Just had both of the front doors repaired/reinstalled from the top down in our leasing office and it makes a world of difference! After two failed attempts from other vendors I finally found Vortex Doors. I worked with Samantha Martinez getting equipment purchased and a technician scheduled, she was great. Our technician, Joey, was on-time, professional and knew his trade. Worth every penny and our management is very pleased! 10/10 definitely recommend.

One of my customers needed commercial double doors fully replaced with single 36” storefront door. Called VORTEX DOORS and spoke with Sam Holt. After sending pictures and discussing with technician(s), she was able to give me an estimate. If I need full commercial door replacements I know who to call! We were well taken care of by Ramon Rodriguez, we had a break-in at 12:30 AM called Vortex at 1:30 AM Ramon called me by 2:30 AM and my business is secure by 4:45 AM. Ramon is friendly and great at what he does! Ill be a Vortex Dallas customer for life! Follow that up with glass install by Lloyd, Im happy this afternoon too! Great team at Vortex Dallas.

This is an awesome place. Ive only ever had great customer service. I am the General Manager of a swim school and doors are very important to us. Pedro has been out the past couple of times to help us and has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. The prices are high, but can you really put a price on outstanding quality service?

Services Provided out of your Carrollton, TX location. After 3 days , we finally had someone arrive on seen. He only provided us with a repair order. Because we also repair roll up doors on trailers we know how long it takes to complete this type of repair. He told us he would be back the next day for the repair. He didnt come back for 2 days. This was a different person. He did the same evaluation the previous person did. He told us he could not complete the repair without a crew man. Finally, completed the repair after being unable to use the bay for several days. It took the techs only a little bit to complete the repair. After 3 evaluations and a repair we were hit with 6 hours of labor for $188.00 per hour. WOW!!!!! That labor rate is ridiculous. We work on trailer doors everyday and provide an up front cost of how many hours and price per hour for each repair. You should consider providing this information to your future customers. Your labor rate is way out of line. Almost $200 per hour.

We placed a call asking for them to come out and add weather strip seal to the door and they assured me it would be on the truck. When the technician arrived the parts were not on the truck and I was told that the doors needed to be rehung. Quote to rehang the doors came in at almost $2000. All I wanted was a new seal installed on the door and they sent us an invoice for almost $400 to come out and assess the doors. Technician was a nice guy but their business practices are unethical. $375 for a service call fee is absurd.

This is a great company. Theyre always repsonive and the customer service is great.

Really bad experience. Called 5 straight days and after talking to their customer service and manager, never did I get a call back. Spoke with Travis twice, he apologized several times, but then did not do a thing. They are good in placing stickers on your door, but when you call for the first time, they are terrible in responding. 4 times I had to give them my address and name since they could never find my account (like if I never made an initial call for service) The only person of the 4 i spoke to that did attempt to help was Samantha. She promised me one of the managers would call today. I wont hold my breath. TERRIBLE experience
