Well, now my new queen bed frame is shedding plastic protective parts, so I dont know. I was told not to worry about it. I am still happy with the bed.Stephanie was very knowledgeable, patient and delightful. She listened to what I was looking for and got me a good price for my box spring and mattress. I went in the store not planning on purchasing anything, walked out an hour later after purchasing a mattress and an adjustable base, definitely would recommend shopping here for first time new mattress buyers as they were incredibly helpful in helping us find which mattress suited our sleep style the best as well as helping find something that also fell into our price range.

I went to Mattress Firm after purchasing a village home in Palm Creek Golf and RV resort. Brooke introduced herself and proceeded to inquire what I was looking to buy. I told her that memory foam was my choice but I was interested in learning what they had to offer. After showing me models with memory foam she introduced me to the new sleepy model hybrid which combined a honeycomb style silicone like Purple but with memory foam. I laid on it and then left with a quote to think about it. I had been mentally prepared to spend $5500 so the price was right at $2700 but I wasn’t sure I would like it because it was slightly softer than what I was used to. Brooke told me of their 120 day guarantee as I left. After thinking over night I decided to give it a shot.How did it turn out.....in one word FANTASTIC. At 66 I seldom sleep the night and have suffered with insomnia when I wake. With Sleepy I’ve slept 8 hours a night. It’s by far the best mattress I have ever owned! I called in to see if my foundation, and frame could be replaced. I talked to Debrea she was very sweet, and vey helpful with the process. We had pass our 120 days for a return. But she said she would see what could be done. Less the 3 hours I send the picture of the product. We text to see what could be done. Then she called us to let us know that district manager approve to send us a foundation, and frame. We appreciate everything they did to help us get a frame, a foundation. You guys are so quick, and great customer service!! Thank you so much!!!!

Our experience with mattress firm was great! This was our first time, ever, in a mattress store. The sales lady was very helpful and explained a lot to us..My only complaint I have is with delivery. The delivery drivers were not very considerate of our items. They rushed to get in and out.. which left us with a few broken items and spots to touch up the paint.

After speaking to another location for what i needed i called Stphanie at tje Casa Grande location she went above and beyond yo het me what i needed ASAP.

Failed to explain the difference between a foundation and a frame until the purchase was completed. Complained about “everyone wanting pick-up rather then drop off” when I asked about drop offIt was “I can’t give you an exact date or time.”Slow day only 2 other customers and I was the only one who actually bought something.Conclusion“I came in to buy a new bed, I already knew what I wanted; and I bought something simple.”Please do not contact me, I do not want any type of calls or texts. I just wanna wait the 3-4 weeks for the bed to get to the store and I’ll pick it up and take it home. Thank you.

The mattress was bad and it did not even help my back and it said it would but it just cause more pain and then I sleep on the couch the pain is gone. So I hope it would work so I slept on it again and then the pain was right back and I would not buy from here again
