I enjoy this location as they usually have friendly and knowledgeable staff

The girls there are so polite and nice , even when I sometimes have the stupidest questions. The place is very clean and social distancing is enforced along with wearing masks. I go out of my way to come to this store in particular because of their customer service 👍

Most of the time they are short in supplies...they still dont price match for professionals,which they did in the past. GET YOUR AVT TOGETHER SALLYS

Ive been a long time customer here. I accidentally bought the wrong color hair dye. Went back two days later without my receipt and was told I couldnt exchang it. The young lady said that I could only get partial credit for the wrong item, and had to pay the remaining balance for the correct one. The young lady was careless and rude. Was there on 08/28/19 mid afternoon.

I’m here. It is 10:32am they were supposed to open at 10am. No sign, no information. Customers are walking away. I’m pretty disappointed.

Love the manager shes always smiling when entering the store while helping other customers also she acknowledges everyone. Ive been going here for years and her staff is always on point with customer service! I recommend this Sallys!!!

Horrible horrible customer service...theres this fat girl with red hair who is very sarcastic and has an attitude problem... Id give her a dollar so she could buy her self a new personality...do.t shop at this sallys oh and to top it off the manager with long fake thick eyelashes who seemed to be friends with red hair didnt say anything about her attitude....bad bad management...

I shop here as it is close by and I have never had a problem. The staff makes excellent recommendations. They take the time in a small location, to explain what the customer needs to know. I have never had a problem with anyone being rude or unprofessional.

It is a clean and friendly place to shop for hair products and the person whos in charge of the store is helpful and informative of the products. Ill shop there again
