Misleading pricing policy. Cant ever tell whats on sale.. I take that back, if it is something youre interested in, its NOT on sale.

This was very clean, and organized. The smell of the place if great because of all the sweet smelling stuff. There are a lot of AWESOME deals around the holidays too! I got 8 small candles, and 2 large candles for Christmas, and they all smell really good. I also got a small and big tube of winter candy apple lotion. As well as, some vanilla bean lotions. The employees are very kind, helpful, and polite at this location. The only bad thing to say about this place is that if there are no sales, everything can be really expensive. So I usually only come here if I have coupons, gift cards, or if they have sales going on. But other than that, AMAZING STORE!

Good lotions, but sells out of the good ones too often.

The store was clean and everyone who worked there was really nice. Greg rang us up and helped us find the last of a hand sanitizer I was looking for. He had tons of energy and was literally running between customers to sanitize his station so we werent waiting long.

Valerie was an amazing cashier and an amazing help. She has made the store look the best Ive ever seen in my 10 years of traveling. She knows the products, how to help customers, and is a respectful, delightful, helpful and caring worker to be around.

Jocelyn, i think her name was, the Hispanic short supervisor but with enormous energy and attentiveness helped me as the stereotypical male lost in the battle to make my living space more welcoming and refreshing. Even before she attended to me she was always flashing a bright smile that welcomed my awkward questions and plea for suggestions. Im making it a point to detour from the drive home from work next time I need to restock here if the service is always this great and on point to suggest current promotions. I even signed up for the app thank to her suggestion! A+

Its a typical Bath and Body works. This store was stocked with all the fragrances/ etc. that any other store would. I found that the workers here couldve been more attentive in helping me find what I was looking for, nevertheless they were nice.

Good place. Large selections of girl stuff and candles. Didnt have an easily identifiable side for men. Mostly because the size of the men side was about a yard stick in width and in the corner. So, I always think that Bath and Body should stop being sexist lol, and increase their mens type products and have at least a whole wall in every store! Give us something to look forward to other than candles and making their ladies happy by going inside when we dont feel like it. I mean, sometimes we do, but sometimes we dont. Lol Get money! Also, the staff was attentive and helpful at the right times.

This is the best location Ive been to in SoCal other than the outlet in Lake Elsinore, the store is always stocked where the Lakewood Mall location is ransacked a lot of the time & I have had an extremely rude employee at that location when I was trying to exchange an item.

I was called there for an interview about 2 to 3 weeks ago. My interviewers name was Riah. She said we’d get a call at the ending of the week or the beginning of next. But I never got a call. I called the store every other day for a week after. The phone just rang and rang and rang. Eventually it hangs up I suppose. 👎🏽
