I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was under the wrong impression that this was a reputable establishment but it’s only slightly better then a rinky dink side of the road dealership. The employees only see dollar signs and have no care for quality, honesty, trust or for their very own life line the consumer itself. I was naive to trust this place and I did not protect myself as a buyer. I would recommend if you do make a purchase from here to look at the vehicle very thoroughly make sure everything works and that you get the car fax and that the cosmetic parts look correct and that they were made to fit your vehicle.

I just had the best sales experience ever getting a new ford ranger. My salesman Chris McGuire went above and beyond to get the truck me and my wife wanted. The entire staff was great. Sometimes waiting times can be long depending on what you have to get done and how busy the day is. The men and women in the service department have been really great every time I go there. Want to shout out Chris “Guido”, he’s my go to guy for anything I need at Jones Ford Dealership. Other honorable mentions; Eric and Brandon, from service dept. In my experience, these guys are extremely competent and knowledgeable and always service with a smile. It’s a small thing but it goes a long way.

I would give 0 stars if I could I was lied to and misinformed about the vehicle I was buying I asked for the carfax they told me it was clean and that they would print it out for me and I never got come to find out its been in am accident and they couldnt even give me the info of the accident very disappointing and unprofessional to say the VERY LEAST Would Never suggest anybody go here!!!! Make the trip to the Valley youll save some money too. SO SAD!!!!

Scheduled oil change, pulled up to lane waited 10 minutes with no service tech. Car ahead of me backed out, turned around, told me he had been waiting 25 minutes with no help and left. Pulled up behind a large p/u truck. About five minutes a guy come out and left. Still no service tech. Went to first office, young lady was in there working with some guy sitting in with her. He told me he was a salesman and would sell me a car but couldn’t help with service. Young lady told me she would be with me in 10 minutes. Went down the doors and saw ERIC - he took care of me immediately and approximately one hour later he brought paperwork and I was out of there. This is the third straight time I have had to wait in the service lane for assistance and with out Eric I would still be in your waiting room. Last time the wait was over 21/2 hours and after talking with service manager he comp’ed my oil change. Bottom line - your service techs are not customer oriented - there is no reason to wait over 10 minutes to see a tech on a scheduled appointment.

Traveling through the area and made an appointment to have my truck looked at. Took 1.5 weeks to get an appointment. Finally got the truck in at my appointment time. 6 hours later hadn’t heard anything from them. Called three times and left VMs each time. Finally received a call back that they needed to keep the truck a few more days. Told them I have been stranded here for 10 days already and couldn’t wait any longer. They told me to come pickup my truck. Found out they never even got the truck in the shop yet to look at it. Had a Ford warranty so I have to use a Ford service center unfortunately. Took the truck to a different dealership and they immediately found the issue by simply plugging in the computer. Stay far away from this group if you want to get great service and your vehicle fixed.

This is the second time that I had my car repaired there. It is a very professional staff that treats each customer with respect. I worked with Junior both times and would give him a 5* rating for each encounter. He was prompt, courteous, respectful and discussed the options I had available. No high pressure just a caring attitude. Next time I need service I will go back and work with Junior again. I highly recommend their work.

I called to try to pay the bill for my cousin who had broken down in Case Grande and had to use this place for repairs. I spoke to Max who told me they didnt accept credit cards over the phone... In 2021... After a pandemic... Max wasnt friendly or helpful and if they truly dont take payments over the phone, I wish them well in 1990.

Bad customer service and poor attention to detail. At first, the salesperson was friendly and helpful but as we got further into the process of buying the vehicle they told us the dealer had made a mistake and they wouldnt honor the price listed on their website. Instead, they said the used vehicle was actually worth $5000 MORE than the website price. They would have to sell it to us for the updated price. This was after they had run our credit score and started loan paperwork. So their mistake cost us time and caused a huge amount of stress. This could have been avoided if they had done their due diligence at assessing the value in the first place. And why would a dealer NOT want to make right a mistake they made?

Unfortunately, the one item Id hoped to be fixed was left with no resolution, they werent sure what was wrong with it,and said it should be fine. Its not. I only have 1 Ford location to go to and these repairs are only done by Ford. Ugggh...stuck now.

I spotted a deal they had on a new 2020 Ranger so I contacted Chris Maguire.Chris was extremely helpful in my decision to purchase my Ranger. So Henry brown next door wouldn’t offer me the amount I needed to get out of a pickle and into a new truck so I went next door to Jones! Needless to say they of course went up and beyond to get me out of my current loan and into a new F-350. No haggling at ALL. I walked in and was out very quickly. I’ve been told they are a zero BS place and thats what it is and I absolutely loved my experience buying my new 2020. Now honestly can anyone say buying a new 60k truck is a nice time? I CAN. This is easily the beat experience I’ve had at a dealership. I reached out online stating that I was interested in a truck at the dealership and was responded to quickly. Unfortunately that specific vehicle sold on Saturday morning when I was planning to see it Saturday afternoon. I was informed that it was being looked at and was given the opportunity to put down a totally refundable holding deposit which I decided not to do. The truck sold, which is understandable as it was great deal, but the sales man Brandon, informed me that the dealership received another vehicle with similar specifications that day if I was interested. I said I was and he sent me pictures of it despite it not being listed yet on the dealership website and had it pulled up when I arrived.Brandon was professional, very friendly and did not try to up-sell or advertise something that I was not interested in. We agreed on a fair price for the vehicle based on condition and milage, this price was several thousand below asking but was agreed to with out resistance. I was not trying to get the price as low as possible but just to what I thought was fair and Brandon and his manager agreed.The sales process was quick and the finance numbers matched what Brandon and I agreed on.My “check engine” light did come on the day after which concerned me but I reached out to Brandon who immediately scheduled an appointment with the service technicians. The issue turned out to be a computer update and while the issue was being diagnosed, the technicians found another issue that I was unaware involving the AC and scheduled me to come back to have the repaired as well. All of this work was done completely free of charge. I did not pay for labor, or the parts involved in the next scheduled visit.This is an excellent dealership that I would highly recommend. I am a customer for life.

