Ahmon has helped us in many different occasions and we have always had an amazing customer service experience.

We totally love Wake Zone! Especially their mocha chillers during these hot Carolina summers! We hung out several hours reading, arting and chatting. So fun! Great staff too!

Sometimes it is hit or miss if they have what you want. I like to get the 4 pack flavored nestle splashes. Unfortunately this store was out.

Came in today looking for a specific item that was not on the floor, I spoke to an associate who was absolutely awesome and brought me to the manager James, James went into the back and found the item I was looking for, overall an amazing experience and excellent customer service, Ill drive from Durham just to come here to this dollar store from now on. I give the store and the team 5 + Stars if I could.

Like all dollar tree most of the stuff is 1$ ,but there few other items for about 1$ up to 5$ worth

I dont even know why I try. One register and at least a dozen people in line, literally from the register to the back freezer section! Aisles crammed with restocking carts and boxes, just a mess. And, if theres a manager on duty they should be helping the one cashier with the customers in line.

The cashier was unnecessarily rude. And came back home to find all reviews to mention that.

I went there on Tuesday morning and picked up a few Valentines Day items. They only had 1 register open. And it seemed like it took forever. The cashier was nice

This Dollar Tree is one of the nicest in the Triangle area. It had a whole aisle of craft supplies which is now located in a prominent area.

Great card selection and polite cashier named Naomi.

This Dollar Tree is clean and has a much better selection of much sort out products.

Son got what he wanted and was happy. They moved entire store around.

There was only 1 very slow cashier working with a line of 10 customers. It was very hot in the store and we were all sweating while wearing our masks. The store used to be well stocked, clean and organized. The staff were always friendly. I don’t know what has happened but it had gone downhill.

Good selection but the staff was incredibly rude to me and others. They were unnecessarily hostile toward customers.

This is the best dollar tree in the city. It is huge and has an amazing selection of crafts and toys. It also has a great food section. This dollar tree is worth the drive for the large inventory.

Best dollar tree selection in the area

I waited in our car today (2nd of 3 parking lots today)for my wife to do her shopping at the NC-55 and Highhouse Dollar Tree as I usually do for all our shopping trips. And I have to rate the drivers in that parking lot as the most careless and dangerous as any I have seen. I will never dare go there again.

Very positive experience. Our visit was immediately preceded with a stop at another Dollar Tree (Beaver Creek location) and cannot stress enough the night and day nature of these two stores. This store was clean, well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The other store was a complete mess and although the staff were friendly and attempted to be helpful, the store looked something akin to how it must look after a shopping rush on Black Friday. Next time, well skip the Beaver Creek location and go here to start with.

Very rude staff. Dont even wish to give single star. I got some extra stuff from this store (because I didnt know how much would I need), and before leaving the check out counter I asked the lady, I know I have extra stuff and in case if I dont end up using all of it, do you accept returns and she says yes. Next time I go for return, another lady (lets call her B) tells me you cant return but can get an exchange (She never mentions that the exchange needs to be done before the season is over). But because I was in rush, I didnt exchange my items the same day. So next time when I go, the same lady B tells me I cant do exchange because the season is over. So now because of their employees mistake I have to bare the cost of (15 to 20) items (Yes, I agree my fault was, I didnt anticipate the amount of items I would need). The same lady B laughs at me and asks me why did I get so many extra items and she sounds like I am the stupid in first place to get so much extra stuff. (I loose my patience here and ask her why am I answerable to her for this). Then the manager steps in because he doesnt want a drama in front of his other customers and promises to help me. While explaining him the situation I told him how I was given the wrong and misleading information twice. Told him that this lady B was laughing at me and was asking me why did I get so many extra items. And then this lady B lies and tells him - no, I didnt ask her so. Until this there is no receipt in picture (but again during this back and forth visits to the store I lost my receipt, I know again it was my fault, but thought like Target they would do it by looking up the card which I used while paying). Meanwhile the manager tries to convince me how it is my fault and not his employees fault (not once but twice I was given wrong information) and how its the store policy (which is not written anywhere and I dont know how customers are supposed to know their policy). So I loose my patience again and now my voice is raised purposely so that other customers also get aware of their service. Then he asks me for the receipt for which I tell him sorry but meanwhile I lost the receipt. He still promises to help me if I have the items with me. So I step out of the store to get the items from my car and go back to the store within two minutes and now he tells me, no he cant help me. I dont understand this, but I wasnt given incorrect information twice.

