Reached out to them regarding a Toyota enhanced paint warranty on my white RAV4.After wasting an hour to have the vehicle inspected by “the expert”, Joel, there was absolutely no communication despite repeated emails and phone calls for any updates.Called Toyota and they had me scheduled with Leith who are much better organized with everything.Don’t fall for the Toyota authorized collision center BS.

There was amazing and fast service at the front desk. Mr. Jason Stuef set the bar across the board for customer service he was great with communicating the status of my vehicle and I never had questions go unanswered. From the moment I turned my vehicle in Mr. Jason was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He is very professional and I had a great experience with this Honda Collision Center servicing my vehicle.

Edit Update: 3/5 These guys have been amazing in helping with the van issues. I also have to say the body work is excellent. If I have to use them again, I will gladly. (Hopefully I wouldnt though! LOL)I like the professionalism. I like Hendricks overall. I am actually looking to purchase and is considering them. (The rental car almost made me go around the corner to buy the car they loan!) The issue is that the van that I share with my kids father. Unfortunately, he got into a accident with it and went to Hendrick Collusion to fix it. But guys come on! Just got the vehicle back Friday and it has to go back. I was driving on I85 when the error message below showed up. It seem everything I stop the van, this error message pops up. Sometimes the van will shut off and I have to put it in park and restart the van. I took it to AutoZone and the gentleman said it was something with the stop start is messed up. Either a wire is not connected or something. He stated I should take it back to the body shop.

Can’t say enough great things about Hendrick collision center and everyone who works there. Toni at the front desk went over and above helping us and was always friendly and professional. Jason and his crew (I wish I knew everyone’s name) did an amazing job putting BOTH of our vehicles back together - we were hit from behind in 2 different vehicles 10 days a part! Our cars came back not only flawless looking but cleaned from top to bottom, inside and out. I also have to include the amazing team at Enterprise, Adrian, Chris and Corey, who helped us with both of our rental car needs. They were so great about making sure we had the best rental for our family’s needs. Thank you to everyone at Team HENDRICK Collision in Cary and Enterprise rental. You all are the BEST!

Today I had an an estimate appt. for my vehicle. Jason Stuef was on time, looked at my scuffed fender, and said if I had 20 minutes, they would buff it out. It worked. My expense, zero. We have used this body shop in the past. I would not go anywhere else.

Experienced my first accident ever in my new 2019 Toyota Camry. It was raining pretty bad and I hydroplaned on the highway. Spinned out 360 degrees twice, hit the guardrail and finally ended up in the grass ditch. After being thankful to be alive and unharmed, I did my research online to find a certified Toyota Repair Center and thats how I ended up at Hendrick. Jeff Saldo and the team took care of the rest. It is so hard to find people with excellent work ethic these days, and Jeff exceeded my expectations on communication, professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail. I didnt even have to point things out to him because he was on top of everything. No stone left unturned. He knew I wanted OEM parts and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. I was having a rough few weeks with my mother in the middle of cancer treatment, work, and this wreck was just the icing on the cake. Thanks to Jeff and the team at Hendrick I was able to be at ease while they worked on my vehicle, and I focus on my mom. My car got the works; Framing repair, calibrating all the new sensors and camera bells and whistles, new hood and front bumper, paint, alignment and remount and balancing of wheels. They also detailed inside and out because somehow I even ended up with an ant infestation due to all the soil that got caked up under my car. Definitely shocked at how well they blended the pearl white paint (Check before and after photos). Thank you Hendrick Collision Center for making this unfortunate situation a smooth process and for your wonderful craftsmanship.

I had quite a few white markings on my front, driver-side bumper from a scrape backing out of my garage, and I assumed I’d need to pay for a new paint job. Pete Gresock took one look at the markings, then told me to wait. 5 minutes later the markings were completely gone. He had used some kind of solvent to remove them. Thanks to Pete, a problem that I thought was going to cost a lot of money and require me to file a claim just suddenly disappeared and I drove away amazed.Thank you Hendrick Collision Center!

After having our brand new truck for only four months, we were devastated when I hail storm made its way through and covered it bumper to bumper with dings. We are so thankful we went with Hendrick Collision Center of Cary for our repairs! Great! Very understanding and compassionate group. This time my vehicle was a total loss and cleaning out a wrecked vehicle is a little more emotional draining than I expected. She (toni) offered a screw driver before I ever realized I needed one to remove plates. In the past 2 times myself or family members have had repair work its been excellent work with special care to detail. If there is ever a need I will definitely go back again!

I had Hendricks collision department repair my GMC Sierra back in 2011 after being side swiped by a tractor trailer on my driver side. I was told at the time the painting and body repairs were covered under lifetime warranty. Well as it maybe 10 years later I have some paint chipping on my driver side doors, so I called and spoke with Pete and he said no problem bring it by and we will get you taking care. It was just simple. No fuss no muss and everything went as planned. Awesome job to you and your crew Pete.

