Beider did a wonderful job helping me decide the best phone for my needs. He quickly transferred files from my old phone to the new one. He explained new phone operations to me in a wy that I could understand. I would recommend him to everyone!!

I was told the staff here would be knowledgeable and better than the Joplin store. That was NOT my experience! Staff seemed unhappy to be there and acted like it was a burden to help me out. I was very disappointed in my experience here.

If your looking for great and knowledgeable staff, look no further. This place is the best place for your wireless needs!

Awesome support

I’ve been a Verizon customer since 2000 and have frequently shopped Joplin-area stores for phone & service issues. This Verizon store absolutely provided the best service that I’ve experienced. Micheal Barnes was patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the variety of phones that I was considering. No long lines, attentive salespeople and an inviting atmosphere. I will be driving the short distance to Carthage from now on!
