Even with everything in the world being on back order they got it done super fast and super painless! Even if you have quotes already make sure you at least get one from Window World! They beat my first quote considerably!

Good luck. Waited weeks on an appointment. When we finally received one, we never received our quote. Called the office and they stated the individual whoDid our quote worked for a new location.. waited another 2 weeks, still no quote, called in to be told it would be ANOTHER 14 weeks to get an install. Keep in mind i called and made the first appointment in JUNE and now we’re almost in September. Wouldn’t recommend this company if you actually want a job done.

Our experience is not as good right now with Window World of Carrollton, received a phone call two days in a row for a reschedule due to a installer issue. Had to reschedule our day to day activities twice and reinstall blinds and curtains two days in a row. Seeking compensation currently for the trouble. Will update this review when our 6 windows get installed. 06/25/21.EDITED JULY 17th 2021.Our windows are finally installed. The Installers were good. The installer was a father and son team. Worked quick to avoid incoming weather.

All windows and front door replaced in my home. The quality and service was incredible. I highly recommend Window World!
