Mor furniture is legit, with quality products and great service. For awhile now Ive been purchasing furniture from Mel. Mel is both professional and charismatic. Most importantly, he follows through on the things he says hes going to do. I truly respect that.Finally, I dont feel like Im being hounded or sold to, but rather consulted with. Many people at Mor have been readily accessible to answer any questions and help narrow things down to my decision. This is team work to make the dream work rather then every sales rep for themselves.
Went there for the first time looking for bed frames, they had a great number of options, their beds were great looking with a fair price as well. I really liked how they had storage beds, beds with headboards and they were quite sturdy too which is important. I also like how they included different bed styles for example, beds that are more stylish with lights, different bed material, real wood. Overall, there are lots of items to choose from, so theres a small chance of you leaving without be satisfied. No matter if you are looking for something from beds to living or dining furniture, its all there.The employee Jerry was very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed, like if we had any questions or concerns, he was there. So shout out to him and the rest of the workers for being very kind, pleasant and accommodating!
After visiting a multitude of furniture shops with little success in the finding a suitable couch that could be delivered in a timely manner, it was a delight to find Kathy and Mor Furniture. As it happened they had the perfect floor model on sale and a prompt delivery was scheduled. Kathy was super helpful without being hover-y. Id never been to Mor before but Ill definitely go back when Im in the market for some new furniture.

Hi,We ordered two separate bed from the store for our Kids, intent was to order them in matching. They promised to deliver both the beds in 4-5 weeks. We paid in full and now here is what happened.a) Sales person called and informed us that they can deliver one bed and another will coming in couple of weeks, we agreed and they delivered one Bed.b) First Bed that was delivered was not of desired height, person who delivered from Mor Furniture explained us that height can be increased and they will fix it when they deliver second bed. With this assurance we agreed to accept the delivery of the bed.c) Later on when we called sales person they denied and said that height cant be adjusted for this bed and also gave delivery date for second bed as Mar 2022 which is 7 months late than the date they promised us at the beginning.We escalated issue to customer care and they promised that store manager will call us but it never happened, we waited for 4-5 days but never received any call from store manager. We wanted to return the bed that they delivered but they are not agreeing to take it back. Sales team tricked us by delivering only one bed that doesnt serve our purpose.Overall story about this store is Sales person or Store manager doesnt take your complaint seriously, what they show you in the store or promise during verbal conversation they never fulfill. Looks like they have target to meet and to meet the target they will play all this games.Thanks.

Our salesman Jim was fantastic. He listened to everything we said aboutour living room layout. He also knew what to do for your dog who lost her place in front of a window. They have great furniture and we will shop at Mor for our next purchases. We have a bedroom done and now our living room. Next is two bedrooms. Cant wait to got back and do Mor shopping.
Horrible delivery service. When my furniture was to be delivered i had asked to be called in advance so i could be home. I never got a call from anyone but i get a call from the delivery guy saying he was there. I had to leave work to go home to let them in. As soon as i got there they turn on their car and leave and say they waited for 15 min. First of all it was their fault for not calling early in advance and why even make me come out if you are going to see me then leave. Never buying anything from there again for the price they charge for delivery they need to do better. Disappointment!!
Sang was amazing! Thoughtful and fast, listened to our needs and didnt try to shove every piece of furniture down our throats. Honest, up front and able to help us despite the unfortunate lack of some inventory out of his control... clearly knows that the customer comes before the sale and I would recommend Sang to anyone, any time and I will definitely return... soon to furnish our house fully. Ordered a sofa in early July. I was told it will be delivered by August. When it’s late August I was told it will be delivered in September. It’s late September now and I was told it will be arrived by late October.... I’m not sure if they will deliver it in October. I definitely won’t buy from them if I know this in the first place. We need a sofa to be sit on, and I cant just be waiting month by month.

I had excellent experience at MOR Furniture. Furniture deliveries and buying furniture has become difficult these days and very frustrating but Sonny at Mor made our experience an excellent one. He was able to advise us on which furniture fits our budget and is available for delivery now. I would highly recommend this place and highly recommend Sonny.
I purchased a couch at the end of 2020 and had a very positive experience. The price was great, the employees helpful, the couch was in stock. Fast forward to February 2021, the electric recliner broke so we called to have some one come take a look. They had to order a part and said that would get back to us. It’s now been a year since we originally bought the couch and it’s been broken for longer than it was actually working properly. Every time we call it’s either busy, leave a message (no one has ever called back), or they are waiting to hear from the warehouse and will call back in a couple days ( they never do). I understand that everything is back ordered, but the very least you can do is communicate with your customers. I would not recommend Mor Furniture unless you are okay with unsatisfactory customer service.

