Shannon is so sweet. My family of 7 was in a bind and needed to buy a vehicle asap we had little money down for such a big purchase and our credit isnt the greatest. I bought a clean, low miles F-350 from this establishment about a couple weeks ago. I gave it a little bit of time before writing a review to make sure I was happy with what I got from them. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and my purchase! Shannon is great and she made the whole process easy and comfortable when helping me get into my truck. I had a really bad experience on my previous vehicle purchase so I was weary of doing a deal with anybody at that point. At trucks unlimited, my concerns were not a problem. If you’re looking for a great used truck, consider going here and talking to Shannon. Their inventory is good and the trucks they sell really are ready for purchase. Always happy to do business with a nice, local, trustworthy establishment and that’s exactly what you get when you buy from these guys!

I bought a truck from trucks unlimited about 2 years ago, about 3 months after I drove it off the lot almost every single dash light came on, tires were bald, found out windshield wipers were GLUED on, brakes were metal to metal with wrong size drums entirely on the back, and to top it all off now 2 years later I need an ENTIRE new transmission and transfer case. From my experience take caution when buying from them, I do not think they do any sort of inspection on any of their vehicles for how high the milage is on all of them. Just be weary.

Recently purchased a 3/4 ton suburban from Trucks Unlimited and am very happy with the entire process. I live out of state and negotiated the deal over the phone with Miranda; she was very pleasant to deal with and always available to take my calls. I flew into Reno and they picked me up from the airport. When I arrived to the lot the vehicle was exactly as described, we had the paperwork completed within 5 minutes, and I was on my way back to Denver.

Such a great experience! We bought a Suburban from Trucks Unlimited, in Carson City, Nv. I could not be more happy with our purchase... I have to keep reminding my husband it’s my car because he keeps trying to find excuses to use it 😂. It’s a great looking vehicle and fun to drive! We felt absolutely no pressure and the whole experience was hassle free. Husband and wife run the dealership and are very responsive to questions and helpful all around. I just bought a 2011 ford pu. love it I knew it was used when I bought it so whatever problems may occur were my own responsibility. In saying that it not only was a very clean truck but the service was and still is outstanding. Not only would I buy another one but plan on taking my girlfriend there soon

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!If anyone is looking for a decent truck DO not got to trucks unlimited in Carson city. They screwed me over very bad and a couple other people I talked too have said the same thing. I bought a 2014 Ford from them and in the past month it’s been in the shop twice. Within the first week it broke down and I had to have it towed. I called them and there exact words were “so”?I called again today because it’s have problems again (only a month old from them) and both of the owners got mad at me and starting yelling at me over the phone. They seemed like decent people until I gave them 20 grand of my money. Just please use caution when buying vehicles from these co called “dealers” I don’t want anybody else to get screwed over especially if they have a family like I
