Excellent dealership. They take care of you both during and after the car buying process. They seem to have a great deal of customer service processes implemented, and it shows- from the way they answer the phone to the time you walk out the door. Ive known them for years, and have bought cars from their other dealerships as well. Highly recommended place to buy new or used cars.

Wonderful selection of cars. Even stayed late to sell my my new Kia Soul (which I love). My only problem is I paid with an insurance check. The total for the car was less than the check and they said I would have a check in the mail with the left over amout the next week. That week came and no check. This is now week two and I’ve still not received my check. When I call they tell me they’ll call right back and it’s usually over an hour or two later or I call back myself. They’re very nice and have a wonderful selection of cars but communication seems off. My advice is yes, go here, lovely people, but, just pay with cash or a loan, because trying to get this check is a bit of a pain. But as a company they are nice people and run a nice business. I do recommend if you’re looking for a good deal and a nice car.

Do not go here!!!! My father-in-law went here and traded his car in for a newer model. Please tell me why his old car is not paid off yet and why all of a sudden they are saying they need more paperwork from us? If thats the case why did yall allow him to drive off in a new car BIG Dummies!!! And why does Steven Evans got an attitude with us and decides to hang up when its obvious they messed up not us. Learn how to do business and also good customer service

I purchased a truck here and they screwed me over THREE different ways. First of all they sold me a powertrain warranty that only applies to individuals and cannot be used by a commercial entity despite them knowing I was purchasing the vehicle for my business. Second, they gave me a key that has restrictions on it (Ford MyKey - cant go over 80mph or turn radio volume up). Lastly, and the worst thing they did, is sell me a bed liner with the truck. Before agreeing to it I told them they would have to pick up the vehicle and I live an hour away - the Sales Manager Nick said thatd be fine. Then when the service department called me I got a different story. So I started asking for a refund and asking to get the first two issues resolved. They bounced me around to different people and different departments and Ive had to call back about 15 times over the course of 4 months. Nobody once has called me back when they said they would.I ended up paying to get the key fixed myself ($350). They never corrected the warranty paperwork - instead they had the warranty office call me and convince me that it wasnt an issue despite what the fine print says. I just had them tell me a definitive answer about the bed liner. They now tell me they arent going to refund me for the bed liner. The Service Department Manager, Mike, lied saying that I agreed to take the vehicle in and never showed up. When Mike called to schedule the appointment I told him they had to pick up the vehicle per the agreement I had with Nick, the Sales Manager. They are the ones who never showed up. And Mike just informed me that the agreement says I only had 30 days to get the bed liner done and theyre free of any obligation now.This is so wrong and immoral. Ive told them from the beginning if they cant pick up the vehicle then it wont work. They said they could, they charged me for it, and when they couldnt do it they delayed for months before finally telling me theyre keeping my money.Shame on this business and the people who manage it!!

Everyone here are absolutely AMAZING! They worked really hard to put my husband and myself in a brand new car although were credit challenged. I honestly cant think or say enough great things about Terry Reid Mitsubishi and everyone that works there.

Ive been down here since July here it is October 14th Ive done everything they asked me to do I told them up front I was self-employed I put money in the bank show them every bit of the money I make the sons of Terry Reid told me they will put me in a vehicle hydro one of their cars for over a month and a half pay the insurance I didnt have the nerve to come when they called to tell me to come down and sign the papers they said the neck that says he didnt lie to me he lied at the beginning the outliers I spent hours and hours waiting on them to get my paperwork ready go that are two or three times someday I went and they lied to me Im not and we can go ask them do it to another gentleman but they wouldnt tell me what was going on dont trust

The salesman (joseph) we spoke with was awful. He was on his phone the entire time. He hardly talked to us about the vehicle we were set on getting. When taking us to test drive the vehicle, he was texting 95% of the time behind the wheel, and when my boyfriend drove he didn’t say a word and was glued to his phone.
