My wife broke her wrist and was in terrible pain. The ER sent a prescription for pain medication. I went to pick it up and the pharmacy was closed (again) because there was no pharmacist working. After several phone calls I was finally able to get another prescription sent to a Walgreens that was open. This pharmacy is closed too often to trust them. Use another pharmacy.

You know, I would not be so quick to be negative and agree with these comments. The staff at Walgreens are under a lot of pressure these days and they are doing their best to make things work. I certainly understand and I am 51 years old, I am going to remain patient with them and allow the staff members to do what they are already doing. TO THE WALGREENS STAFF MEMBERS, YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB AND DONT LISTEN TO THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS. You are appreciated for all your hard work. I called there today, first thing I always do, to see if they are busy, have someone available to answer my questions when I get there and who to speak with when I do get there, It is that simple. 9/4/2021. The woman I spoke to, probably a manager, she was pleasant and was respectable and helped me out, she was not rude, and told me what I needed to know, and now I am waiting just a few more days to call again and see if it is a right time to go there to get my meds. Thats it! Be patient with them, understand, and dont beat them down. Have some compassion for these workers, you are not the only ones that need help. Whoever gets these reviews, please let them know they are greatly appreciated. The staff members needed to be told this, every little bit helps to boost their spirits and know they are not alone.

I dont need grumpy. Better attitudes can be found elsewhere. Worst customer service EVER.

This Walgreens used to be great for pharmacy customer service but lately customer service has gone downhill. When you call the automated answering system doesnt work at all and is nothing but frustrations. Their computer system frequently messes up, telling me a prescription was denied when in reality it was filled and waiting to be picked up. Sometimes it says a prescription is out of stock when in reality it is ready to be picked up.

Called Monday. Basalgar, Novolog pens and B&D Micro needles. On Monday the said that Basalgar and needles are ready but Novolog pens after 2 on Wed. I asked if I come there after 2 my script for Novolog would be ready. Just now on Wed at 3 PM drive up girl with bad attitude said Id have to drive to a different store to get it and NO, they wouldnt get it at this store for me. I dont want to drive to different stores to get my scripts. If switching to Walmart helps I will. This has been the Crappies customer service store with the most inefficient staff Ive ever been to. Were this the first time I wouldnt comment. Most drive up staff are cordial but this one gets mean because I have trouble hearing her. Shes a problem most times I drive up. Not sure what the point is in making an appointment for a vaccine. Waited over 20 minutes each time. My husband waited over 30 and then just walked out.

Very easy to return an item. No paperwork to fill out. Received full refund in cash and I had purchased the item on a card only one day prior. Excellent customer service. Very courteous personnel.

And the poor customer service keeps on occurringCalled store to find out if they handled distilled water...Alan hung up when he answered since when we walked in he was at the register..omg, ..wow, we bought 2 bottles on sale and avoided Alan checking out at the register slowly 10 minutes in line checking out people waited in line 5 plus minutes other staff in back of store partying? Alan struggled with register we got out not saying anything but had to do this write up to let corporate know. FIRE ALAN WHO IS NOT TRAINED. WE WILL GET THIS TOWN RIGHT!!@

This Walgreens is poorly managed compared to my Walgreens in Nebraska. They have out-sourced their prescription refill answering service to a foreign country. UGH. Why dont you use American workers? (Oh, thats right, youre British owned). Also, they sent my refill to the wrong store.

Sent my husband to pick up a prescription. I called at 3:30 she said it was in stock and they would take 30mins to fill my migraine medication. He arrived at 4. They only had 5 pills so they didnt fill the prescription at all. He agreed to wait for a partial fill and decided to go get a coke and then came back. He sat there a while longer when they asked him what he was waiting on. They said it was forgotten. Another 5 minutes and finally out of there. What a pain.Finally got the other half of my medicine. Ill try to go elsewhere unless i have no other choice.

I didnt like it. I have been to other Olive Gardens but this one was horrible 😢. I truly love this food but it was over cooked and nasty. Pasta was really over cooked!!!!!! Really disappointed 😞

I get all my shopping needs here to avoid Walmart hahahaAnyways very nice helpful staff :) good job.

This pharmacy is horrible. My doctors office sent a perscription in yesterday April 3 at 12:30pm and it was never filled before it closed. That was after constant calling the automated system checking on it. This morning April 4th, I called and had to wait over ten minutes to speak to someone in pharmacy for the lady to get sassy saying well they were busy yesterday and are working on it now. This is not the first time this pharmacy has done this to me. The last time was for the perscription just before this one. My doctor sent in the script around 11:30am and when I called at 2:30pm it was not filled. I told the lady I was speaking with over the phone that I was on my way over to speak to someone about it, and just as I was getting ready to arrive I recieved a call that magically it was ready. I figured okay they muct have been busy but its ready so I never complained. Then this happens all over again for my very next script. This is unprofessional. Luckily it is not a life threatening emergency but this is uncalled for. I need my meds just like everyone else, but we need them in a timely manner. This will be my last script with this company. I will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, they dont care about you at all.

Sometimes you have those days when you wait In line but overall a very friendly staff members.