I had looked at several, overpriced used trucks at a handful of different dealers in the east and west valleys. If the trucks werent in rough shape, the internet or sticker price was never the same when it came down to negotiations.Then I stumbled upon a well priced truck on the Jones website in Casa Grande. After having a bad experience buying from Craigslist the last time, we decided to go to a real dealership. A dealership that actually has a mechanic look at the vehicle and makes proper repairs. They were very courteous to us and we felt like we got a great deal. They also included a lifetime power train warranty.

We have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Jones Ford in Casa Grande in the last 2 years. The first one being a 2017 F250 in 2018. The 2018 experience was great. However the most recent experience on Memorial Day 2020 left a sour taste in our mouth. the car was delivered dirty (hand wiped down the next day) the big issue came when it was time to talk about vehicle licensing, I am a combat veteran and get paid at the 1005 rate therefore I do not pay licensing fees and when it was brought up to Brady Jones he told us that we would need to get reimbursed from the MVD (which is not the case since they do not do refunds). So we called Jones Ford and explained the issue of the roughly $600 that we seemed to be burned on. After being sent to numerous people within the dealership we were told that no money can be given back and the General Manager said we can have a free oil change by a lady named Georgie (sorry if i misspelled her name). An oil change just doesnt make up for a $600 mistake. I will update this review if a more comparable solution is made. But until then they will have 2 stars, 1 star for each car. It really bothers me that a company we put our trust and loyalty into burned us this way.James

When I called and explained the problem, the person right way said they believed there was an extended ten year warranty if that was the problem. Which is unheard of, I only had one month left to get the warranty. Was just totally surprised by the quick response, the person being knowledgeable for warranty work not having to look it up for something that old.

I worked with Monica after contacting Jones Ford to purchase a 2020 Ford super duty 4 x 4 XLT with the power stroke diesel. I contacted dealers throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, California, and Colorado find a truck at the best possible price. No one was really Willing to work with me over the phone or via the Internet and provide me a reasonable price for the truck I was looking for. Monica and the team were very willing to work with me over the phone and via email, they worked hard to try to find a dealer trade for a truck that fit exactly what I was looking for. Ultimately I ended up buying something that they had on the lot, but they were very fair and upfront with the pricing. They even delivered the truck to me in Phoenix which is about an hour away, I signed the paperwork at my house and the truck was mine. One of the easiest truck by experiences I’ve had over the years.

Their customer service was horrible. We took our car to get the airbag replaced per the recall. I was ignored by 4 different people, who looked me in the eye and walked away, before I had to interrupt someone elses personal conversation just to schedule an appointment. And pretty much the same story when we picked it up. Luckily they didnt damage our car when they had it. We live in this town but we never buy vehicles from them and only took our car to them for the airbag replacement. We will have to go to the next closest dealer which is 45 minutes away.

Didn’t really appreciate how good their service was until I brought from a couple other dealers. That’s something I won’t be doing again. Every time you go into jones people are willing to help or just let you browse without looking over your shoulder. We brought our Ford Transit in for body panel sealant issues. Service department sent me straight to their body shop. Service writer took pictures of the issue and said he would take care of it. Weeks went by and nothing. Went back to the dealership and they had no clue what I was talking about. They told me to bring the van back the next day. I have purchased 2 Ford pickups from Jones Ford and currently have 2 Ford pickups serviced there. The buying experience on both vehicles was great. No pushy sales tactics and my wife and I both felt comfortable with the whole process, but its what came afterwards that has been completely awesome!! I have owned many vehicles and moved quite a bit requiring me to visit different service departments quite often. I have been taking my vehicles to Jones in Casa Grande for service for 3 years now and could not be happier with a service department. My service guy is usually Brandon Wallace and I honestly dont think Ive ever completely trusted a service department until meeting him. He always shoots straight with the problem or issue I might be having and even though he may have had the opportunity to upsale me or add services that were questionable, even if only there for routine maintenance. I feel he is definitely there looking out for his customers and in turn creates an environment that keeps you coming back to Jones for their exemplary service. I single Brandon our because he is usually who I book and deal with, but I definitely get the same vibe from others in the department like Eric Paytosh and Guido DElia. I really dont think you can go wrong with any of these great folks in service, sales or administration. This dealership might not be as large as some of the mega-shops in the Phoenix area or have acres upon acres of vehicles to browse through on a 115 degree day, but what it does have is a family friendly atmosphere and the same friendly and trustworthy folks every time you visit, where as with those other places youd be lucky to see the same face twice anytime you go.

Not thrilled with last service work. I called and gave a list of items I wanted looked into on my truck. There was a list of things I called a week ahead of time to be addressed. Of the 6 items on the list only 3 were addressed.I have had service work done at Jones Casa Grande before and historically I was happy. Not so much this time.