I ordered my bed in August 2021. The sales man told me my order would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything from then so I decided to text them. They told me my order was delayed until mid October. I thought that was fine and understandable. Now all of a sudden my order is delayed yet again until mid November. At this point is it even going to arrive? I just don’t understand why they sell items when they can’t keep up with the high demands and manufacturing. I guess I’ll have to continue sleeping on the floor (literally) for the rest of the year.
They had a wide selection of furniture, good quality and very well laid out inside there store. The sales people werent pushing anything on you just trying to be helpful. And finally doing the sales paperwork was a breeze , no prices were hidden all up from and all up front.

Update: once I received delivery one of my chairs was damaged and now customer service has given me the runaround for weeks claiming they’re waiting for the warehouse to get back to them. The furniture at Mor Furniture is beautiful. This store has a lot of options: modern, antique, with electronic additions, vintage, a combination of everything... and they are very comfortable too, not just pretty. The staff is wonderful, very polite and friendly. We bought a sofa and Paul Brown helped us. He was very nice and a great sales man! This store also offers different options for a loan, without interest rates for one, two or three years, depending what option you choose. My last advice is that when you are buying any furniture, you should ask the availability of that specific product, because sometimes you will find yourself waiting for 2 or 3 month for that piece. We bought our sofa in December and have to wait until February to have it. Everything else was excellent.
Paul brown did an amazing job! He definitely gave us our space to look around, but came around enough to answer our questions. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, which I really loved. Thank you for helping us pick out the bedroom set that was perfect for us.

Reduced to 2 stars due to recent events. Shipment was delayed 2 months without my knowledge and I had to call and ask to find out. Original 5 stars was being polite but the salesman didnt work with me at all on pricing. I expected better as my family has bought from this establishment multiple times. Only reason I so not reduce my review to 1 star is their product quality is high.
At first it seemed like a good place to purchase quality furniture, but to enjoy your quality furniture you first need to receive the furniture. Their service is sub-par and is marred by endless delays. Every new delivery date they provide keeps getting pushed so you keep wondering whether you will ever receive your order.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Mor Furniture customer service is lack-luster at best. My wife and I bought furniture from them in April 2021. Several pieces were delivered and a couple more were on back order until June 5th. Fast-forward to the middle of June and I have heard nothing from Mor Furniture. I contact them to find out the back order has been moved to August. Again, fast-forward to August and I have heard nothing from Mor Furniture. I contact them to find out the back order has been moved to September. Again, fast-forward to September and I have heard nothing from Mor Furniture. This companys customer service is garbage!I have no assurance I will ever receive product that I have paid for. Additionally, since they already delivered a partial order they will not let me return the product I did buy. Problem is I have 1/2 a living room set and if I cancel what is on back order nothing will match.This company is scamming customers! I am not sure how their reviews are this high. Take my warnings:1) Dont shop here!!!!2) If you do, do not take anything home until your order is complete!!!3) Dont even bother with customer service, they are useless!

We have been to several furniture stores in the Seattle area and this was by far our best experience. We worked with Kathy and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly what to show us and we were able to make a purchase in being there less than an hour. 100% will be coming back here to work with Kathy for any future furniture needs!

Paid for a brand new dresser. After 3 attempts I quit.First: arrived brokenSecond: drawers wouldn’t shut right and we’re wobblyThird: they rescheduled delivery the day of then gave me a repaired one arrived and there was mold in every single drawer.After the second dresser they would not speak to me on the phone and would only text. I asked multiple times for someone to call and they wouldn’t. When I called they said someone would contact me back, but they would only text me.They offered to replace the moldy one with a four month wait. I refused but I still have to be home for a 5th time so they can pick up the dresser.
Mor Furniture is the best store! A lot of beautiful and stylish furniture for a very good price. Paul helped us a lot. He was polite, outgoing and cheerful. He told us about everything that interested us, helped with the choice. He placed the order very quickly. We will come back.

So I bought something on clearance - doesnt mean that my purchase is any less important.I have bought furniture from Mor Furniture before, this time I went in looking for a new dining table. I didnt see anything that fit my needs. However, there was a beautiful side chair that I felt would look perfect in my office. So happens it was on sale, clearance in fact. While I was purchasing it a woman who I assume was a manager, by the way she was addressed by the salesman who was assisting me and they started talking about my purchase. She made a snide comment of seems a lot of paperwork for such a small sale to the salesman. He quickly agreed with her and they both laughed. (The $200 chair was marked down to $10.) Honestly, if I didnt like the chairs so much I would have walked away. If the company, or management, does not feel that selling a product is worth the time of their salesman doing the paperwork then they shouldnt have the product out for sale.I wont be back.

He walked us through our options in finding the perfect couch every step of the way.The rest of the staff was very inviting as well.We were in and out in an hour and our couch is arriving in 2 weeks. We are very happy.Will be going back for future purchases.

