Dealer was very responsive, and reasonable to deal with. They held a car for me in order for me to make it to their dealership on a Friday afternoon, as they understood I was driving over 3 hours.Not only did they reach out to me to confirm I was on my way, they stayed late for me as I hit some traffic along the way. My bank also filled out the financing check incorrectly and they helped contact my credit union to resolve this, in order to save me money.Customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to return to them for more business. It is rare to find a small honest business that goes above and beyond for its customers.

I run across Triangle Motorsports while looking for a F-250. They had one that I liked. I contacted them and done a credit app. Long story short, they told me they had more trucks coming in and offered to hold my credit app encase I found something else. I did find a better deal. I ended up with aF-350 for the same price as the F-250.Their customer service and no need for haggle pricing is second to none. If you are in the market for your next used vehicle, you need to check these guys out. You will be impressed.

On 4/26 I bought a 2012 Lexus RX 350 from TMS. This is my 4th Lexus purchase. I have been driving the SUV for over 2 months and very happy with the purchase. I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car.Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no “extra” BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.

Bought a truck here a little over a year ago. Seemed like a good experience at the time but as time goes on we can see all the rust coming through the paint that they used to camouflage the rust. They rigged the sunroof just long enough to make it off their lot. They were shady when they sent the video of sunroof repair in that it slid open but it never tilted open. It has leaked from the day that they shipped it us. The battery died the week after we bought it and it cost almost 200 for a new one. The turbos have stuck since day 1 but they said they weren’t. I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to lose as much money as we have! They said they “didn’t sell rust buckets” however, we have discovered the undercarriage is all rust, that they painted to hide it! They took us for fools, and we fell for it! Don’t let them do it to you.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while. Purchased my truck from Jon back in January. Was a little worried dealing with a smaller car dealer as the vast majority out there are pretty shady. This unfortunately leaves most to have to go deal with the wolves at the bigger name brand dealerships and the hassles that come with that. Triangle Motorsports and Jon specifically are exactly what youd hope for when your shopping for your vehicle. They are kind, courteous and very respectful of your time and your budget. The vehicles there are not some leftovers from an auction. John takes the time to check out each car and ensure it meets their standards for selling.Jon went above and beyond to get my truck ready. He noticed a slight shimmy in the brakes and went ahead and did all new calipers on the truck where they were needed, replaced pads, all at his own expense. He kept the price exactly where we agreed on through the entire process. He followed up after the sale to ensure i was happy. He also was a great help in getting the title transferred out of my name for the vehicle i traded in. He was very fair on the trade in for my vehicle. My experience at Triangle Motorsports was excellent. I was in the market for a new truck for some time, and I came across a loaded 2012 f150 at their location. Upon visiting, I could tell this place was different. There were no salesmen swarming me, and every vehicle on the lot looked to be in great shape. After returning on a Saturday afternoon close to closing time, I felt no pressure and was allowed to test drive and walk out with the truck that day, at a fair price. They also hooked me up with a set of brand new tires the following Monday! This was a huge deal to me because the truck was a part of my plan to propose to my now fiance. Fantastic experience with these guys!!! From the very start, this dealership was different.They let me look at and test drive without them to ensure that my impression of it was solely my own. I was definitely not used to that. They provided a Carfax report to make me aware of the truck’s history. All their vehicles are very clean. I found out later that they had put new tires on the truck, new door handles, and even ordered a new Owners Manual. When I purchased the truck, Rad was kind enough to stay 2 hours after closing time on a Friday to get me into my new truck. They even had an extra key and Key fob made at no extra charge! They are very friendly and they definitely enjoy helping and supporting military customers. Highly recommend these guys! 👍🏻

I came in Saturday July 20 to check 2009 nissan rogue--test drove it and everything checked out fine but airbag light was on--sorry i cant remember gentleman name but he told me he would have the mechanic check it out Monday morning--my response was if it checks out Ill be back Monday to make purchase--Monday morning around 10 got phone call it was fixed--just unplugged when they removed seats to clean carpet--I was very pleased with the WHOLE experience--everyone was friendly and prompt responding--I had been to several used cars lots and this was place had the cleanest and serviced cars--month later and Im still enjoying my Rogue

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Suburban from this dealership and it couldn’t have went any easier. Prior to even seeing it Rad was up front about any issue it had, being a sensor and a scratch down the passenger side. Being a mechanic the dealership gave me the part since I said I would fix it myself as I asked for it. As for the scratch, he made a deal to paint match it and have it back to me in a timely manner. Let me tell you from experience. You can find a no hassle, easy and satisfying car buying experience just about anywhere. It’s the after care that separates a genuine and honest person from the rest. I traded my prized possession in on a truck from Jon. I needed the space for my growing family. Jon gave me a good deal all around. But it didn’t end there. Not long after I got the truck there was an issue with the truck. Not particularly something that would have been noticed until it was to late. Jon contacted me a few days after to make sure that I was happy and well taken care of. I told him about the problem I was experiencing and he immediately had me bring the truck back. He took the truck to a shop and had the issue diagnosed and fixed and even gave me a loner vehicle in the process. The truck was already mine, bought as is no warranty and it made no difference. He offered a piece of mind that could only be rivaled by big dealerships on new cars with manufacturers warranties. You will never buy a car or truck anywhere else and know that you are taken care of the way Jon will take care of you. I was specifically looking for a Escalade and had a few on the list to look at. I came across Triangle Motorsports and was greeted with no pressure to buy my 2011 I saw. I was very pleased with a flawless test drive, but had a few more to look at on the list. After seeing a few lower quality or more expensive Cadillacs I was happy to buy the one I own now.
