Counters came out great. Can barely notice any seams. Perfect color and for the amount I had to cover where way cheaper than anyone else. Ignore the unfinished stuff, I am completing that although they would have done it if I wanted. Moreover, I have odd shapes to the counter because this is a custom kitchen and they did a great job of cutting and making these odd shapes and curves happen. Find them at the fair in Oct for good deals. Pics of the seams shown.

We bought the most beautiful marble countertops from DFW Stoneworks!! They are called Shadow Storm and we absolutely in love. Veronica is amazing!! She helped us through the entire process and we are so grateful for her help. And Ryan is truly an expert at customizing the flow of the marble. Veronica described him as a magician and she’s right, he does excellent work! Our marble looks fabulous and I am very pleased with our experience.

Went here to look at some slabs for my kitchen. I happened to have some time off one day so I came here to look. Apparently they only work off appointments and the only man who was there admitted he had no knowledge of their products. He said I would have to book an appointment with a “designer” who would go over their products and pricing. I don’t need a designer - I just need to pick out a slab for my contractor to install. He could not tell me what was what in the yard i.e. quartz vs quartzite vs marble vs granite. He had no knowledge once so ever.How can you operate a business when your website doesn’t say that an appointment is required and no one actually in your business knows about your product? Very disappointing. So you’ve been warned - make an appointment if you want any help.

It has been a great experience working with DFW Stoneworks for my master bathroom remodel. I walked into the showroom only to look at options, but my experience with Veronica was wonderful and I purchased my quartz countertops and quartz shower walls that same day. Veronica was very conscientious of my budget and provided excellent options based on my design. Ryan was also great to work with and his expertise , as well as knowledge was an asset. DFW Stoneworks also worked diligently to ensure that my products were installed so that my project wasnt delayed. Andrew is another employee who met and exceeded my expectations. The installers were great at their craft, very respectful and meticulous. I will definitely use DFW Stoneworks for any future projects and have already recommended them.

Veronica was extremely valuable in helping us to choose quartz countertops for our bathroom. She is very knowledgeable about the materials. She even pulled out white and cream colored cabinet doors to help us vision what the quartz would look with each since we hadn’t decided on that yet. January 2020We enjoy the countertop, but there are craftsmanship errors and way too much of a hassle.- Work out how youre gonna pay for this. The business will expect FULL payment up front. You need to keep some level of CONTROL. Pay half (1/2) down, with the rest to be paid after installation and inspection.- ENSURE that you know EXACTLY the tile terms, names, and/or nomenclatures, within the tile industry. (Backsplash, accent, pencil) ASK tons of questions - DO NOT assume that Ryan or anyone will explain this for your understanding.- ENSURE that EVERYTHING is spelled out, listed, and DOCUMENTED on the paperwork. Take the extra time, throughout, youll appreciate it in the end.~~ Ask about - Sealant purchase - After application of the sealant onto your countertop, the customer should get the remainder of the bottle. We did NOT get that bottle.~~ Ask about - SINK CUT OUT- the customer should get that piece of granite. Thats a nice size piece of granite that you bought. We do NOT have ours.~~ Ask about any hardware with your sink purchase. Does it come with a drain basket, and strainer?~~ Intally, Ryan (owner/project manager) offered the most common 21st century forms of communication. Due to my job, email is the best way to communicate. Ryan only responds to phone calls. I expected the business to help accommodate to my work schedule and the best way to communicate with me. Ryan, thinks the customer should accommodate to his preference.- The measurement meeting at your house. As the customer, ensure that you convey what YOU want. INTERJECT YOURSELF INTO THIS PROCESS. Know the exact measurements, how much over hang.-- DO NOT assume they know what you want or that they will do what is correct. DO NOT assume youll get exactly the same measurements as what is being replaced (what is in your kitchen right now.- CHECK the measurements for your appliances. Know exactly the stove and refrigerator space that you expect. Do you think youll want a larger refrigerator or stove?~~ We are having a difficult time squeezing the stove back in place, the countertop is so close, there is absolutely zero side to side room. To include, one counter piece is NOT centered, its off center by 3 (inches) (overhang) to one side. Not only does this look horrible; it causes lost space for our refrigerator.- When its time for your design review. Ryan will give you the completed sales order, including the measurements and final cost. Take the time that you need. They wont move forward without your review and approval. DO NOT let them rush you! Ensure that you READ the statement of work (SOW). Check and double check all measurements and whats written. EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ON THAT PAPERWORK. This is your last chance, working towards a great kitchen.- Keep a close eye during the installation - there would have been a additional issues had I not been paying attention. Do NOT assume that Ryan communicated to the installation crew any specifics.- Have your faucet ready for them to drill the holes into the countertop. DOUBLE CHECK if your faucet has a base plate (cover/trim) - then ENSURE everything is measured for the other holes. My suggestion, centered and aligned off the faucet with base plate (trim) pieces in place. Place any additional holes nearer the corners. Again, do you have a base or trim piece? Check, double check, and triple check.~~ Our faucet and soap dispenser are too close; we are unable to use the base plate (trim cover) for the faucet. In fact, any change in faucet could cause additional issues. Even worse, the soap dispenser is 1/8 too far back. Both the faucet and dispenser are NOT aligned.In the end, I hope you can learn from this. Right now, Id tell you NOT to buy from DFW STONEWORKS.As you read reviews, its your choice deciding if your experience can be different.----10 November 2019 UPDATE:Ive lowered my original review down to 1 star. We had just started looking for a countertop for our master bath remodel. We stopped at DFW Stoneworks and Veronica immediately welcomed us and offered valuable information about their various quartz offerings. We had our floor and shower tile with us and Veronica had great advice about which colors/styles were optimal, along with how various lighting affects the look. We ended up finding a quartz color we love there! Veronica was extremely helpful and we highly recommend her for your countertop projects.

