There are so messed up had 1590 dollars.of.work.done.less than a month ago my steering whelel.now.shakes after 50 miles.a hour and.my brakes.are so loud with squealing especially in reverse its so ridiculous that my vehicle has.more.problems after they got me for.almost .2000 dollars than.before.i went to shop . I either want to.cry or drive my vehicle into the.shop.at high-speed. Depending on the.time.of.day. I say anyone.should.avoid this shop.at all cost. I want.to take it in to fix these problems.but what I read on bbb website are horror stories after horror.stories its impossible.to get it fixed without some.more.money being put down so lets.all.agree this business hopefully closes.down.soon one.day . Modern day con artist is a better description of.my local.brake.master

Had a wheel bearing go out on a trip to Phoenix on Mother’s Day. Had truck towed to Brake Masters so they could fix it on Monday. They fixed my ac earlier I’m the year did a great job. BUT they charged me over $620 to replace the hub bearing. They shouldn’t put the part numbers on their receipt because they paid $138 for the part from autozone across the street from them. They knew I was in a pinch so they bent me over HARD!!!!! Will NEVER use these crooks again, not even an oil change,EVER!!!!

I went too three shops for an oil change. Their prices were outrages, 65.00, 61.00, 84.00, for an oil change!! I went to Brake masters, greeted by Alex and Sam! Great price, great service, great place!!

Got my sons car fixed. Since we were doing a lot to it, struts, drums, rotors, they ended up taking the price down a few hundred. They did a great job and we had his car back the next day.

Took my car in for an oil change and I was given a price of $80 or so. I left my vehicle there and returned to pick my vehicle up and was advised my new price was $120 dollars. First issue, when you advise a customer a price and that price changes the customer should be notified and give ok or have an opportunity to ask questions. Second issues, this is Brake Master they advertise that they complete brake inspection with every service especially an oil change. When asked if my brakes were checked I was advised this is done only on request. They should be asking if this is needed upon check in customers should not have to be asking for a brake check especially from a company named brake masters. My car is leaking oil now as well and it has not been a month. Sadly to say I did not have a great experience.

I called before going there I spoke with Edgar and made an appt everything was ok so I went on my appt date and time told the guy behind the counter that I spoke with Edgar he said ok,because my vehicle was a fleet company ride that he had to call the boss for payment he told me they dont do that,but I talked to Edgar and worked it out with him..so I dont know what the problem is but the workers there need to be all on the same page...

I really appreciate them explaining to me what was wrong with the car and showing me the parts they were talking about. John and the gentleman at the counter were great to work with and gave me as many discounts as they could, that helped a lot.I also appreciate how they stood up for their company. A customer was sitting in the lobby complaining about anything and everything to everyone sitting in the lobby. Then he started in on Brake Masters. I was floored by some of the outrageous comments he was making. All of us in the lobby sat there not knowing what to say. I was so proud of one of the staff members walking up, handing the customer his car keys and telling him they refuse to service his vehicle due to the negative attacks on the company. The customer tried to deny everything.Good move Brake Masters, well done?

Do not go here. I went in for a service that was less than $100 total and they told me I needed some other repairs first then quoted me almost $2000, the parts cost less than $200 if I ordered them myself and the labor wouldnt take more than an hour and a half. These guys are absolutely robbing people just trying to steal money.

These guys are amazing. Ive had issues with my brakes for over two years. They fixed them properly and, so far so good. Its nice not to have the grinding and squealing Ive been dealing with. Their rates are extremely reasonable as well. I will definitely be back if I need work done in the future.

I went in to price a repair diagnosed by a different automotive repair shop. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. It was my first time there and I was treated as if I had been a long time customer. I especially loved how they were able to show me that my mechanical problem had been misdiagnosed. I was provided with a quote and did not feel pressured to have the work performed there. I ultimately traded in my vehicle instead of repairing. If I didnt trade it in I wouldve had the repairs completed at this location. I will definitely do business here, in the future, if needed.

