked for a discount and they said no, could order one be here in a week. Im moving in 2 days. Horrible business practice.

Everyone there was so helpful but it is a smaller Ace Hardware so the selection can be limited. I am surprised that Casper dies not have a larger store for the location.

Smaller store, great for simple things like glue and fertilizer. They also carry odd things like brushes for electric motors. Everyone is very helpful and friendly but knowledge base is definitely lacking in most areas.

When I can I like to go here instead of the big box hardware stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who have always made time to help see my questions through.

Really helpful staff. I come here if I know I will need assistance rather than Home Depot. It is great helping a local business as well.

I try to avoid the big box stores with a passion thank God for Ace .walk in they but immediately ask to help and walk you to it might suggest other things to go with it and that you might need to do the job and out you go without having walked a mile,and price is very compatable.if your like me the short est time in the store the better cuz I am probably working on something that I need to fix in hurry and really didnt want to be working on the dam thing in first place