Update: They have like the worst customer service ever. They forced us to choose a different product as they cant cancel the order now for some reason. The new product was also faulty, and hence I had to send that back as well. While delivering they did damage in my house. Their customer service texted that they have filed a report and someone will reach out. It has been 4 days, no one has.Horrible experience with Mor. I am really surprised how this store has 4.7 rating in Google reviews. We went there based on this rating. We were looking for a bedroom set and 1 queen bed. We found an option for both which we liked. So, we placed order and were happy with our decision to visit Mor. However, when the order was delivered, thats when it all went south. The quality of bedroom set (which includes 1 king bed, 1 chest, 1 dresser and nightstands) was horrible, there was day and night difference between the quality of item which we saw on display and the one which was delivered. There are chips/scratches at many places, wood is rusty, as if these items were lying in an old compound for a long time. And when I pointed out to delivery person that there are scratches, he just used a touch up pen and said its done. You can actually see the marker color on top of wood! You can tell that dresser mirror was cracked and has been glued up. And now I have been trying to reach their customer service to return all these items and get a refund, but they dont pick up phone! They ask you to text or email. Texts are not being responded in time. I have sent them an email now, hoping to get some response. Spent almost 5K dollars here, never thought will have to go through such a terrible experience.

Eddie was very helpful to my daughter when she was pre-shopping for a new sofa for our house. When my daughter and I went in together a day or two later I found him to be personable, knowledgeable and helpful; able to answer our questions about the sofa and the extended protection plan.
The service is so slow, I sat here for at least 20 minutes for my furniture at pick up. Still not here and there is not even a lot of customers waiting and it still takes that long. Do not recommend. Do a better job.
We ordered a sofa in July and were told that it would be delivered in August. Then the store kept pushing the delivery date out and now the delivery date is the end of October. Dont buy here if what you want is in the back orders.

The worst customer service. They lie about their delivery dates, don’t purchase from here if you don’t want to wait forever for something. I purchased a mattress and they promised me a date and then they kept throwing it to tomorrow and tomorrow and kept giving promises. Then i call them and they said its ready to pick up and once i went there it was not ready to pick up. On top of that, the older lady with glasses and white hair was screaming at me, she literally came out the door without listening to what iam going to say started yelling at me on top of her lungs, there was other customers who saw this situation and they were in shock. Mind you i am 8 months pregnant and they play with me saying come pick up and then that lady screaming at an 8 month pregnant woman. The other customers took my side and told me to talk to the manager because she has no right to scream at me like that. Then the manager promised me to come pick it up by noon and guess what? Nobody is answering my calls and most likely its not ready to pick up. I am 8 months pregnant and have no where to sleep, i purchased from them because they promised me the earliest pick up date. First and last time i am purchasing from this company. They have the worst workers who yell at their customers, and they are just liers.
Best place to find what you need. We couldnt find the end tables we wanted in stock at any store and would have to wait up to 8 months for them. Mor furniture had them in store at a great price, saved about 90 dollars each. Service was great and sales associate was awesome. We will return when we need anything else.
Vitalyi was great to work with. He left us alone to browse and checked in sporadically, then when we had made our decisions he helped and stayed with us until we were done. Absolutely great person to work with, and Mor has fantastic selection with the best prices I can find. Very happy customer here!

We had a $100 in store credit from mors customer service because our furniture was late we walked into the store and was greeted as soon as we came in. We picked out what we wanted and went to the same guy that greeted us and we got a paid in full receipt and was given the hours to come pick it up. It was fast and simple.
Working with Tony was a superb experience for my girlfriend and I. The whole sales process was effortless and we left the store more than satisfied. I had heard good things about Mor Furniture, unfortunately I have been quite displeased with the service so far. The delivery drivers forgot to bring the legs to my couch on the day of delivery, so I have had a couch sitting on the floor for the last week. The representative that I spoke with day-of said they found the legs, and I asked him to ship it via FedEx. Its been a week now, and I have not received the legs, nor have I received any correspondence from Mor regarding that package (no tracking number for the FedEx package as well). Keep in mind, my delivery address is a 30-40 min drive from the warehouse. It should not take over a week for a FedEx package to make it to Bellevue.I was willing to be patient and understanding of this, but when you call their customer service, their automated call navigation leads you to an automated message stating their customer service center is currently closed. Even during their listed customer service hours, 100% of the time. At this point Im considering just having the whole couch returned.

When I first entered the doors Mel was so inviting and spoke to me before I could fully get in the door, then after several sales people passed me by, I came back to Mel with his pleasant demeanor and asked if he could help me. He got up with no hesitation and looked for a availability for two different sofa and chairs when one wasn’t available he showed me another option which I loved way better.
