We purchased 2018 Ford F150 truck in August from the Casa Grand location. When we purchased, it was supposed have gone through the inspection process and we were told it had a factory warranty for the transmission until 100,000 miles. We started to have shifting issues very shortly after that. We called to get the truck in and were told no appointments available so we tried to get something set up with them. We even called the local Ford dealerships close by with the same response. We finally got it into the service department and we get told it needs a brand new transmission. This truck is not very old... This truck was sold to us with an issue and now it is being refused to be fixed since that warranty was for 60,000 miles not 100,000. They have had the truck for just under a month and I did not receive any calls or updates. I have to call to get an update... Because of this, my husband has now lost his job due to no reliable transportation... This company, or at least the sales staff lied to us and does not stand by. We now have paid a lot of money for a vehicle we cannot drive. We had not even made the first payment on the truck when to problems began. I cant find any emails or phone numbers for anyone in the company so I figured maybe here they may reach out. Be careful dealing with this dealership.

I was very satisfied with the service here. The employees were able to work with my work schedule and get me my car much quicker than I expected. A few weeks ago I was in the market for a vehicle and this was one of the places locally I decided to at least glance at their inventory and see if anything good was available. I found a message asking for a phone number to even see it and did so not thinking they would be too bad. After finding nothing I just moved on and later ended up with something else. Now over the past few weeks the countless phone calls and messages along with the fact that any attempts to call them end up in leaving a message and no person to make sure the issue is resolved I will be going there in person to resolve this. Do not go here. They are not transparent about their inventory and make you give up personal info to then be able to harass you and honestly just look them up. Terrible reviews, many claims of rude people and bad business practices, and just overall a nightmare for all involved and I was lucky enough to not even purchase anything and have to deal with the headaches of a bad vehicle they gave to many good people. They even give rude retorts to customers who report issues with the Better Business Bureau. Overall it’s not worth your time. Go to the Phoenix area where people actually care and give you a good experience and have a proper selection of vehicles that won’t break down or have issues. I’ll be stopping by today to put a stop to the harassment in person and let them know my experiences and may update if it’s not a good one.

My dad wanted to stop on buy to see how much a used car cost. We bought a 2014 Kia Soul. It had some niches but small, top was faded a little from the sun, missing a spare tire but otherwise the interior was like new. Paint was in good shape, tires like new, battery 2 years old and engine was so clean. Only a four cylinder but good mileage. The stereo is excellent! It was the most rewarding service without pressure to buy. The staff is great. One guy didnt know about cars which I had to laugh. He was so sweet and honest. My brother use to take me out to car shows so I continue to learn. Let me know if you got a good deal too. About 5 cars I saw were bought that day.

From Start to Finish she & everyone was Friendly, Courteous, Respectful and totally Honest with me about my options. I had a Zero/Retired Credit rating because I am older and had chosen to become debt free. Oops! They worked diligently to find me financing and did find me a Credit Union loan at a Suprisingly Low Rate. I also got a Smoking deal on the car with the Features I requested!. They Offer Newer cars with low mileage instead of ridiculously old cars with high miles.Thanks Premier!! Highly recommend. Also it was my experience that if you tell the person that calls to follow up on your web inquiry not to bother you and you’re just looking for now they will respectfully stop calling immediately.

I went to get a truck they were nice and bent over backwards Ion was great Tom was great after the deal was done.I left so they could do a few things to the truck came back at closing to pick up truck all was not done and trying to deal with Tom after the deal was done it like you are nothing now and Its taken mouths to get thing it done just picked up the truck and its was half done after they had it a week. And it look like the service did not get done and I have other issues that I will not go into I would not recommend them to anyone and I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. Also I have tryed to talk to Scott left messages and keep getting told he will call you asap that All I have heard for like 2 weeks. Today I was told he is out of town this week after they told me 5 hrs ago he would be calling me asap. They just lead you on until you stop

What a joke! Checked out their inventory online, had to provide phone and e-mailed just to look. They called and asked what I was looking for. Told them what I was looking for and my situation. They said we have a great program with little to no money down and can help you out if youre upside down on your trade. What a crock of lies! Hard inquiry on credit, we need $3000 down or we cant help you. Dont waste your time! Definitely not a dealer for the people!