Went in to see if someone could come out and tell me if my brake pads looked low (dont know much about cars). Was assisted by Samuel Atrawi (store manager). Manager stated (with an attitude) that it would cost $30 to inspect brake pads. Manager was not even wearing a mask but has the sign posted on the front door. At this point i do not want to do business here. Very unprofessional. Not sure what kind of bad morning he was having but you do not treat customers this way.

Horrible!!! Spent over 700.00 on a new compressor ! A/c went out again!! Same noise same problem ! Took it back was kept over night ! Was told day before I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR REPAIR! Apparently the part they repaired the second time was not included in my compressor repair! Well here i am today NEXT DAY AFTER PAYING ANOTHER 160.00 WITH MY DANG ENGINE LIGHT ON!!! WTH DID YOU ALL DO TO MY VEHICLE ! RIPP OFF ! HORRIBLE !

I brought in with my own pads, they said it would be an hour to be finished. 45 mins later I got a call saying that my car was finished. Our exhaust fuel was pouring out onto the concrete when we tried to fill it up on our way home to Texas from San Diego as we were passing thru Casa Grande. We wanted to get back in the road ASAP. The manager Samuel Atrawi was friendly, got us right in. His guy said it was an easy fix, showed us where they reattached it, and he did it FOR FREE! It was great to see a business who knows that customers are their #1 priority. We are grateful for their prompt, friendly, over the top customer service. Thank you!

Not to happy with the transmission flush performed by brake masters. I always double check the fluid level. Doing so revealed the fluid level wasnt registering on the dip stick. So I took it back to show him and he convinced me that he could see The level was full. That clean fluid was almost invisible to see . I still didnt feel good about that. So I added fluid myself( doing by way the manual says). It was a quart low. And I could see a visible line on dip stick. Cmon brake masters!!

I go to brake masters routinely for oil changes. My first visit was good and I had a coupon for a discount on a oil change, which included tire rotation and window blade replacement. When I picked up my car, the blades were no replaced. I noticed this because one of my old blades had torn apart. I notified the supervisor and he apologized and had them replaced immediately. At first I thought to myself, i will never come back. But where there are humans, there will be errors. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have not had a issue ever since. Customer service is welcoming and personable. Prices are reasonable and they always have a coupon available.

These guys are great. I thought I would have to leave my vehicle over night, hook up a ride, etc....but they did the work on my 4x4 in just a couple of hours and had me down the road. No hassles, no run around. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Very nice facility, lobby is clean, shop is clean. the crew seems to take pride in their appearance, and that says a lot about them. They may not have the best prices at times but there service is priceless. Id rather pay $69 and have done right, than pay $59 and have second thoughts with my family in the car.

We have been coming here for years and they always do a good job at a fair price. Theyll even help with diagnostics for things Ill work on myself. Rocky has been a good resource for ideas when Ive been repairing my car truck and jeep and has helped us out above and beyond brakes! Note: This is a busy place, they do quality work, and treat you right when you treat them right. Give them time to do what they need to do and remember other customers deserve the same courtesy. Just like the doctors office, some patients require a little more care and appointment times get backed up.

Yesterday on my way home I heard a grinding noise coming from the passenger side front tire. Sounded like something grinding on the rotor. I was so bummed out as it is the holiday season and didnt want to drop any cash on unexpected repairs. I stopped at this Brake Masters and the Store Manager Samuel Atrawi met me inside and I explained the situation to him. They did a quick check of all the brakes and told me the pads on the vehicle were brand new. With that he explained that the Hub Bearings may be going out. So, I immediately thought there goes at least $500. He actually took my wife and I out the maintenance bay and spun the wheel so that I could hear the grinding that I already knew about. I knew there was an issue and was just simply bummed out, but what can you do? I had to have it fixed so I was going to have to pull some money out of the bank and get it taken care of. Life right? No...Samuel stood there and asked his tech to spin the wheel again and he leaned in listening. He then told the tech to check to see if a rock was trapped between the pads and backing plate. The tech checked, got a rubber mallet, smacked the rotor a couple of times, and out fell the rock. I mean a pebble. That pebble made a hell of a noise, rock on metal. My issue was fixed with zero $ out of pocket. You want to talk about relief. I was on the hook and going to get it taken care of. I work in Phoenix. I have to have my car. However, Samuel and his team did not take advantage of the opportunity to make the sale, and chose instead to take care of this grateful customer. I appreciate their honesty, expertise, and assistance. Thanks Sam! Happy Holidays!!!