Love my new granite counter tops and backsplash. But the process to get there was not good. I usually do not write negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Construction project i understand. And any one of these delays would be expected, but all combined together was not acceptable. I was very dissatisfied with the apparent lack of customer service and attention to detail a project of this size and budget demands. They allegedly had a typo on my email despite it being correct on the sales order, so I missed a whole week of measurement opportunities. When they came to measure 7/16, Ryan had to go back to the shop and get a bigger laser due to size of my kitchen. Again they had estimated drawings, so not sure why they didnt have it with already. Updated measurements were received and revised agreement with new rate sent back July 20. Ryan advised 7.24 they hadnt seen my revised agreement. Re-sent the email and expressed dissatisfaction to him. Counter top install date set for 8.8 and was told 2 days, with backsplash running into the 3rd day. Counter tops went great. The backsplash was a problem. I picked several colors that were presented as all 3x6. One was 3x12, and another was 3.25x6 so slightly larger, and thinner than the rest. That lead me to believe there was ZERO quality checks on this between 6.30 and 8.10. Not ok. Had to go back to show room 8.13 and pick new backsplash, further delaying completion. After selection I was told they didnt have in stock and would have to order. 8/20 was the new date for backsplash install. So I had to arrange a 4th day off work on what should have been 3 days. The gentleman arrived at 12:45 and left at 17:15. That was unacceptable. 8 hrs off work, and only 4 hrs of labor that day. Email was sent on 8.21 further expressing my displeasure. No response from Ryan or team. I asked them to finish on Saturday which they said normally do not do. But they agreed. He arrived Saturday at 09:50 and stayed til 20:30. Did not finish. He came back Sunday at 11:15 and stayed til 22:00. Did not finish. He came back Monday 8.27 from 1800 - 2200 to finally complete. At no point during the weekend work did anyone from the office call and check on me to make sure the work was being done and if I was satisfied. At the end of the work when payment was due I asked for $360 discount on the final bill of $9300 and Ryan would not accommodate. He offered $225 and said if I took it I could not write this post. As you can see that didnt happen. It appears they needed that $140 more than partially satisfying an unhappy customer. We put our deposit June 30 and work was finally completed Aug 27th. During this time, any sort of proactive approach from the office could have helped me feel more satisfied. I would not recommend this firm for any future work.

Our countertops turned out beautifully. They have a great selection at the showroom, but have other options available through local stone yards. Grant provided great sales service. Ryan came out for the measurements using state of the art equipment. Our kitchen is on the 2nd floor so it was a team effort to get the slabs upstairs. Grant and Stephanie made sure the installation was seamless.

My kitchen looks great! Before it was super dark and looked a bit small. But now its lighter and looks more spacious. The installers worked very hard and we very professional. It was very nice that Danielle called me towards the end of the installation to check on how I liked the progress so far! Dee was a big help in making my kitchen look great!

I shopped around for weeks looking quartz, maybe 12 places in total. The value coupled with the quality from DFW StoneWorks stood above the rest. Ericka was my designer and helped like no other everywhere I shopped. Thank you for the education on quartz’s and I love my installation and the finished product. So happy!

I just gave them one star. I took my time yesterday and wrote down here exactly what they( lady named Erika) did to me. Then my true review already got deleted! Lol. They gave me over $20k estimate for my kitchen by over calculating sf, and adding fee for sealers on quartz! (Quartz don’t need to be sealed!) I got $10k-$12k estimates from few other contractors. Let’s see if this 2nd review get deleted by someone again. Shame on them. They are ripping off people big time. Won’t recommend to anyone!

After 16 month kitchen sink fell out. Due to improper install they came out after 2 weeks with not kitchen water or dishwasher and installed the same Mickey Mouse way. Put 2x1 to prop up sink. No silicone around sink