They ripped me off bad. I bought my car from them a couple years ago (still paying) and the told me one price and sold it to me for like $4000 over. But in the end it was my fault for not reading the papers when i signed them. The car was $17,3XX but the paper said the car only had 13000 miles, when i brought it up that the car had 42000 miles on it he brought the price down to $13000. They didnt change the paper work and i signed it at the 17000 price. My fault but also they knew what they were doing they just slapped a stack of papers in front of me and made me sign like 50 things without really showing it to me or reading it.

Typical bait and switch my wife and I go in and we were working with Tom the mgr. We were told we needed a co-signer temporarily and after 90 days we could refinance and take the cosigner off. We go back in today and are now working with ino we had everything we needed all we asked for was proof in writing that the cosigner wouldnt need to be on there for the full term of the loan. They very quickly tried to tell me they never said that they dont do that blah blah blah. So roughly translated when they were asked to put their promise in writing and keep their word they refused. Luckily for my family we found another dealership willing to help us out, dont trust this place they have overstock because nobody wants to buy from them do like I did and go elsewhere guarantee youll get a better deal than these ripoff con artists!!!

I recently went in to look at getting a car and I had little hope of being able to get into anything. I ended up test driving a 2015 Toyota Corolla and I fell in love, and they were able to get me approved! Their customer service was absolutely incredible! They talked to me about all my options, and let me put my kids car seats inside of the car to see if I could fit them in. Super friendly staff and they weren’t pushy at all. I would like to give these guys 5 stars for the great customer service, however I gave them 1 star wish I could give them no stars. We were looking at a 2015 Nissan and thought it was a done deal until the salesman calls me back and says oops my bad bank says you can only have 1 financed vehicle! Which I know know to be untrue because the sales man I was working with I bought a new car from him when we was at Jones last year and i already had a car loan! So if that an issue why was I able to buy my new car from him last year! Obviously that isnt accurate and needless to say we are very disappointed and angry about being strung along thinking we were going to be able to make this second car purchase...Wow called back got the same run around what a huge disappointment

Weve had a lot of issues with others such as Heritage Motors leaving my wife stranded with my baby and son and all her possessions because they took her car after lying to the banks and to us. Not too sure how to feel about this place... I bought my car from there and I’ve already put probably $5,000 into repairing it on my own. It ran great for a few thousand miles, I kept up with maintenance, but at probably the third month, everything started shutting down and breaking. They had no explanation for it. It was a used car, but I feel I was the one being used.

Told the sales man up front that my credit score is 580 according to credit karma and that I didnt want a bunch of credit inquiries run because that dings your score. Went on to tell him how much I made a year and what payment I was willing to pay. Ran 4 hard credit inquiries that credit karma alerted me to as soon as they ran them THEN told me they couldnt help me. So if you want to waste your time and theres this is a great place to do so.

We went to Premier Auto Tucson on Saturday April 6, 2013 and drove a couple of vehicle which were all really good vehicles but just not quite what we were looking for. I gave them a list of preferred vehicles but told them that my husband really liked the Hyundai Genesis when he drove it a few years back. By Thursday they had the car on the lot (in Casa Grande which is much closer to where we live in Maricopa) and gotten us approved for the loan. We went and test drove that evening just to confirm it was all we wanted. In reality is was far more than we ever expected. We have a car that is top of the line, fully decked out without any issues with it at all. The folks at Premier are the most honest people I have met when it comes to anything but certainly when it comes to buying a car. This is the third car we have bought from there. I would recommend them to anyone. They have always exceeded our expectations.UPDATE: June 16, 2014...Just purchased our fifth vehicle from them. A 2012 Toyota Tundra. Again awesome service. I highly recommend them.