Hendrick Toyota sent me to this location to get an estimate on my vehicle for factory warranty work. I called and spoke to Hanna who was very patient and kind helping my wife and i find the location with 2 children. When my vehicle was backed into, I had a choice as to where I would have it repaired. I chose Hendrick because this is where I purchased it and I felt confident that the dealership would restore it to its original condition without cutting any corners. Unfortunately, I was wrong.I was called to pick it up and the quarter panel was still bent about 1/4 and was in the original position that it arrived in. There was also an uneven gap where the tailgate meets the quarter panel. Additionally, the chrome badge was place on crooked. The customer service rep that I was dealing with was very apologetic and said that he would take care of it and get it back to me the next day.The next day or so comes and I received a phone call that the work was complete. Upon inspection, the quarter panel was haphazardly pushed back in, likely by hand, and still didnt line up perfectly, as it should. Now, a slight gap appeared between the body and taillight at the quarter panel. I was told that nothing lines up perfectly on any vehicle, which is simply not true if the bodywork was completed correctly. I was also told that the taillight bushing was to blame for the taillight gap and it would wear itself in. I took the vehicle because I needed it and didnt want to debate the response that I received. My father owned and operated a body shop for several years and would never let such work go out the door.Your body shop billed 24.5 hours of bodywork, which is absolutely absurd considering the work that was carelessly half completed. What a total letdown.

About 11 years ago, Hendrick repaired and repainted the body of our Honda Accord. Over the years, the clearcoat began to peel off. When I contacted Hendrick Collision Center, Pete Gresock was happy to fix the problem on warranty. He and his team returned the car to that original luster.

I have used Hendrick Collision Center of Cary for over 15 years and have always had excellent service. Just recently, I had a scratch on a brand new (14 days old) Durango. Jason Stuef gave me a quote which I was happy with and proceeded with the work. When he took the truck to the technician, Danny Young took a look and thought he could try to wet sand and buff it out. Worst case, it was going to get sanded and painted anyways. 15 min later, Jason comes back with the truck. To my surprise, it looked perfect. Jason and Danny are yet another example of the great customer-focused service Hendrick Collision Center of Cary continues to provide to keep our vehicles looking great.

The level of Professionalism is describable. I have a young guy named Trevor who gave me the estimate on the repairs, the follow up while the repairs were being completed and took the time to give me pointers on how to keep the car clean and fresh paint. To me that extra detail to making sure the customer is happy is what the world is lacking today. Horrible customer service, uncommunicative, and way too slow.I went here to have my car repaired after an accident, the vehicle had some body work damage, nothing too bad, but it took over 30 days for them to fix my vehicle. They didn’t even look at it for the first 2 weeks they had it, and the only reason it was finished as “soon” as it was is because I needed the car to drive to my family for Thanksgiving (the car was given to them on October 13th). There was no communication through the process, I called and left multiple message over the 5+ weeks they had my vehicle, and resorted to asking the receptionist to basically find Trevor to get him on the phone because leaving voicemails does nothing.When I finally got my car fixed, they said to call if there was any issues, yet I called last Monday 11/30 to report an issue with the vehicle, and I never got a call back. I called again today and was sent through to a manager instead, and left a message for that person, as well as one for Trevor. I doubt I will hear back from either. I finally got a response from the manager the next day, at which time I schedule a drop off of my car for the next day. I scheduled it for 9:00 am, the manager rolls in at 9:27 with no apologies for being so late. It’s determined that a part must be ordered, and I’m promised I’ll be followed up with and kept updated. I’m not, and after leaving a message 5 days later, I get a call the next day that the car is ready. When I finally pick up my car, someone had left a full coffee is there. Will never come back again.

I went to Hendrick Collision center to inquire about my bumper guard that was detached from my bumper due to a screw coming out. (This was not due to this location). I did a walk in and was pointed to an estimator by the name of Jason Stuef. He promptly looked at my car and gave me very reasonable options to resolve the issue. First off, Ill start with Toni has been extremely helpful throughout the process however the rest cant be said for the others Ive worked with so far. I dropped my truck off at Hendricks on December 7th 2020 to get repairs done for a deer collision, I already had an estimator look at it from my insurance company so they noted most of the stuff they could see prior to breaking it down. I was told all of the repairs would be done by 12/18/20. 12/18 comes and Trevor messages me saying they forgot to order a part and it would be in on Monday (12/21). 12/21 comes and the part has not come in and Im told that it doesnt help that the truck is a 21 model on getting the part in (a part that they forgot to order initially). 12/22 the part comes in and the truck is ready to pickup, well now he realizes that they didnt fix the wheel damage that was listed on the estimate and the wheel repair specialists were out for the holidays. For just about all of January I reached out to Trevor to try to get a response on when I could get the wheel fixed (he stopped responding about midway through), I finally emailed Toni and she alerted me that he had not been working there for a couple weeks and directed me to a new person whom Ive yet to hear back from. So basically because the job wasnt done right the first time Ive been waiting almost 2 months to get the job 100% completed and there is still no telling how much longer Ill have to wait. I will say that they did an absolute fantastic job repairing the parts that they did, but getting it over the finish line is proving to be more complicated than can be imagined.

