Overall not the greatest experience here with this rental property. I store my travel trailer here and have ran into more problems than I should be. I’ve had people park in my spot and at first they wanted to say SOL to me, then decided to move me to another spot. Let that go until today, when I tried to get access to my trailer. I’m at the property at 7p and supposed to have access to my trailer until 10p however the gate is saying denied - area closed. Kind of frustrating to plan my work day to get off at a certain time and come out this way from Rocklin to check in on my trailer and drop some things off. This should be communicated if the access times have changed however I haven’t received anything telling me this. I think being more organized will help out.

IStorage Self Storage, fairly decent on prices. I suggest when inquiring about renting a unit, ask about any specials going on for the month. You can expect a decently clean facility, management is great they do an excellent job maintaining the units and the grounds. One of the best perks about this particular iStorage is Scoobies thrift store out front you cant miss it. Go in and check it out and find the best deals in Carson on all kinds of stuff and things.

This is the second time I have needed self storage. I have worked with Rob both times- he is awesome at providing exactly what I need with fast and friendly service. My storage is always clean when moving things in and I feel like it is a safe environment. I will keep coming back to iStorage for my storage needs.

This is the second time Ive needed to use I storage for my storage needs. They are wonderful and helpful to work with, and make it easy to get in and out of the gated area where the storage units are. Having a son who experienced his storage unit broke into before, I storage seems to be very secure, since twice I have had all my possessions there and nothing stolen. Highly recommended.

Move in was easy. A lot of paper work though. Still in and out in less than 15 minutes.

The owners Steve and Julie Rosenthal at R and S Auto is the greatest people they went up and beyound to help me find the vehicle i was wanting and need for my family, help fix the payments, this is the people to contact for ur vehicle needs.

I couldnt find the entrance right away I went to a wrong gate thinking its the entrance but the phone call directions helped keep find my way.
