We bought a hilsha fish today. It costs us around 50 usd. After we cook few of the pieces the fish is fouling weird and all the pieces were breaking up. We could not even eat one single piece.We called the store and they asked to bring the fishes. We brought back the cooked and uncooked one. The store manager says everything is good without any issue. But not even checked or made effort to check the cooked one. At the end his point of view is nothing is bad. We are going into this store for a long time now and getting fishes all the time. Why the hell for one fish we will complain. So wake up store and value your customer. When some reliable customer is saying something you should trust and give value towards it

I was excited to find a place to get authentic Indian food so close to work. Myself and another couple waited for someone to come to the counter. We had to go to the grocery side to see if someone was working on the Cafe side. My food was generous, fresh and hot. Pity, the Cafe lacked personality and could have been cleaner so I will just do carry out.

THEY WILL MIX Beef onto the Goat/Lamb meat pre-packs...be aware coz you cant tell until youre eating it. Also, most of their grocery items are not price marked-- makes it easy for them to charge you whatever they feel like that day. Cafe food is pretty good but be prepared for looooong wait times even on daily specials.

Everything is good about this place except Peta bread, some times they are expired.

Friendly helpful staff, dishes needs further development but great value, the grocery is convenient and have best selection of Bangladeshi fishes in Dallas.

The customer service at this store is horrible. The manager is extremely rude. After ordering a tray of biryani from here it turned bad after 1 1/2 hours sitting in the fridge and became rotton with a bad bad smell. I had ordered it for guests. On the day of, when I called him to tell him about this, he ended the call on me. When we visited the manager in person to ask how he would compensate for us, he said he would not give us our money back or anything. He did not even say sorry. He said he would give me one small plate of biryani, thats all. He yelled back at me when I got upset. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. I would not suggest shopping here or buying the food from the restaurant.

Terrible store! Highly unorganized and dirty store. Abnoxious loud music was on...that was just spinning our heads. Becareful of expired products at this store. Both packets of bread we bought had fungus on them. Ofcourse like most of these stores they would never take it back. Yup! Yup! Tried a few times!

This restaurant is famous for its desi food among the Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani people. The food quality is good. They make Indian snacks as well and their desi style tea is also nice.I tried their chicken biriyani, which was good. The grilled fish was not upto my expectations but it was okay.The pakoras that they make in the morning are tasty, if they are well cooked. And their samosa is also okay.The staff are well behaved and cooperative. That makes the customers want to go back to the restaurant again.If you are looking for Indian style food, you may want to pay a visit to this restaurant.

Ive visited twice in the last 2 months and I have encountered the cashier younger guy (last time I visited their were both a older man and younger guy) he is not friendly or have customer service skills. He didnt greet me when I came up to the counter or say thank you after I got my order. Not sure if the nice lady is still working there or not but I hope she comes back because I havent seen her.. He was rather short and impatient on the phone and when you arrive to the store he looks at you like your an alien from Mars or something I guess because Im not Asian. The worst part is when i got my food home it had a fly in it so I will not be going back. The service is poor and i had to throw my food away. I dont recommend this place the cleanliness and house keeping is zero.

Advertising social distancing and practicing. If are a fan of fresh meats its a go to place. They have a butcher to cut your meats in your preferred way. Good one

I went in to purchase something to drink because i was parched to hell. Seeing as how i do not have a vehicle currently i walk and use public transit. I carry a backpack because of school. I walked into the store and was immediately felt as if i were being judged and the fact that the lady running the store proceeded to get up and follow me throughout the store made me feel even more so! I am not a theif never have been and never will be and the fact that i was profiled for being one just makes me sad that just because i look some sort of way or that because i am trying to earn a education for.myself and i carry a backpack makes me i guess suspicious. I am not and will never again give this business any of my money and will never be a customer again!

