Albertsons in my opinion is the best grocery store as far as saving money in town and u can save bank by using the app! I always get deals with the app n my receipts show almost always around 29%savings and it really does add up!

Its a great place to get food, its a little spendy on some items but there Deli and Bakery are awesome and worth the extra dime for the time...the freshest and juciest fried chicken and the best all around baked goods anywhere! Albertsons has it ALL!!!

Boycotting this place forever. Whats the point of have self check out only if you cant complete a self check out? Bakery got our order wrong and ended up with upside down cupcakes and no communication in bakery, waited forever at self check out for assistance, one bottle of water rings up as a case so you have to search for water on screen and select one bottle. Alot of people probably pay for a whole case not knowing and get 1 bottle. Just ridiculous all the way around.

Adequate selection of items, good quality meat, large deli, fresh sushi, and bakery with a wide selection. Fairly good prices, good deals if youre a member of their rewards program. I like the online ordering with curbside delivery, and the fact that I have all day to pick it up, not just an hour window. Convenient to pick up prescriptions and shop, grab a coffee from the Starbucks inside, or stop by the liquor store.

I shop later in the evening at night and I had a lake cruise I was super friendly and helpful

The pharmacist lady (Lindsay) that administered my Covid vaccine was very nice, delicate, and best of all, understanding!

Great place for all your groceries. AND, this one has a Starbucks ☕inside! You can pick up your favorite beverage and browse through the store. Having your favorite beverage as you shop, makes a pleasant experience out of a boring or mundane chore. 😁 🌻 🌼 🌴

Bakery items are amazingly fresh

People there are very friendly and helpful. Some I worked with when I worked there in 2015 and would go back if able. Store is clean and kept well stocked.

Store is sooo clean. Unfortunately one really needs to watch expiration dates. It doesnt seem enough attention is paid to that detail.

I havent loved a grocery store this much since Woodmans. Their pharmacy is always on the ball, their sushi bar is out of this world, and their Starbucks makes the drinks 10x better than the original! Which doesnt make sense but Im definitely not complaining 😂

Staff is always friendly, even before I have had my morning coffee. I find it a little odd that they only keep one of their two doors open, though, especially since Covid. It forces us to walk by each other. It would make more sense to have an exit and an entrance, in my opinion.

I’ve shopped here for decades, and have always found the food quality and service to be better than most grocery stores. During the pandemic, the store has really stepped up— both in customer service and effort to keep products in stock. I’ve noticed some price increases, but on basics prices don’t seem to have changed very much. Most clerks that have waited on me have been very helpful, calming, and friendly...much appreciated!

I cant believe how friendly the pharmacist was! Went out of her way to help me. Beyond kind.

Fantastic store with a little of everything

The best produce in town and best costumer service in town! BUT I knocked my rating from 5 to 3 because my trip today took me 30 minutes to get 4 things. With the additional help of 3 different employees, I finally found what I needed. Seriously this store moved their cheese by the skin care. Seriously, cotton balls and cheese all in one isle. Also there are 2 different pasta aisles. Good marketing technique but bad experience. Thanks to the employees who knew where everything was! Way to go!

The Safeway bread the deli uses for sandwiches is absolutely terrible! It crumbles into dust! I miss Albertsons, Mike M and Safeway can take a hike. Ill drive to your competition for quality and passion. Im ashamed I wasted so many years working for a company that took pride in their work. Safeway is garbage

Ive always had a good experience shopping at Albertsons. The sushi is hands down the best sushi in Casper!The man who makes it is super nice as well.

Pricey. Confusing unfriendly front end

I am new to this town and checked out the local Albertsons for my gluten-free food. They have a much wider selection of items then my previous Albertsons store. Im introduced myself to Mike, the manager, and he was very helpful and accommodating. All employees proved to be very helpful.

The produce here is amazing but a bit pricey. 98% of customers wear masks and because of that I will definitely come back. Please make this a requirement for all customers.

Albertsons West is convenient for groceries and their Osco pharmacy. From the manager and the staff theyre always very helpful.

My favorites are their fabulous pharmacy, the freshest produce in town, and their very fine flower market.

Rude on the phone, we needed to pick up money at their western union location. It was closed at 8 p.m. and whom Emmett anwsered was a little unconcerned

Honestly, the only place with sushi that compares is House of Sushi. They have more variety but I havent had one roll from albertsons I didnt LOVE. Everything in the deli is absolutely fantastic.

AWFUL THE FEMALE PHARMACIST GAVE ME THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. PLUS SHE LOOKED HAGGARD AND HER BREATH STANK LIKE ROTTEN CARCASS.

You want high prices shop at Albertsons!

This store has a large variety of groceries. A deli, bakery, butcher area for meats and fresh fish, fresh vegetables, a pharmacy, fresh cut flowers, red box movies, liquor store and of course various grocery items. Large parking lot with handicapped parking and entrance.

Lots of customers with no masks. Lots with masks on chins. Employees dont care. 350k dead. Hospitals are full.

I went to Albertsons for chips but they were out of the ones I wanted. I found some chicken patties instead that were on sale. The check out experience was fast and with out any problems. There is also a Redbox inside the store. It is nice so you arent cold outside when selecting movies.

Its okay, v but the status at their Albertsons all seem to be a bit drab and uptight. The pharmacy especially is full hens whos much rather judge and Gordon than get your medicine.

Clean. Thats about all I can say. Inside looks like a Safeway.

I like this Albertsons they have a star bucks very friendly people. If they cant find something they always go the extra mile to help you obtaine the next best product.
