I have driven by there for years, so I know its a stable company.When I returned after a week to arrange for them to order & install the floor. He let me take the big sample piece home to see how it looked & he came by to measure the room the very next day!I paid half down. His assistant called the next day to schedule install for the next week. He came by the day after to deliver it so it could acclimatize for a week.UPDATE: WOW! WOW!WOW!These guys are on the ball. Before this floor, weve had four floors put in by four different companies and all of them were awful in one way or another. After getting our stimulus money, we decided to go as local as possible in investing it in a new tile floor and found Draper Floors. And we are so glad we did! Mr. Draper handled all the ordering and selection hands-on with us, and his crew of installers did a perfect job installing the floor. Minimal mess and dust (spoken by someone who is still vacuuming dust out of my clothes from a previous tile job three years ago). If you want some real old-fashioned, neighborly service, please do business with this company.

I visited about 5 to 6 flooring companies over many months to get an idea of what I would need to do to re-tile my bath shower surround and floors. After tearing out the surround and floor, I found myself in need of professional help to choose the right colors and what type of flooring was trending. Weve recently had the pleasure of using Draper Floors services and we couldnt be more happy. Being a working class family, with not a whole lot of extra to work with, finding a reliable, affordable floor company was really important to us. We researched a few places beforehand were not all that impressed. But from the moment we met Mr. Tim we knew we found our company! We had Draper floors install Bruce engineered hardwood floors in three rooms and entry way and they did a great job! We ended up picking them because they had a good reviews online, it was the easiest to communicate with of all the people we talked to, and the price was competitive.They were able to match our current wood floors in our kitchen and dining room pretty closely, and the finished product was nice. We were very concerned about dust and smell. They did a great job with keeping the dust to a minimum and cleaned up perfectly.Overall, I would be happy to recommended them to friends, and will use them in the future for wood floor installation. We used Draper Flooring in summer of 2017 when our contractor took off with our money. We went in the store and met Tim and his wife and instantly knew we would use them. The installers were great, on time and everything was professional. We had a few issues with the carpet and some vinyl edging, but Tim came out and made everything right each time. I went in (without a lot of time) to get an idea of pricing. When I was asking about the installation price breakdown, Mr. Draper started to mansplain what floating a floor entailed (why it was so expensive). I interrupted to tell him I knew what floating was, having been a tile installer in the past (I just needed to understand his pricing and was in a bit of a hurry). He next said, Wow, You just know everything, dont you? If you could be quiet, you just might learn something. I was a shocked; he was so boldly patronizing. Obviously I turned to leave without another word, but he wasnt done! I heard him sneeringly yell BYE as the door shut behind me. Unfortunately, I wouldnt trust this gentleman to be respectful to women without someone there to hold him accountable.

I then called Draper Floors because of their great reviews on Yelp, and was immeditaly told no job is too small for us. They promptly scheduled a visit to my home, measured my bedroom, and gave me a quote. The installation was timely and of exceptional quality. I love my new carpet! Tim and Shannon were awesome to work with, very knowlegable, and unusually kind (a rarity these days). When I recarpet or re-floor my next room or my next home, my first call will be to Draper Floors.
