Its pretty good supermarket, with some unique items I couldnt find at a Walmart

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE HANDICAP PEOPLE AND HAVE THEIR HANDICAP RIDES PLUGGED IN AND AND ALL.

There needs to be a self check out or more people hired to be cashiers. at 5pm on a Friday there were only 3 registers open and lines into the isles due to not enough employees. As I waited 25 minutes in line for my 4 items I thought to myself at this point it could have been a better use of time to drive all the way to kroger or publix or walmart or anywhere else

The app was easy to use, the sales were immaculate. The assisting staff worked quickly, competently and kindly with me to get my order ready. I love the product, I love the store.

Its like they dont believe in or understand what stocking is . Every week I go in there the same things are always out completely. Theres no point in opening if the shelves are empty and your not going to restock products. There is no way your out of stuff as simple as Gatorade 4 weeks in a row .

I used to like food Depot. It was close & convenient. I dont know if they changed owners or what. Switching to Kroger.

Day shift employees are different than night shift employees.Night shift cashiers are much nicer along with the the bagboys & cart retrievers.Id rather shop at night when there are less customers.The meat dept has alot of good deals.

As always found every thing I needed for my Sunday dinner casserole. The ground meat was especially bright and plentiful today at a moderate price for extra lean. My dish today was a taco pie with ground beef, taco sauce. Chips and velvets mac and cheese shells. .... Looking forward to baking it out in the oven. It already smells delicious.

Store seems cheaper than what it actually is. 10% on top of tax

Throughout the stores they are making sure that everyone is safe from the covid-19 and theyre making sure no one can possibly catch it. Im very impressed with this place Ive been coming in there for about seven and a half years and Ill continue to keep going there if they keep up the good work!!!?

Mask required? Thats pretty funny considering many employees dont even cover their noses with their masks. Plus, 20% of the customers dont wear masks and nothing is said.

Had some great deals and friendly staff. Was oh so busy and there where some quite crowded spaces at times in isles and thickly at checkout.

Good place to get snacks and drinks but I wouldnt get more than that. Their meat is either already ruined or ruins less than 24 hours after purchase. It smells weird any time I have went in. You have to wait in line what seems like forever. They rarely have more than 2 checkouts open. Even when they are packed.

Some of the fresh meat was not looking so fresh. Other than that, the store is clean, I noticed security patrolling the floor and the staff was courteous.

It was not packed and I was happy about it. But I really like the drink price for the week. And as always I appreciate the consideration and kind patience of the employees. I think there were nine people in the whole store except for the employees 😂

This is my favorite grocery store. It has a small town feel, yet it is much bigger & carries much more variety. I have been a customer at the Bankhead highway location for years. It continues to get better & better.The meat department is outstanding!!! Its always neat, clean & well organized. Their butchers are helpful & very accommodating. They go out of their way to customize what you need. They will custom cut or tenderize your meat on the spot, all you have to do is ask.They do a great job & are very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly.The produce has alot of variety & they also stock alot of frozen organic vegatables as well.The staff in all areas are very friendly & helpful. When Im ready to check out, they have plenty of cashiers.They adjust to the volume of customers they have at any moment. I always notice them opening more registers PROMPTLY, as needed when the amount of customers they have changes upfront. I LOVE that.Lastly but most importantly, my reason for shopping here is...you CANNOT beat their prices!!! I appreciate the fact that they do NOT overcharge. They are very fair in their pricing. That & the quality of their meats & services are what has keep me coming back year after year.

Its a great store to shop in but some of their food be old theyre raising their prices too high for overall thats where I shop even with how I feel about certain stuff and they store but I still shop there overall I like it certain stuff and they store they need to make sure they staff its on point with the food and take some of them prices down especially on the meat when the covid-19 came up and came out everybody losing and lost their job instead of the prices going down the prices went up and thats crazy

I bought $157 in meats for the month and I brought back 6 packages of rotten, smelly meet. I called and was told to bring back the meat, the packaging and the receipt. I had to embarrass myself and my grandson by standing at the customer service fussing and getting loud in front of a store full of other customers to get them to allow me to exchange the he rotten meat for good meat!! Im on food stamps and struggle to make it from week to week! I surely cant afford to buy rotten meat, only to have to embarrass myself in front of a store full of people just to get the store to replace the rotten meat they sold me. I wont go back and dont advise others to take a chance on their meats being good and fresh.@

Only place in Carrollton I will buy meats. They have the best prices and freshes meats and veggie. Even the meats and veggies they put as lower price on and its got quick sale it still has enough time on it that you dont have to run home and cook it right now. I wish they had a fresh bakery in their stores.

My all time favorite grocery store when it comes to purchasing meats an tissue an paper towels, only certain brand I use an its priced just so!! They do add a extra 10% at the end but its not that bad. However I will not buy my milk an stuff here cause a gal of milk here 2.59 an on my way home sits Wal-Mart an you can get a gal of while milk and chocolate milk for 1.05 each. Kroger as well, they went up a few cents on their milk but not to much. Eggs at Kroger are outrageous!

The only down fall I have is the 10 percent tax. I definitely buy my meats here. They are good 👍

I only go in the morning because of my 3rd shift schedule. But the employees are very nice and helpful. The produce is always fresh. I have seen the employees helping customers better than any grocery store I have ever seen to in 45 years. Thumbs Up to Food Depot.

The staff is mainly friendly and somewhat helpful. The staff is not 100% educated on the products and services that they offer. Some of the staff is a little ghetto. Prices are super cheap but 10% of your total is added to your total at checkout (signs are posted).

I am giving a three star,. The fact that they will advertise an item at one price, and when you check your receipt it is in fact a higher price. Thats not fair to someone who does not check their receipts. I also think that they should remove that extra 10%, because of the high prices they charge.

Food Depot is a clean store with consistently competitive prices. There are two of these stores in Carrollton but the one near the university is newer. This store in First Tuesday Mall is still run well and carries a big selection of items. Theyre pricing is cost plus 10% but you can find discounts and sales as well.

Located in an old mall that has lingered on, this Food Depot has ample parking. The store is huge and has wide isles making it easy to navigate. The facility definitely has wear and tear from the age. If you are looking for great prices at a clean grocery store then this is a winner.

I was actually surprised, they had the best looking meats and better selection than any of the bigger groceries stores.

They are not cheaper contrary to popular belief. They charge a 10% charge on everything to make it so that they can price their foods a little cheaper. Also the meats are not great quality. But they are decent enough
