Kristy was there. This is who I called Saturday, since it wasnt fixed she told me to come in. Thursday is the only day I get out. So I went there, she was there. So I handed her my phone, she remembered the conversation we had. She took it and she couldnt understand why my text was coming in but no notification sound was being transmitted. So she played with it for about 20 MI Tues then it was working. Thank goodness. I live by myself and NO family in GA. So you could imagine the CALLS I was getting. I am also, lets just say NOT HEALTHY. She was pleasant and helpful. Thank you KRISTY METRO P C S

I purchased a ph thru metro pcs about a month and a half ago and immediately started having issues with the ph . I called store here at market place where I purchased it and they were very helpful and thought we had solved the problem . My ph continued to give me problems . So I contacted Kristi at the store on Tennessee st and she was just great . Her and Ragan were so helpful and kind and solved my problem for me . Just wanted to share and show my appreciation for them .

People in this store are rude and arrogate. They treated me as though I were trash because of how i looked after getting off work. They did not answer any of my questions and i left without resolving my issue.

The girl Kristi, needs to understand what customer service actually is. She also needs to learn how to control her tone of voice when shes talking to people. She absolutely snobby to me and my husband being condescending.

Always helpful! Will tell you the truth about your phone instead of just trying to sell you something. Most people complaining have either done something to their phone themselves and are mad cause it doesnt work properly, or just simply dont know how to use the device. So when they cant get on Facebook or their POF app it is automatically the stores fault, or even more, the employees fault?... No.... Know your login information that YOU created for YOUR accounts.... Such as... Facebook, Google(GMAIL), whatsapp, etc.... Each device is DIFFERENT. The reps do not have explicit information for EACH device. They are NOT tech support. If you can google to see this review then you can easily google to find out information on how to sign in or help yourself with basic knowledge on YOUR device. Also, if you drop, break, drown, run over, or anything else to YOUR phone or someone you let use it does anything to it, that ALSO is not the store or store reps fault......

Love loved LOVED the trip here, there was barely any wait. I got the phone that I wanted, and I got EVERYTHING transferred thanks to Destiny. I loved both the reps being there, both Destiny and Regan were funny, helpful, and nice to talk to. It made the experience SO much better, I HIGHLY recommend going to either Destiny or Regan. They are AMAZING workers with GREAT customer service!

The store itself was clean but very barren theres a lot of empty places where they could be phones and accessories they have some really cool speakers and sub setup for music but its always really quiet theres never any music never in the atmosphere its you ladies that work there are friendly but theyre so overloaded they cant really do their jobs as efficiently as they should be able to you a good for instance his last night I went in there fully prepared to get to new glass covers put on two cell phones I know the cost and I was ready to get it done but there were only two people in front of me and my waiting time would have been 45 minutes just for them to get started so even though the employees are great the management or maybe somebody from corporate should probably keep a closer eye instead of just counting the dollars

Had a great experience going to this location. Ive been here before always had a bad experienced in the past but this time was excellent. I had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager kristi she is great. she helped me very much with finding the right phone that fits me. to everyone thats looking for Great Deals definitely go down to Metro PCS. Ill definitely be coming back here

This store had the rudest staff Ive ever dealt with. Ive never felt like a customer service was worst than this store was. They take youre happily but the second you got a complain they just hang up on you. Im not much of a complainer either but I couldnt deal with them so to try to solve my problem I tried asking them for the metro pcs headquarters number and the rude lady said they HQ doesnt have a number that you have to go there. Really? A phone service company HQ doesnt have a phone number. Ridiculous Ill never use this company again and would you not either.

Please do not go here choose another location.They are rude and are not trained well. I brought a T-Mobile iPhone to use with metro pcs. The lady told me i needed a unlock code from T-Mobile. Which was inaccurate. All she had to do was add my imei to the data base since T-Mobile owns metro pcs.I drove to another metro pcs and they are the ones that told me how ignorant the people working at this location are. BEWAREI called to met he manager know about the young lady that gave me false information and they hung up on me....

Theyll tell you anything to sell a phone please research any phone that you get from Metro PCS sometimes its just what they have in stock all their phones are good but take in mind you get what you pay for also if you have a manufacturers issue this store will not send the phone back to the manufacturer for replacement you have to go to MetroPCS on Chastain Road

Love MetroPCS the store I go to in Cartersville ga by the walmart is great very friendly always willing to help with any questions I have.

Absolutely terrible service at Tennessee st Cartersville ga location. i went in to purchase a SIM card to do the switch from my current phone to a new one through the automated service as i have done before and was told that they require all activations to be done in store and pay them the fee to do so when all they do is use the free automated service themself to do it.

Worst customer service i have ever had. bought a phone case and phone phone died went back and tried to return it in the seven days the clerk was rude and snobby said they couldnt do anything. they were jibber jabbering with each other not worried about customers.
