Do not use this service, I first was charged over $200 for a screen replacemnet on my XS unkowningly, I complained to corporate and they offered to fix it for free. The I take it to the new shop and the lady working told me she was unqaulified to do the fix but would give it a shot She messed up my Rear wide camera sensor and now my camera does not work or my flashlight, they refuse to do anything about it, I called and asked to speak to the owner of the location in Caterville, and she hung up on me DO NOT USE CELLARIS, Horrible customer service, I am taking them to Civil Court for the cost of my Broken XS and the repairs. Unless you want to end up in Court too I suggest not using them because they will push you to where you will have to sue them!

This place is absolutely terrible, do not support their business. They replaced my phone screen, it fell a mere inches onto the floor, it had a sturdy, rugged case on it. The phone and under screen cracked. They use cheap parts and do a shorty job, I will be getting this addressed. They will not help; I’ll be contacting support. In overview, DO NOT use this place, over priced and not worth it.Edit-They have since replied, and Id still like to stand firmly and say, they do not honor their work. Their return policy and lifetime warranty means nothing if they use terrible, cheap-quality parts.

If I could give them a - minus I would. They charged my 15 year old daughter 60. Dollars to put in a 8.99 battery in. Then when I called them they stated that he told her the price. I told him she was a child and not aware of what a battery should cost. He said he didn’t care. They have no return policy. Don’t use them they are unreasonable and a rip off! Best Buy replaces a battery for around 20.