It was easy to get an appointment and the folks are personable.

I called made an appointment for the afternoon and show up early to get told they wont do the job, have such a poor excuse. Terrible manger! Have workers just standing around. Dont even call you to let you know not to show up.

I have used this shop for years. They are very good technicians. No complaints ever with them.

Went to get brakes and rotors replaced, also got oil change. I let them know I was short on time, they quoted me 2 hours, and they got it done before that. For the initial inspection, they took me to my car and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. I am very pleased with my experience.

This place is hit or miss. The front end associate is something different. Rude and seems to think he knows what he’s doing. Went in for a basic alignment, he gave us the third degree. If I want an alignment I should be able to get one without the, “it’s not going to help anything.” He doesn’t know the problem yet. I understand that some women don’t know a lot about cars but this one does. Maybe a retraining would help.

I took my Jeep Liberty in for a check-up, oil change and tire rotation. They were quick and very friendly. They weren’t interested in trying to up sell me the store.

This Brake Masters really helped me out when no one else would. While traveling I experienced car trouble due to an error that my own (now former) mechanic had made. Brake Masters was the 4th place that I stopped for help after 3 other businesses had turned me away. Thanks to Brake Masters, I was back on the road quickly and made it to my destination safely.

This is place awful they over diagnosed my truck and then tried to overly charge me for the work they said I needed. Took it somewhere else and it didnt need half of what they told me. Will not ever go back here.

Almost paid 300 for a A/C part I didnt even need. Because their initial diagnosing was wrong.. The manager sammi was able to get me my refund the next day.

Worst service ever. On a Monday we are told what parts were needed, and us telling them that we would take the car in on Tuesday, they should have been able to tell us if they had all the parts, Tuesday at 2 p.m. we took it in and we asked if our car would be done by closing, we were assured that it would be done by 5 p.m. on the same day. We get a call as we were walking into the shop and get told that we would have to leave it because the parts had to be ordered and the guy transporting them was stranded between Casa Grande location and Tucson (likely story, or were you just trying to get out of work by five?), I knew this guy was feeding us a line, he did not look at us and how does a truck for an auto shop, conveniently break down on the highway? As were waiting for them to put the car back together, we decided that we would bring the car back on Wednesday, we asked how long it would take on Wednesday, guy at front desk said, about 40 minutes. Took it back on Wednesday, and we were told it would take two hours. Really? On Tuesday, as we were waiting to get our car back, the guys working on the cars were on their phones and coming into the office to show the desk guy what they were seeing on their phones. Thats not work related. As we have already waited until after 5 p.m. Unprofessional business, lack of service, and guy needs attitude adjustment. Not too mention, I speak Spanish, so I know what you all were talking about. Might want to check yourselves next time when you decide to speak another language as a lot of people know more than one language. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!! If I could, I would have chosen, negative ten stars. The one star was only because the post would not go through unless I selected a star.

We went there thinking our rear brakes needed to be replaced. But after inspection Samuel showed us there was life left and that the procedure was unnecessary. Samuel was professional and very courteous we can highly recommend this business, they arent just out there to take you for all your money.

Took our car here because our tail pipe had broken. They tried to up sell us an entire exhaust system for 2200.00 and made us wait for over an hour to hear it. We decided we didnt believe them took our car to Midas Muffler on Alma School Road and Carlos welded tail pipe back together for 80.00.Do not go to Brake Masters in Casa Grande if you want honesty.And their bathrooms were disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

A good place to get regular maintenance at a good price, but be prepared to wait. Dont bother to call for an appointment because they will write your name down, but wont save you a slot. The last two times I did this, I was on time and still had to wait for an hour before they got me in. Great people but totally unorganized.

