I was looking for a few items and saw they were recommended by the manufacturer. I stopped by on my lunch break and was helped by a cute young guy, I think his name was Garrett, anyways his sweet charm, prompt service & knowledge about the products was amazing. Needless to say I might break my faucet to give me a reason to see him again. If everyone is as good as him you cant go wrong using Pittman.

This place has everything you need and for great prices. I was in a pinch needing a very specific Delta valve and handle with diverter that morning. Myleah helped me and was so friendly. She quickly located the valve and handle in exactly the style and finish I wanted. I mentioned that I was also looking for a shower head and wand so she found some great Delta pieces that were on sale which helped with the budget. I didnt even have to get out of my seat and they gave me a donut - 😊. Overall the service was friendly, fast and fair. Ill go back there for all my plumbing and hardware needs in the future!

The sales person i dealt with was Not helpful & I had to ask her 3 times about every item to make sure she could do basic data entry to order my stuff.She got everything but one item incorrect & even had to come back to store because of her mistakes.You cannot fix incompetence!Won’t ever shop here again.

Went to buy a part at their store on Lemay and was treated very rudely. The were not friendly and treated me like I had no business even coming in the store to buy something. Save your time, go to Apex or Beeco instead of being treated terribly by these guys.
