I pulled off highway with brake issue and called the shop 30 minutes before they close - coming here was a lifesaver. Bill went above and beyond to ensure I will have my car back on the road before they closed for the day. They drove out of town to get the parts needed and repaired my car in under an hour. Beyond grateful for this team and how much they went out of their way with my last minute emergency repair. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!

Cross Roadz is Great! My car broke down on a drive from Albany to Baltimore to go to a wedding and I am pretty lucky I broke down right near Cross Roadz. I called and Jared answered the phone quickly and professionally. I told Jared my situation and he told me if I got it towed over he could take care of the problem that day and get me to the wedding on time. Ended up being a bad spark plug, but my car was good to go in a few hours and I made it on time. Jared and Cross Roadz saved the day and I highly recommend them to anybody passing through or in the area.

I have been taking my cars to them since i moved to the area. Jared and the team have been not only patience but very fair with pricing as well as transparent when i comes to the actual repairs. First and foremost, I want to give a HUGE shout out to the guys at Crossroads Auto! Jared and his father went above and beyond to fix my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I put off fixing my car for the longest time, due to the fact that I was nervous about the potential repairs on my car due to the history of the vehicle, but without question, this was the best shop Ive ever been to. They were super honest about the repairs, gave me great prices on the repairs, and made me feel like my Jeep was undeniably in GREAT hands. MANY MANY THANK YOUS are in order, will definitely be coming back to handle maintenance on my vehicle!! 10/10 would recommend, Ill definitely be telling my friends.

I went to get an oil change which i got. The guy said he wanted to let me know that since I reached 100,000 milesI should think about having my timing belt changed. Well I have a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek and it has a timing chain which doesnt need to be changed. I cant stand these mechanics who take advantage of women drivers. Not cool.

These guys are AMAZING!!! Extremely fair prices, get the job quick, no fuss no muss. I brought my Cadillac CTS there to get it looked at after making funny noises and they were done a few hours and it sounds beautiful. Went here to get an exhaust leak looked at, was able to tell me in two seconds what was wrong and were done 15 minutes later. Jared was super transparent and charged me next to nothing to fix. Highly recommend these guys!

As a man of my word. I will keep my word, I have a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive. I had a squeaking issue coming from steering wheel. I told them what it was (rubber boot to steering shaft) and was only charged half an hour of labor. Even though they didn’t specialize in BMW. They did the job and did it right, Jared and his father are both amazing people with a good heart and cares about their customers. The whole experience was very welcoming and I suggest anyone to bring their Japanese & American make vehicles here. This is how all shops should be!

I have been coming here since they opened. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They take the time to explain what the problem is and what my options are. I never feel pushed or rushed into a mechanical decision I wasn’t planning on. I highly recommend Cross Roads for basic or big jobs. They are the best around.

They take advantage of you and over charge you. Tried to charge me $600 just to change one wheel bearing. Also charged me $70 before when they realized I had a straw stuck behind my glove compartment and was making a rattling noise. The last thing that got me is they charged me $52 to replace a battery that I purchased and it only took them 10 minutes. NEVER GOING BACK HERE!!!!! Their quality isn’t even good to be charging so much!

Even some big repair jobs are done same day!!!That is almost unheard of even at larger shops. They really saved my bacon yesterday. My car started bucking and felt like it was about to fail right on the road, but it just so happened I was right next to this auto shop I havent been to before. It was just about closing time but they still helped me out. Theyd take care of the car first thing in the morning, but they offered me a lift back to my house that night and sent someone to pick me up today. And now the car is running much better.Bills a tremendous guy. Id say my own singular experience is fine testimony. But seeing other mechanics at the shop when I was there was extra reassuring.

These guys are great. Great prices, awesome work and super quick. Went in for brakes and rotors.

Took my car to get lightly serviced for an engine problem I was having, and they intentionally made it worse by revving my engine high and switching through gears harshly on my transmission. I was able to drive it there with no problems and they insisted on telling me my engine was blown.. In reality, all I needed was oil. Rude employees and owner, was told not to go by my computer diagnostic but to go by his mechanic certificate and I quote, computers arent that smart.. I went by my computer diagnostic, added oil at Pep Boys and paid for some oil instead of a new engine or car. Strongly recommend going anywhere else but here.

Did an oil change. A week later I started smelling the oil burning in the engine. Returned to have him check what it is. Before he even opened the hood, he was already defensive. I open the hood, before he even touch the car he declared that its not a leak. He tells me that its a drip from the oil change. Smh, how many oil changes I have seen in my days. Do not use this shop. There are many reputable shops. Drive an extra mile for quality shop that stand behind their service.