Big D Buck vs Honda CR-V. Big D Buck - 1 /Honda CR-V 0. Hendrick Collision changed a seriously sad situation into an Exceptionally Great experience. From the Front Counter Staff (Hannah) to the Collision and Body Staff and Managers (Jason Stuef / Pete Gresock). My calls were always answered/returned and my concerns were taken seriously. No one ever put me on hold or scoffed when I asked for clarification. Ultimately my Honda CR-V was considered a Total Loss which required extra work to determine its Repair/Loss Valuation (which also meant coming in during the Christmas/New Year Holidays to complete paperwork). Without these efforts USAA could not have done their part and help me get into a replacement Vehicle. Im sure everybody has a story about whether or not they got the right treatment during their Collision Crisis, but the I can honestly say that the staff are hard working and genuinely care - Thats a Miracle in 2020

From start to finish the Hendrick Chevrolet collision center helped get my 2018 Silverado fixed and looking brand new after getting rear ended. The Hendrick team provided professional, efficient and outstanding customer service. They helped handle the issues with the insurance companies, the rent a car and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. Also much much thanks to the technician Zach Hall. Zach not only did an outstanding job on repairing my damaged truck and getting it back to normal. Zach also contacted me with updates on the status of my truck and re assured me that everything was going well and was right on the estimated time when he said the work was going to be done. Zach went above and beyond and I really appreciated the extra attention he provided. When I arrived my truck was cleaned, de sanitized and had protective plastic all throughout the inside. This will be the first negative feedback I’ve ever give Toyota. I was rear ended and chose Hendrick Collision to repair my damages. They had my car about two weeks. When Jason informed me my car was ready, I was excited. When viewing my car I noticed an indent on the back of the bumper. I show Jason. He said, sometimes their shipped in like this and said he was sorry. I’m still trying to figure out how I saw this and he didn’t. I asked him to repair it because I didn’t want to leave with any imperfections. It took them another week to fix it. When I arrived, I noticed the indent was fixed but then noticed a paint smear on the passenger side of my car. When I took one of my cars to Haddock Collision off of Maynard years ago, it was flawless. They even cleaned the outside of my car. My back windows was smeared with dirt and I feel Jason could careless about my car. He wasn’t showing my business mattered. We didn’t do a walk through of my car to make sure it looked presentable. I feel these places forget about customer satisfaction. I will never ever choose Hendrick Collision and might rethink buying cars from Hendrick. I read the reviews of other customers having paint stains on there car as well. I’m so upset. When seeing this paint smear it makes me think there sloppy about their workmanship and don’t care. Also, my steering wheel is so tight I can hardly make turns. I want the paint stain removed and want my steering wheel adjusted to make it easier to turn.

When I called to check on my car, they told me they didnt think it was at their location when it was dropped off by a tow truck driver 2 days prior (and I saw it there). They then asked me if I knew where the key was. It was in that moment I realized I did not want this place touching my vehicle and had it transferred to a different body shop. Low and behold, my key was found immediately and they were aware that my vehicle had been at their location for a couple of days.

Considering how busy the business is and that nobody is happy when they need auto body work after an accident, I would give Hendrick Collision Center high marks. Trevor Curtis and the rest of the crew provided good customer service. They were ready for me at the appointment time and my car was ready when they said it would. Cannot comment on value since insurance paid. But I was stunned at the estimate. All the technology in cars these days really drives up repair costs.

I own a 1977 GMC Sierra. It was hit by a drunk driver and the metal bumper was bent and the frame it was attached got bent as well. Local shops wouldnt work on it because of the age. I highly recommend their frame guy. He does quality work.

Had a pretty bad car incident, got rear-ended. They evaluated the damage ahead the schedule and fixed everything less then in a week. Trever the estimator did a great job with communicating with insurance and got my car in the shop very fast. I got a little too up close and personal while backing my car out of my garage and bent my passenger side mirror completely backwards. The color plate came off and the plastic was sprung a bit, but everything seemed to be in working order. After going to the Hendrick Toyota Service bay in Apex, Scott C. sent me to see Pete Gresock, the manager at Hendrick Collision Center. I drove right over, even though I didnt have an appointment. Pete fixed the entire thing within 5 minutes, and did it for free! Seriously! Where do you find that kind of service these days?!!! Ive driven Toyotas for over 30 years, and although Ive never had bad service, Ive never had such a positive experience with any Toyota dealership or repair department before. When it comes time to trade in my RAV4, I know where Ill be going first to look for a new vehicle.

