Im glad to have a full service Staples store in my neighborhood. This store is always well stocked and has good service.

I just went into the store to print a label and but a large envelope so I can send an item back to the manufacturer for an exchange. The post office I just left wasn’t very helpful, but Frank and Katie at this store were. They helped me print my label AND THEN, saved me a trip back to the same post office that gave me a headache. I was able to send my package from there! Thank you guys! It may seem like a small act of kindness, but I needed that today. Thanks again. I’ll be back!

This Staples isn’t messing around re: following pandemic protocol and they haven’t been from the start—signs posted, employees maintaining respectful distances, the whole store is super clean, and I’ve never seen a mask out of place while shopping. I feel safe in this store! Props to the management and their team!

I never thought I would positively review a staples. But that new self serve scanner is fantastic. I was able to scan to email a PDF in 2 minutes. Props to Staples (did I really just say props to staples) for great store innovation.

Sorry to say but did not had a good experience. Waited 2 weeks to get the signs for the opening of our restaurant, and finally were told that those signs were not even in production. Now will have to get those done from some where else by paying 2 to 3 times more and losing precious time

Its often a challenge to check out of Staples because pricing and discounts and rewards cards make entry into the cash registers challenging for the employees. I dont blame them though, the folks at this store are very nice, its that the equipment they have to work with is not intuitive and pretty complex.

Its fine. If youve ever been in a Staples or any other office supply store you know what to expect. This location has a UPS drop off inside, which is also really convenient.

Had a nice lady and gentleman attend to me. The wait time wasnt necessary for a line that had no one else but me. That can be worked on. Great service in all.

I worked with the printing department and they were nothing but helpful both on the phone and at the store. When I went to pick up my order I notice and issue with one of my posters. They were very friendly and willing to redo it to make sure the size, paper and print were correct. And they made sure to let me know to come back if it doesnt work. Great people and customer service!

Dont shop here much but get great service whenever I do shop here. Purchased a travel adapter back in Nov 2012 for my trip to India and it worked great. Printers here are of good quality also. I usually only come here for back to school supplies once a year. Return policy is a little stringent. Overall a good place to shop but nothing exceptional.Update (11/24/2019)- Very convenient that I can drop off UPS packages here which is nice but have to go all the way around to exit the store which is an inconvenience. 4 stars for UPS drop off and competitive prices.

Staples is okay. Coupons not good. Looks good until you read the fine print. Almost everything is excluded.

I have never had a problem there and I shop there all the time. Plus I do not understand the reviewer who said they are no longer there. They absolutely are there, have been there for years, and are definitely listed on Staples website.

Its been some time and some of the customers say poor service well its a lot against one and some of the items get broken but not to worry it has good willing to help employees

Need something printed at the last minute and Kathy very quickly printed it out for me just in time for me to make it to my exam. She was wonderful.

I went to Harrison point shopping center to get a quote on door hanger as advertising for my Landscaping business. The StapleS employee couldnt find the the application for door hanger , got my name and # we call U back next day he said. another female employee called me back next day oct /30/2018, left me a voice message that she got a quote fro the door hanger as I was requesting , I need to call or go to the store.Well, I called the store for the quote, the guy wants me to go to the store and only that way he can give me the quote.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT STAPLE , PLEASE SHOP ELSE WHERE. U WILL BE HAPPIER IF U STAY AWAY FROM STAPLES. STAPLES ARE SO AMATEURS.I WOULD GIVEN STAPLES ZERO STARS IF IT WAS ONE OF THE CHOICES.

Don’t ever fall for the posted price by these people. They have a 2 week warranty thru the store. If you buy anything of value from them you’re an idiot. Even their extended warranty sucks. They should sell pencils and pens and move to a smaller store.

Sometimes they have good sales

Talked into signing up for emails even though I hardly shop here - no big deal. But I get about 10 emails a day & when I try to unsubscribe or update the number of emails I receive nothing happens. Incredibly annoying, doesn’t make me want to shop there.

Friendly staff, decent prices and selection, taking a star off because I had to find an item myself after asking an associate and getting pretty low-effort and perfunctory effort to assist me.

Horrible Ill be back to return what I purchased. Your company is the worst!

Great place to shop, ship and print

Another example of lack of work ethic. when i walk in i feel like a burden, not a customer.

Service? Yeah...nope. After staring at her phone for what seemed like forever, the girl at the register looked up and said, “you need help?” Then when I told her what I needed, she just rolled her eyes and called someone else over. This store gets worse every day.

Very rude and arrogant. The people working there act like they do not care if their items sell or not. Ignores customers and acts busy all the time. Bad shopping experience.

Customer service was awesome.

Found what I was looking for. Now just waiting for delivery.
