Went in on a Friday at about 12 and was in and out with my pre-paid label within I kid you not less than 2 minutes. Person handling my package was super nice and quick ! Very convenient and I will be returning ! The location is very clean and well kept in a great new location. Was about 3 people in the store and all employees were working very hard handling our needs very quick ! You guys run laps around other postal services ! Thanks and see you in the future for my postal needs !

I have always had a great experience with the Ups store

UPS does not even try to deliver the item to your home. It is delivered directly to this small store where you are jammed packed into a covid catching environment. Only compact cars can park in front of the store and the handicapped spot is on the other side of the parking lot. Then UPS sends me an email at 4 AM stating that the shipment was delivered to my home. Then they left a notification on my door that I needed to pick the item up, I was home all day. The lazy driver did not bother to rings the door bell. When did UPS become such a poor delivery service? Letting Pottery Barn and Apple know I will no longer purchase merchandise from them are if UPS is the delivery service they are using. What about service and pandemic they do not get?

First time going in to this store because it is closest to my home. I’d say nice locations and great staff very helpful. It has easy access to parking. I would definitely come back to this store.

This place is expensive. It was $12 to send one envelope. Not worth the convenience.

Yes I absolutely agree with all the other post. This location is really good. The staff are nice and help. It’s a little ways from where I live but I don’t mind the drive for the great service.

Staff works promptly and are very helpful. This is my 3rd time visiting. Social distancing is in place.

To be sending product is a new thing so have awesome people who work there to help me out is a blessing if it wasnt for Angela helping me out for more ways than she knows my day wouldve ended up being more difficult. I absolutely love this store. I’m not sure what this man is talking down below, but Richard the store owner or Anthony the manager would never yell at their employees! I get all my prints and special projects done here. Definitely coming back here again.

Excellent service. Angela really helped me a lot. I was caring a heavy box and she greeted me right away at the doorway and carried the box for me to the counter.

Charged me a pickup fee. Had a packaged overnighted to this location and it arrived before the store opened yesterday so they redelivered today. Today they charged me $5. Those are the ethics which make me use Fedex. Despite the response from this retailer I picked up a package the day prior which I was not charged for.

I needed a quick turn around on a 35 page bound doc and several stapled prints. They knocked it out in less than 8 minutes with ease and no sense of anxiety ... a true congruent team at this store. Everyone there was such a pleasure...this is the model of where I always want to take my business. They are worth going out of your way for. And did I mention timing was close to closing? No worries and happy to help, they value their customers and it shows!! Thank you all!

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. But after visiting this UPS location, I was blown away how helpful and friendly both Richard & Anthony are with every single customer walking in. Now, food for thought the other bad review posted is inaccurate since store was not open for business at the time. People please do your homework before posting derogatory review.

Every time I go in, an older man is always yelling at the clerks working. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently hes it.The store is convienent, but if something isnt done about that man then Ill find another store to do my business at.No one needs to be called dumb in front of customers.