I had a bizarre experience with the Collision Center. At first, I called several times to make an appointment for an estimate. No one ever answered the phone. No one ever responded to the messages that I left. Like ever.Then, I started driving over to talk to people face to face and it was a completely different experience. Everyone -- from the people at the front desk to the repair guys to Scott (the assistant manager) -- went out of their way to be polite and to accommodate me.My repair was fairly priced. The work was done on my schedule without any questions asked, and the final result was terrific.So moral of the story: Stop by for help. They will do a great job and you will walk out feeling satisfied. Not sure why they ignore phone messages -- and not sure why no one ever answers the phone -- but if you can get beyond that, you will be happy.

We recently went to Hendrick Collision in Cary for a minor bumper repair, after someone backed into my wife’s car in a mall parking lot.The experience was excellent! Our service rep (Mark) was helpful and transparent throughout the process. The workmanship of the repair is the best I’ve seen. The bumper paint looks exactly like the factory paint on adjacent panels, including the metal flake. Very impressive. This is the second time the bumper has been repaired, and Hendrick did a MUCH better job than another local shop.If we have another incident, we will definitely use Hendrick again.

I could not recommend them more highly. After my car was hit in the parking lot of a Whole Foods the Monday before Thanksgiving, Toni at the front desk was able to squeeze me in to get my car reviewed as unsafe to drive and coordinate with the Enterprise next door to get me into a rental. Her help saved our holiday. Courtney Morgan was my estimator, and he was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process--letting me know what stage of repair my vehicle was in and giving regular updates. When I got my car back, it looked good as new!

My daughters car was rear ended and she took the car to this shop. I dealt with them before and they were pretty good. This time I was really disappointed in the way they treated my daughter and lack of punctuality. They told my daughter they would call her and let her know the estimate. Two weeks after we dropped the car and they got all they needed, nothing happened. We did not hear back from them and when I checked with the insurance today, they said they never heard from them either. I asked the insurance rep to switch to another body shop since I am not willing to waste anymore time with these people and there are many good body shops to choose from in the area.

They went the extra mile to insure I was more than satisfied.The finished work was top-notch; I would recommend Hendrick to anyone.What was cool was that Hendrick sent me emails as my car went through the process.This provided me with the latest status at all times.Also convenient is that there is an Enterprise car rental office right in the same building.

I had such a wonderful experience at Hendrick Collision Center. I brought my car in for an estimate on my bumper, I wasn’t looking to put in a lot of money into the car given its age, mileage, etc. Courtney and Steve took the time to see what my priorities were and what I wanted to see done and went out of their way to take care of me and fix the problem right then. I would have given Hendrick five stars but one of the charges was for my car to be detailed as coffee had spilled everywhere during my collision. They charged the insurance $100 and basically I got a car wash with my mats vacuumed. There was still coffee everywhere on the car which was the main reason for the detail amoungst, dirty windows, cup holders, etc.. Other than that my car looks good and drives very well so far .

NEVER take your vehicle here, even if your insurance company recommends them!! This is a long review, but worth the knowledge of information. This shop had my car for 2 months. They claimed it was an extensive repair... Unless youre building a new car, it shouldnt take 2 months. After calling my insurance company several times, they said they thought the shop had been done with the car, the shop claims the insurance company didnt give them authorization to work on the car until after it had been sitting on the lot for over 30 days. So honestly, Im not quite sure if its the insurance or the shop, however I do have a very reputable insurance company, so I highly doubt it was lack of communication on their end. On top of all that, while the car was in their care, each week we constantly got a new date of when the car would be ready, and the car was never ready on that day. Finally, when I called the shop to complain/get answers Pete, the manager, was very nice at first but when I didnt just say okay to his excuses he got irritated and started to become more and more rude. When I told them I was not going to give them a good review, he laughed and said thank you we appreciate it and hung up the phone. There used to be a time where customer satisfaction mattered... But apparently thats just a distant memory these days!

My fathers truck was in an accident a little while ago and the repair shop he originally took it to did not repair his truck correctly and also left some parts of the truck loose. I got in contact with Pete and he took great care of the remaining issues that the previous shop looked over. He contacted our insurance company for us and made the process very easy. Unfortunately accidents do happen and the repair process can often be a headache. But Pete and the guys over at Hendrick collision center were great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a repair. Thanks!