All I needed was an allignmet they said they couldnt do it until I replaced a bunch of parts and immediately asked me if I wanted a quote.

Immediately did an evaluation since I had concerns about the steering wheel shaking. Found out the front axle was separating, wheel bearings, brake pads, rotors, and alignment worn out. They had one of their employee take us home to Arizona City. Then they picked us up when it was ready.This vehicle had gone 3 times back and forth to Jalisco, Mexico. It is a used vehicle and we had done 1/4 work on the engine with new parts. By the time we get done she will be purring. She has handle our load faithly.

Assistant manager juan is extremely rude. None of them want to work and take their sweet time. 1 other car in shop besides mine and has taken them 2 hours to do a simple front end brake job.

In February I got my front brakes changed during the process they called me to tell me my water pump was leaking and I should replace it I declined and stated I only needed the brakes done. An hour later my car is finished I paid although you could tell they were upset and treating me rudely because I declined more service.I decided I wouldnt go back to brake masters ever. About a few weeks later I noticed when in reverse my brakes would not react it gradually got worse as sometimes in traffic it would fail me too so I decided to go to jiffy lube and have them take a look. I ended up haveing to get my brakes flushed because they clogged the valve to my brake fluid. Long story short this place is the worst just save time and money and maybe your life and go down to JIFFY LUBE CARLOS AND GEORGE ARE THE BEST

They smell of scam.I took in my vehicle just to get shocks done, they call me on the phone and tell me to sit down. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed $2500 worth of work (basically replacing my front end) and that they could do financing. I decline and just get the shocks done.I go to pick up my vehicle, and they give me a quote for the services they recommend I get after the shocks, it totaled up to $862.Now, my shocks job cost $462, so $462 + 862 = $1024, NOT $2500. I wonder why the story changed? Anyways, I pick up my vehicle, and the guy at the front desk said I only really need bushings for my suspension.Amazing how the story changed THREE TIMES.Beware with these guys. Not everyone there is up front and honest, and they will look for a sucker.

They are very unorganized. They have no communication skills. They loose paper work and cant do simple thing on the computer. Sammi is beyond rude and has no idea what he is doing. Do not take your car here unless you are ready to over pay till you go somewhere else.

My fiancé went in to have the brakes checked, they were busy, fine whatever. He waited almost 3.5 HOURS for them to get to our truck, took about an hour to check the breaks, and took 2 HOURS to change just the front end brakes and rotors. 2 FREAKING HOURS! He has been there since a quarter to 10, its now just after 3 and he has to be at work in an hour. Never going back!

Up selling and saying I need parts and labor that I didnt. They want as much as the car was worth in labor alone.

Two yrs ago I had all 4 shocks supposedly replaced by Brake Masters. Although I am a female, I didnt ask for my old ones they took off prior to leaving. I paid $382 for 4 shocks. Went to Pep Boys last week and they said my front shocks were really bad. I thought maybe I told Brake Masters to only install the rear. I had my receipt and it showed 4 shocks [Monroe} installed. My husband went to Autozone and got two more for $43. He took off the old front ones and they werent the same number on my receipt or even Monroe shocks. For the money I paid I feel I was taken big time. If you go to BrakeMasters, check their work and also by all means ask for your old parts to verify they put on new ones.

I just had my oil changed and mec. found a problem and fix it. I had the car in 3 different shopes and they could not find problem, and he did and fixed it. Very happy with the service.

I had my car serviced for a oil change after a day or so my car started to make a strange noise .I opened the hood and found a wrench just sitting off to side by my battery. I went back to ask them to check that nothing else was wrong cause the sound didnt go away(also return their tool) and the gentleman was rude and didnt check anything. I will not be returning.. This was handled poorly and not once did they aploogize for leaving a tool under my hood.