New to the area and dollar stores. This one is very well organized, and the things we bought were of good quality and only $1. For example, small stainless steel colander, Dove dark chocolate, hair clips, pool noodles, pencils, note paper.

This particular store is very Well stocked , fairly clean and well lit for sure , esp compared to the one in Beaver creek. I like shopping at this hwy55 location . Staff has always been nice . I was there just a few hrs ago , took a vid , I’m not able to post the vid

I came across a very rude and unprofessional cashier tonight by the name of Nancy per my receipt. I ask her a very simple question regarding the location of where the hand sanitizer would be for future purposes totally understanding that I knew they were out tonight given the current events going on around the world. Meanwhile she talked all over me, never answered my question and said they dont know when they would have more. Just an all around nasty person. I told her to her face that she was being rude and I pay her salary. There was another customer standing by and she also agreed that she was rude to her as well. Management if you are reading this you need to get this woman enrolled in a few customer service classes because she clearly doesnt understand what it means. Never again!

Store was well stocked.

I was very disappointed how the store looked. It was very messy, items were laying around everywhere. There was only 2 cashiers & a line of customers backed up. It didnt seem to be enough employees working to take care of customers & clean up the store.

Its a Dollar Tree. They were trying to keep it somewhat organized, but not making the grade. The store could definately be much cleaner. They had a Now Hiring sign in the window, so Im going to assume they are short handed. Otherwise, lots of stuff for $1. Movie candy, anyone?

On 6-9-2019 I went into this store with a long list of purchases i wanted to make and I also had a return without receipt. My understanding of the return policy as a long time customer is as long it is not something in a opened package you could get a credit. Since I was planning on doing more shopping I didn’t dig for the receipt. The items I was returning we’re on display 5 feet from the register and the asst manager Amy told me no I could not do anything. Even the many customers in line were saying that is ridiculous. Not asking for my money back. It’s right there. I just want to exchange. No and rude. Then I try to call customer service on Monday. What a waste. On hold for 28 minutes to be transferred and on hold an additional 10 minutes to get a district managers recording. Needless to say on Sunday I went across the street to Walmart and got everything I needed.Great store, long time customer of Dollar Tree but this Amy needs to be schooled in customer service especially if she is looking for a career in retail or working with the public. Too many other dollar trees around to treat customers this way. And while I am at it. There is always trash on the ledge around the building always! No trash can anywhere in site.

Clean and organized. A good amount of products. Staff is courteous but not very interactive.

I love shopping at the dollar tree but not so much this location. First, the staff is out of dress code most of the time so it’s hard to tell if the person at the register is an employee at all, Second some of their personal hygiene is offensive to the point you have to hold your nose at check out, and Third there are always boxes in the aisles but no one unboxing them. You can easily trip over them.

There are always great finds to be discovered inside Dollar Tree. I was fortunate enough to locate items I needed here after phoning ahead and someone placing them aside for me. Very helpful, to be sure...

Great selection of products but cashiers can be rude many times so took off 1 star but cant complain too much since it is a Dollar Tree and everything is just one dollar when the same thing costs $3 or more at walmart or other chains. It would be nice if the checkout clerks were more friendly though and were in a good mood. But in any case I will still shop here since everything is only a dollar! :)

Some empty shelves. But they have a freezer case. No big bag of Brimms buttered popcorn, which I went for, and no glucosamine in the vitamin section. Phooey! But cashiers were nice, customers too.

Theres stuff everywhere all over the place. I expected the Valentines Day section to be pretty bad but the entire store is a disaster.I felt bad for my cashier. She was sweet and so tired. The other employees just made the experience worse by being uptight and awkward.

Every time you go to this location around 12 to 1 there’s never no help up front was only one person. That’s ridiculous the line be backed up down to isles.

Love going to this dollar store for the wide selections, however the same cashier has been so nasty on multiple encounters. She would not touch the 5 items in my basket until I removed them for her and put the basket away myself. Which I did not mind doing it was the way she told me to do it. Then she told the gentleman behind me to come lift a large tank to fill ballons. Liability if he would have hurt himself. You could tell this 5ft gentleman felt uncomfortable maneuvering something so large.

I found a great variety of school supply there; besides, the normal cheap stuff
