I love Menards. I only spend my money here. I hate Home Depot and will NEVER spend another dime there! They screwed me too much on my kitchen remodel.

They are ok for appliances, as that is what we went there for; they had a pretty decent selection ( dont know if they were in stock or not) several brands to choose from, but the prices made us look elsewhere. Best buy actually had better prices on higher end brands

Do not buy a building package from this company!!!! They will short you large parts of your order and be horrible to deal with about it, but only after they get your money.We purchased a barn package from Menards early in 2021 and before we paid for it everyone was helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. After we paid it was a complete 180.-We received almost 0 communication about when our order had actually showed up.-Twice I called to find out and was told by several staff that they had NO RECORED OF OUR BARN!-We are missing 20 parts of out barn and counting! This includes the trusses that they never bothered to deliver until I had called 3 times!-They will sell you $1000.00+ in materials that you do not need.-After countless calls and trips to the store about all of the issues we are still having issues with them getting us what we paid for. Including the ridge cap for the top of the roof!

Found what we needed and had a checker waiting for us so no line! Really like that.

The manager Ronnie was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out.

I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the Store. I have to search for help all of the time. Some individuals graciously help you, while others say they are busy and are standing around. You ask if they can at least call someone. Again some will or you continue your search.The GM, this particular time, was very aloof and made you feel like you are wasting their time and do not believe it.I am a very good person who has never felt the need to post anything unless it was a positive review.

Menards has a vast selection of products to help you get your job done. Usually a one stop shop. The 11% rebate helps with the price of everything going nuts. Especially lumber products. Thanks for that!

Not a good experience! Walked through menards and was asked if I needed assistance by three menards employees. That is great! Arrived at checkout and was asked if I had any issues wearing a mask, that I couldnt check out without one. I asked if they had one, which they did, then was informed I would need to purchase said mask. They should have someone at the entryways making this known. Any of the employees that spoke to me could have provided this information as well. We are not under a mask mandate, so I do not carry one. You require me to wear one to be a patron in you business, you should provide them free of charge.

I wish there were a Menards near me in Colorado. Great store!

For the older man in receiving first thing on a Monday morning .. He was the rudest nastiest man and we were there to deliver! No help, nasty attitude and stood literally in my way trying to tell me me what to do . He needs a new job away from people.

I did not get the nearly 1000 dollar door instead Igot the wrong one and even it was incomplete but I needed a door so I settled for it anyway.Upon returning to pay for the door I was told that I couldn’t enter without a mask (forgot mine in the car)so the lady at the door gave me one ...and charged me 41 cents for it, that’s right, you read that correctly, I was charged $0.41 before I could enter the Casper Wyoming Menards store to pay them $1000.00 for a door. 🙄🤬🤨

The only place we’ve had a problem with masks, just because you require masks doesn’t mean you also get to have rude customer service. Two reasons we won’t spend our money here.

Today was a charity drive for a family in need . The event , and all of the sponsors , hosted by buckin brew that pulled together was incredible !! And their coffee , service, smooties are on point !

Awesome. I had to get my dogs some food and they were the only ones open and they had the only food my dog would eat.

Lots of options, but it’s like shopping in Natzi Germany. They called the cops on you for not wearing a mask. Customer service sucks and besides one dude in Millworks (Micah) nobody wants to help you.

COULD NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH OUT A STUPID MASK. I CAN NOT WEAR A MASK, I HAVE EMPHYSEMA AND ASTHMA. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.

Bought a washer and dryer with a $200 rebate. They never sent the rebate. What a scam. Never going back to a Menards ever again.

I used to go here often as the lighting in the store is much better than Home Depot and their selection was similar. As soon as the pandemic hit they totally mismanaged their customer service. Requiring masks, sure, but requiring customers to purchase masks if they don’t have them is bad business. Also, not being able to take kids into the store during a long period of time in 2020 was the least educated thing I saw in a long time. They feel no remorse for the way they acted. I’ll never go here again. Home Depot has my business.

Mask required, tons of people and most either not wearing them correctly or not at all, nothing was said until checkout, if corporate requires them, please educate your people on how to handle it better

I enjoy Menards. They have a wide selection and great prices. However, this mask mandate, and their overly strict adherence to this ridiculous, and pointless stricture is really annoying.

Im giving 0 stars. No matter what you have to wear a mask on check out. Not before you walk in, only check out or they wont ring up your stuff. Even if you have a medical condition that keeps you from wearing them. Eff off menards. Youll never get my business.

Tyler in the hardware department was amazing! My kiddo and I brought his bike in to find a replacement nut and washer for his front wheel. We were having a heck of a time figuring out the correct size and threading. He helped us figure out what we needed and got the bike back up and running. I really appreciated his help!!

Its not a state wide mandatory to wear a mask now..... so way in force it..... lose a customer.......... I will tell everyone I know. NOT TO GO TO MEBARDS

After all this time the Casper Menards says something about no mask? I dont know what the deal is but Im not gonna start wearing one now just for them. Nobody in the entire town says anything but them? What happens when Wyoming drops the face mask requirements? I wont be back!

They have a very good selection of lights. It is rare for anyone to offer help until you check put which is frustrating.

The rudeness of being attack for not wearing a mask at the door is terrible. Home Depot down the street will treat you like a king. Home Depot also will give 10% discount for those who have served. Chose where your money goes.

