Beyond rude and lied to our face. Took our car for a a/c service. They told us they would run a dye test to find any leaks and they come back saying there was none but to come back If it stopped working again. Well it stopped working within 48 hrs.and when we brought it back they said they THOUGHT it was a couple of tubes that was going to costa a total of over 1k but wasnt sure. Nah I aint gonna spend my hard earned money for someone to think something is wrong on my car. Absolutely rediculous that I literally wasted almost $200 just to have it literally to have a/c for 48hrs. I love small family owned businesses but refuse to be taken for a fool.

I love J&V. Great family owned business with excellent customer service. The owner is extremely knowledgable and diagnosed my electrical problem in about 5 minutes. I usually do my own work but if I were to take it anywhere, it would be J&V. Thanks guys

Had a cam sensor light come on in our car. Spend $1400 to replace the timing belt and other items. Said we did not need to replace the cam sensor. A few months later, the sensor came back on. We called to have them look at it again and the lady said they would not work on our car again! WTH. We paid our bill and simply asked for them to look at it again. I am a 20 year Veteran and will not go back there.

The man who owns this place is awesome. I went in and only asked for advice. Guess what, not only did he give me advice he also suggested a place to buy the parts I needed. Going forward this is where I will take my vehicle for any major problems. Hes not about the money hes about making sure your vehicle runs. This is where you need to go! I found out later a body shop I highly trust only uses him for the mechanic work they dont have the man power to accomplish.J&V for mechanic workRockstrohs for body work. Best shops in CG hands down. Extremely highly recommend both!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would definitely give zero stars. I thought they were a nice family owned shop but apparently they are crooks. They are the only place in Casa Grande that services intoxalock for those of us that have a dui. The device not only has cost me so much money but has ruined my vehicle for some reason I feel like they hooked it up wrong for the reason of me having to use their shop. I needed to replace my battery, starter, and altenator and Sue said they would charge me 1100 umm no thank you so. Upon getting it fixed myself for much less I need to take my car back to be serviced by them in order to even get my car started after replacing all of the parts and when I called intoxalock to get the work order they let me know Sue has requested I not go there anymore are you kidding me? The nearest place that services intoxalock is Coolidge so now I have to have my vehicle towed to Coolidge all because I didnt want to pay 1100 dollars to have my car fixed. When I called Sue to ask her why she doesnt want me to go there anymore and she replied that dealing with me and my car is to difficult. They are far from honest people!!!**********UPDATE*************DO NOT GO HERE FOR INTOXALOCK THEY WIRED MINE WRONG AND THEY HAVE COST ME ALOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

I will go nowhere else in Casa Grande! J&V is honest and fair in its pricing, will never try and force things you dont need, and friendly!
