Great store with excellent customer service. Im a veteran and so I save 10% at Lowes. I still choose to come here because they are so helpful. They have good quality products and knowledgeable staff who can help you pick out what you need to complete your project. Im never in there more than 15 minutes even if grabbing several items. Most of the time Im in and out in under 5 minutes.

Town and Country is a great place to get your tools etc. I went here to look for paints to paint my basement and was not disappointed the Customer Service here is incredible and I was very happy with all the help I received. I got my paints and now I am painting my basement. Town and Country is a very amazing place to go and I loved going there! :)

I dont leave reviews often and I have been going here for a little while now. Its a great and convenient place to pickup what I need for my projects. Everyone is kind and everything is easy to find. I havnt explored any of the services but from my experience of simply shopping... 5 STARS

They stock a lot of Big Green Egg accessories, I have been looking for a Medium BGE Cast Iron Cooking Grid for awhile. I had been shopping at another hardware store, but they didnt have it in-stock. Town & Country Hardware had it in-stock and Im glad they did! Im back up-and-running with my Big Green Egg and would like to thank the people at Town & Country Hardware for that! :-)

I took a screen there to be fixed and waited two weeks.I called to check on it and I admit there was one young lady that was very helpful, her name was Katheryn. After the two weeks I called and told them I was just going to come and pick it up and take it somewhere else. Katheryn was very apologetic, but there was another young lady there that treated me really nasty and made me feel hurt. I recently lost my only son and this experience certainly didnt help 💔me. I sorry if I did anything wrong!

This is our families go to hardware store. Always friendly and helpful. Clean layout and good location. Free popcorn for the kids and they usually have 2/3 Big green egg grills cooking outside for taste tests. Phil the manager was great to work with when I purchased my BGE. I will always head to a small personal HW store over big box giants. Highly recommend this establishment! Happy customer

I slipped in to grab a rug doctor and when I tell you I saw two hotties. Jesus. This is where the cute Cary boys go.. k. Cool.

They greeted me and asked what I was looking for, directed me to the correct aisle, had what I wanted, paid and was on my way.

Awesome products...but its the fantastic customer service that continually brings me back to this small business hardware store for over 34 years!!!!

They had the screws and casters we needed for our project, and they seemed to have a lot of other options, but I learned they will not copy car keys unless you buy them there. Still very great hardware store.

I came to the store with 2 screws as I did not know the exact screw size. A staff member immediately offered assistant. We figured out the size I needed. So much better than the home improvement stores.

It wouldn’t surprise me one bit when Lowe’s runs this place out of business. Nothing more than an overpriced Ace hardware.

Great store in a good location with most parts and pieces that you could want. I just docked it stars because of incompetence. The staff here need to go through training again.You don’t tell a customer oh we don’t carry that but amazon does when you do carry the item it’s just not in stock. Offer to look it up to see if another store in the area has it or offer to order it. Don’t say they don’t exist or we don’t carry it. Make sales don’t try to send your customer base away.I want to like this store location I really do. But, I can’t with the current staff. I’ll be visiting the other locations in town. Or as the sales associated suggested buying on amazon.

I like this small shop feel. They have just about everything you could need without the hassle of fighting for parking at a similar national chain store. I bought my first door mat here randomly and have been popping in and out ever since.

I just had my first experience with Town & Country and now Im a convert. Quality products, excellent service, and very personable. Its the store you go to for advice and when you have typical hardware needs. Selection is limited compared to a big box store, but its limited to quality products you want to but anyways. Shout-out to John for going above and beyond, too!

They markup traeger products. I went to buy a Traeger shelf for my grill. Traeger a site said it was 60$, they were selling it at 77$. I asked if they would match prices such as Traeger’s. They told me no and that Traeger set the price. That is not true. I asked Traeger and they told me the price on their site is the retail price others were to match. I will not be going here again for anything.

I was that annoying customer calling and asking for things and changing my mind... the staff I spoke with on the phone were awesome! The cashier and the associate who assisted me were so friendly! I told them I would come up and buy what I needed.. when I got there, the staff remembered me from my call and took the time to help me find what I needed. In a very frantic time for a lot of people, the staff here has the patience of saints! Thank you for being so kind! :)

Customer service is fantastic here. We had questions and needed a bit of time. Even though the store was busy we were well taken care of.

Walked in and was immediately directed to copper pipe and fittings setting. Associate helped find the right size pipe and fittings and cut the pipe to size for us. Great experience! Ive found a go-to place for hardware

Convenient hardware store if you need something quickly. Prices are a bit more inflated than the big box HW stores. IMO that is expected however, and on par with other smaller local HW stores as well. They do have a large section dedicated to just grilling and grills. If you are looking for something of that nature you could probably find it here.

Have a Troy-Bilt tiller/cultivator that was trying to repair myself. Got to a point were I could not proceed, after many calls I was directed to Rick at this location as someone who repairs Troy-Bilt. I called and EXPLAINED in GREAT DETAIL that I had torn it down, and it was still in pieces, and asked if he would still be willing to work on it. Finding out that he was only working weekdays from 8-3, I told him that I would bring it in in the next few days.Went in today, and with the cultivator in a box, and asked to see the repair guy. I was directed to the service desk. The manager, Phillip, greeted me and called Rick. Then I was told he would not work on it.THIS IS WHY I CALLED YESTERDAY, to make SURE I would not waste VALUABLE work time if the unit would not be repaired. I have lost over an hour because I was told incorrectly I COULD bring it in.Do not want ANYTHING, just to let everyone know that you cannot trust what you are initially told....

Nice enough store and I’ve bought a few Stihl items there. Friendly staff but today topped it all. Went to pay and had a Virtual Visa card printed out to use. They wouldn’t take it. Seriously said I had to have the plastic card. I explained it was a virtual card. The manager said the owners demand that a physical card be used. I explained if they’d just key in the number, expiration date and the CCV code it would work but the manager said I could come back and claim I never it used it there and take the money back. Wow. No idea how he came up with that and he nor the cashier seem to know how credit cards work. I ended up just using my main card to be done. Next time I’ll go to ACE or Clays for my needs. In fact went to ACE today and used the virtual cards no issue.

Super helpful (and super nice!) employees, easy to find what you need, and they carry great quality grills, have Stihl products, and Benjamin Moore paints.

The staff is always very helpful. I never have any problem trying to get assistance to find something. However this is a small store and very often I cannot find odd parts. However many times if I cannot find it here I have to go to a specialty store.

Received great support on the purchase of my new Stihl chain saw.

Excellent staff, decent selection, higher prices are fair for the great convenience and not having to walk across 3 football fields of parking and floor space to get a widget or a whoswhats.

Always seems to have what I need when the big boxes are out. Costs more but I for one prefer to support my locally owned businesses first before the big boxes.

Went here to buy a couple of gallon of paint for our bedrooms.We asked several people to help us with the paint match and couldnt find anyone to help us. After ten minute we finally figured out what we need on our OWN. Will not be returning.