We went to Menards and they are still demanding masks to enter. The order has been dropped by the health department. We will be doing our business with Home Depot from now on . Menard has lost our business.

Horrible way to do business. Order pants, using the sizing guidelines, but were just a little too small. So asked to do an exchange, and a 25% restocking fee off 300 order, like I ordered another pair of pants! Refused to waive, even after asking if I can re-order correct size and show proof of purchase so they were still going to get a decent purchase amount out of me. But they wont back down. With service like this I should have just used amazon or Walmart. Save your money and order from someone who actually wants to do proper retail business.

Never have I been treated so rudely, I guess Home Depot will be glad to have our construction company do business with them for everything we need from now on. We will be returning all not yet used materials for a refund.

This menards in Casper is pretty good. Most employees are helpful and sorta know what they are talking about. Its pretty much the same as every other menards youve been in.

Menards is cool for basic users but for a professional it takes a lot longer than I like to get in and out.Also wish they would just lower their prices by 11% instead of me doing a mail in rebate.....

The flooring manager and assistant manager helped with a large order because it is going out of town. The carpet came in fast. Then it all went bad then. The pick up part is the worst part of any experience at menards. They were so behind that my guy had to co e back in the morning. He was the 1st person there in the morning. After one and a half hours and multiple calls, the flooring assistant manager had to go to shipping and show them the carpet!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened!If you need to pick up your product plan on a couple of hours!

I love Menards. Everytime I have needed an appliance they have had something in stock. Anybody else in town has nothing in stock and always tell you that they can order it for you. If I wanted to order it I would have went on Amazon. Thanks Menards for having appliances in stock.

This was the second time we had been to get a special order because they couldnt find it the first time after notifying us it was there and we wasted a trip. This time the product was loose in a shopping cart with no packaging,glass blocks. Spent an hour wrapping it

Menards has a little bit of everything and somethings that no one else has.

Today they lost my business permanently! I usually spend a couple thousand dollars. But never again will I step foot in this place again. As long as its mandatory to wear a mask in this place for people who have a hard time breathing anyways. In the end they are losing. Their are other other places to shop without wearing a mask ! As long as places like this pushes Americans around they will keep pushing.

I use Menards for everything Home Depot doesnt have, which is proving to be quite a bit lately, staff can be fun but it takes input from yourself and to be honest if you get attitude then give it right back, because as far as Im concerned were the customer and without us they are nothing.

The prices are good and they have the 11% mail in rebates on occasions as well. This is really my favorite store in town, we go here at least several times a month and a lot of the time its several times a week. The employees are great and always nice but it will take a bit of time if you need to pick up stuff in the back lot.

No medical assistance these people are not willing to give any assistance to people with disabilities.

The store has plenty of merchandise to choose from but help is difficult to find. I needed help in the tile section and no one was in the department. I finally found a clerk in the next department and she went to find someone to help me. She never came back either. I left the area after 15 minutes or more of waiting for anyone to show up. So go there if you know what you want but dont expect much of customer service.

Love menards, wide selection of various home improvement items. MOST associates are very helpful. I tend to shop Menards before home depot because of their selection.

Prices on pet treats are lower here. The cashier Kathryn was again very helpful, friendly, skilled, and professional.

Went to this store in Casper and could not afford to buy a mask from them so was told to leave the store. The other stores supply masks and we have spent several thousand dollars in their store and will not be back there ever again.

This is what our brand new stairs look like after having them deliver a fridge we bought. When we beg to have them replaced, the Assistant General Manager Jim told us no and ended the conversation. So, we are stuck with replacing a THOUSAND dollars worth of flooring. Save yourself from all of this, and go with a different store.

Were a bi-racial couple, drove 2hrs to try and get a storm door, have our kids because theyre too young to be left home alone. There were other families with young kids inside including a Hispanic man who walked in right before us with his son who couldnt have been any older than my 4yr old. We were singled out and asked to leave when no other families were. I reported such and was told the followingIm sorry, Id like to help, but the COVID 19 crisis is forcing us to limit who can be in the store.Hopefully this will be temporary.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.Stay well,Ray

I had a manager tell me my young son was not old enough to be there. I didnt see any obvious signage when we walked in. As we were leaving I saw the same manager look past a family of 4. 2 of them under 16. They werent asked to leave. As I was leaving my son spoke to a clerk. Gave her his age and asked hers. She said Im as old as your Grandpa Rude from the management on down

As always.....the back desk and personnel in the store are courteous and take care of you....Out back....self service I know....but as always no one to help or move stuff.....yet I walk in the store through the back and counted 10 associates standing around and bs ing.......It would seem that customers that spend thousands of dollars would get better service.... cant complain about prices.....but I firmly believe the best impression of a store and the brand is as I am leaving do I look forward to coming back...... definitely not the Casper store.....

Taking a trip through the store with the electric cart was pleasant. Wide aisles. And a courtesy clerk followed us out to help with the cart return. The clerks,were friendly and helpful. Halloween and Christmas is on display now!!

They made my 8 year old son stay outside the store because of COVID 19! No exceptions. We drove 120 miles(from Rawlins) for our monthly shopping trip...I will do everything I can to tell people to just go to home depot! Sorry Menards you overkilled it.
