The folks at Pearle are very customer oriented. Nice to see that customer service is still around!

Service is normal to fast, didnt seem to have way too many patients scheduled so doctor takes his time with you and discusses concerns, very nice and friendly doctor as well as staff.

When I explained my issues, they knew exactly what I was talking about! They were all very professional and concerned about my needs! They are awesome

Eye doctor went through every important details about my eyes. Great information. One when you are driving, clean your windshield to have a better view at night. That will clear some of your blare view. 😆

I have always had good experiences at Pearle Vision in Carrollton. The services is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr McKelvey was top notch, no complaints with the exam. The office staff when I went back to pickup my glasses is where the problem started. This is the third year and third pair of glasses that I have purchased from this store, so I have had good luck with them in the past. This years prescription was not even close to allowing me to see effectively. I was told this is your prescription and we are not making you another pair of glasses. I promptly ask for a full refund and left. Buyer beware if you visit this store.

Went in 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment, and they made an appointment for today. Went in, and they told us that our insurance doesnt renew until 8 days from today. I asked them why they didnt confirm the insurance beforehand. Keep in mind, I have had the same insurance for 5 years. Very dissatisfied with the unprofessional way they handled me. They wasted my time, and list a day of work.

About the only affordable eyeglasses shop in Carrollton. Very slow. Expect to be here at least 2 hours

So, I haven’t had an eye exam in years. I went in expecting to be in and out until next year... but as it turns out my life changed I found out I needed glasses. I was amazed at how well The Dr. was and how down to earth he was. The fact that I could see much better and didn’t realize my Vision had worsened over the years. Life long customer. See you guys in a year.

They were wonderful with my 2 year old when he needed glasses. He has a lot of different issues and is not always good with strangers. But they didnt miss a beat and before we left he was smiling and didnt cry one time! I absolutely love them!!

Rhonda and the staff are always very helpful in picking out my glasses. They bring me from a solid 7 to a handsome 10.

Pearle Vision in Carrollton must treat its staff well. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. I wanted to replace lenses with an existing prescription, and with existing frames - both from another company. There was no problem in doing so, and the staff were happy to assist. There is not immediate, on-site service, so the product takes approximately a week to arrive, which is not bad for off-site. Thank you for the great customer care!

This place is great! They have been wonderful with my son who has terrible vision. We have been taking him there for 4 years and his vision is improving each year.

I have been going to Pearle Vision for the past few years and have been very pleased. The optometrist is very friendly as is the staff. They have always been very helpful.

After having the staff verify that they take my insurance (they took the account number and ran it through their system). I received a bill one month later for the eye exam and they will not return my prescription to get more contacts even though this is their fault.This is a scam. Bait and Switch! Absolute crooks! Stay away from this location I will not return and I urge you to do so as well.

I called this place and the lady that answered the phone could not tell me the price of the eye exam. Even if you were new employee, you should know with out having to put me on hold to find out. Will not be going here!

Was told over the phone that they could read my existing prescription from my glasses but refused to do so once I showed up. Insisting that I needed an eye exam, but they didnt even have an appointment available. Complete waste of time and your classic bait and switch. Get ya to come in then see what they can sell ya.