Very bad customer service by the owner at the restaurant. I go everyday to get a cup of tea in the evenings and yesterday, for the first time, the owner served me. I was shocked at how rude he was as he refused to serve tea and returned my money after 20 minutes, claiming he was too busy to make tea. Completely wasted my time! We only go here to shop because of Farida (the manager).

We came home in between rainstorms tonight, and the key got stuck in the lock. Tried everything, couldnt budge it. We called Indo-Pak Carrollton and The technician was out in 20 minutes. He had all the right gizmos and the knowledge and persistence to open the lock. He also figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Very professional. Thanks Indo-Pak Carrollton👍

There is no integrity at this store.

Love the food! Good price! My favorite dish is the Beef Nihari with the best Naan. I order it a lot.There is a lot of vegetarian dishes as well.(they are very tasty when I dont feel like eating meat) They have dishes for everyone.

Order 4 chicken biriyani to go. We found its made with burned out chicken. It tasted like they had mixed couple of days old cooked chicken and microwave it with rice. Very dissatisfied with the quality and taste of the food here. I called the store and they said they would check and hang up the phone.

The chicken biryani went up by $2.00, conflicting price on the menu that I had in my bag, people it is now $5.99(see the screen shot) . On top of all that, I sat waiting 15min on my food & the lady reckoned oh your food is ready, I advised that I was sitting literally 5 feet away from her in one of the booths, did she not see me? Then I get back to work to eat and I am choking on a bunch of bones, and the salad is primarily 1/2 big onion....this is pathetic....and she gave me 0.01c change short....

I waited 20 minutes for my samosa, the employee told me it only take 5 minutes. The coustomer who came after the employee sold my somasa to him, then he told me wait another five minutes. When I went to order I even told him if its going to take long then its oaky, he insisted I wait, really disappointed.

Ideal grocery store for halal Meats

I just wanted to try their New Chef New Taste thing.We ordered nihari, chicken biryani, and chicken karhai yesterday. All this was really good and tasty. Definitely ording more dishes and looking forward to be a regular customer to them.I used to not like them before but not anymore. One of my fav restaurants now.

Best place to buy indian grocery

Loved the food, the smell and taste of the food was amazing. The quantity for its price is incredible as well. My only wish was that they cleaned the place up a bit more, the floor was sticky and the chairs and tables looked dirty.

Been coming here since they first opened. Staff is really friendly (especially Fareeda) and the meat department is so quick and professional with every order. One of the best and easiest places to buy halal meat!

Lots of stuff being changed in the strip mall just like everywhere else. We went to beauty salon and then grocery store. Grocery store after long time as we were already there and it just makes sense not to go elsewhere to same time and gas. Unfortunately, the some of the usual brands which they used to sell are no longer selling there. I ended up going to other location to get the brand I always buy.

Was in the area and decided to get food from here.... the woman behind the counter (I believe owners sister) is rude as hell. Never again. Doesn’t bother to tell you when the food is ready, it will sit there till you get up and ask ‘ how much longer’ ?? And she will say it’s been sitting here. Well then, you see me sitting right here can’t you tell me the food is ready ?? I highly recommend the ones in Plano and Richardson.

Dont buy meat from here stinks

This is one of the problems that stems from Pakistani/Indian culture. Back home, the shops tend to open later in the day. Most families have enough time to cook and eat in the morning but unfortunately here in the US some of us do not have that luxury.For a grocery store to open at 10am or 11am is unheard of, let alone open up past the scheduled time. Most of the stores in that shopping center open at 11am and some at 12pm - these are missed opportunities for a businesses that can capitalize on customers that may need a hot meal or groceries at 8 or 9am in the morning but instead forced to go to McDonalds or Kroger because the entire Indo-Pakistani community is asleep until 11.

This store is a nice collection of different South Asian products. It also contains several spices of South Asian countries.

Today we went there, ordered chicken karhai and behari kabab , chicken karhai was tasteless and their naan was pathetic. So we just packed our food and went to Almarkaz for good chicken karahi and naan. Price of indo pak grill is cheap as well as their food.
