I really have always loved the service here. So much that I now live in Uptown and I drive up here every time I have any eye issues or want an appointment. Absolutely 5 star service.

This was my first visit at Omnivision. I felt at ease during my exam everyone was explained to me. My exam results were explained by Dr. Nguyen. I was so impressed with him. He was very knowledgeable with all my eye issues. All lenses, frames and cost options were explained to me. I enjoyed my appointment. It was great!

Dr. Nguyen is legit. He is methodical, data-driven, and makes sure to take the time to explain things to patients. This was the best vision exam Ive had, and would recommend anyone to see him!

First time visiting OmniVision, I could not have had a better experience. Easy to set up my first appointment and add my medical history online. The service level from the staff was very high. Dr. Nguyen had a dry sense of humor that I appreciated. Very thorough exam, and the member of the staff that assisted in billing and fit for my new frames was very thorough and walked me through all of my options, what insurance covered and did not. I will be excited to pick up my new frames, and look forward to frequenting this office for my exams and glasses needs in the future.

This is both my teenagers first time wearing contact lenses and I literally got emotional because it’s been a super long time since I felt this type of care at any type of doctor visit. Love this place and the people in it!!! Thank you!!!

Outstanding! I have used Omnivision for years and have always been pleased with my service.I unfortunately moved out of town but I’m still able to go back for my exam with them. A few days ago, I noticed a major change in one of my eyes. Knowing it was nearing the end of the work day, I called the office, spoke with Douglas and he took time with me and explained to me that he was going to notify the dr. and someone would call me back. It wasn’t very long before I was called back and asked more question and then the dr.’s consulted again. I received another call back from the doctor and was scheduled for an appointment the following day.Very caring office! From office staff to doctors, FANTASTIC!

This was my first visit and I have to say it went very well. As a new patient they were very good at making me feel welcome and truly making sure I was taken care of from my eye exam till the time I got out of the door. They were good about making sure all my questions were answered. I had a great exciting.

The tech that performed my vision tests was very nice , my doctor was the best , he was very thorough and explained what condition my eyes are in very clearly . Dr. Bui goes through all aspects of the exam and is very knowleageble. The team also helped me with contact lenses and with ordering my new prescription glasses. Prices were within my expectations. Great experience from the front desk to getting fitted with frames. Dr Bui and Dr Nguyen are both great. They take the time to provide explanations and answer questions. The front desk staff and assistants are friendly and professional.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with the front desk and did not get to see the doctor there. They said they had called me to confirm the appointment and since they didnt get my confirmation, they cancelled it. I didnt receive a call or voice mail. I dont think the front desk was lying, but I did not receive any call from them. I understand these things happen, but its not my fault and its probably not their fault either. Unfortunately, I took sick hours to take care of my appt. I was more upset about the condescending tone they used with me. I found the front desk unprofessional. The worst part the experience is that they ran my insurance anyway, so when I went down the street to another doctor (with much more professional staff) it turns out Omnivision Eye Care ran my insurance. The second place I went to advised me how to get that resolved. The insurance company confirmed that Omnivision EyeCare ran my card. This is fraud, basically. The new place worked me into her schedule right away and I was able to get glasses, contacts, and my RX all in one shot. I would have liked to speak to the doctor at Omnivision Eye Care before writing this review, but clearly I will not get that opportunity.

I cant speak to the quality of the exam yet, but the front desk are incompetent. They dont know how to schedule. 3 separate people showed up for the same appointment. They were rude when I first spoke with them. And now they dont have an opening for two weeks! Ill have to hope my broken glasses hold up, seeing as how I literally cant go anywhere without them. They really need to get their staff figured out. I work in social services, Ive done scheduling. It shouldnt be that complicated of a job function. Find better receptionists!

I decided to come here since I needed an adjustment on my glasses. I came here because I was in a hurry and could not go to my usual spot. Everybody was so friendly and they were able to adjust them super fast and for free!! I will definitely try this eye care next time I need an exam and new glasses!!

A problem was discovered but doctor has sent me to a specialist. Many frames to choose from. Knowing you have someone who knows what they are doing is comforting. I had the privilege of meeting both Dr. Bui and Dr. Nguyen and feel at ease knowing they care about my vision. The time spent with them and hearing their feedback from my exams was well appreciated. Eric who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional . Eric would not take time to explain why contact lens examine cost extra 92 dollars on top of regular examine of 112 dollars. Total 204 ..for an eye examine.. I know time for harsh but wow..

I really liked the eye doctor and the staff was nice, but I waited an hour and a half total time on a day where I didn’t have the time to spare at all. I thought a contact was lost in my eye. I was trying to be patient since they took me with no notice the morning of (I called ahead) but that is ridiculous. It seemed to me like not everyone knew what they were doing but they were all very nice. Paulie was excellent and helpful she helped move the process along but I still would not go back.

I have been going here for a few years now and they are great. Dr. Bui gave me the best prescription for my contacts I’ve had in years. Sometimes in the past I could tell my prescription was too magnified or too weak. I have not had that issue since coming here. The prescriptions he gave me have just been perfect each time. I’ve also had an eye infection and they were able to see me same day, give me drops to stop the pain, and my eye healed very quickly within a few days. They even printed a coupon that saved me $30 on my prescription. The staff is also very nice. They’re always very polite and friendly. They seem to be knowledgeable in their jobs. I highly recommend Omnivision Eye Care.

I haven’t had an eyes exam in over four years and refused to wear my glasses because I was in denial about my vision. The Doctor and front desk staff helped me get over this little bump in the road, and helped me find glasses I’m comfortable wearing. I had a great experience this past weekend while having my daughters eyes examined. I loved that the office was open on a Saturday. It was nice and clean and Coffee was available even though it was a very short wait to be seen. There were many selections to choose from with a great sale. Kennisha was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning!

First visit was good fast forward 2nd year and when I questioned a charge all I got was attitude, I was only questioning a charge for my contact fitting when last year I wasn’t charged for the same exam?? The girl was very rude said she didn’t know the Dr wasn’t there so she was going to have someone call me back which no one ever did that was in January. Now I’m ordering my contacts I’m not planning on going back I just want to be done with this place and again when I question the amount the guy is not knowledgeable and has an attitude. After I paid I was in the middle of saying thank you the guy just hung up with out saying thank you bye nothing. Horrible horrible customer service, you’ll have good service if you don’t question them

As a person who didnt go to the eye doctor much previous to this I was a bit anxious about going, but Dr. Bui was very nice and thorough in his exam. I found I needed progressive lenses. (uggg!!!) The glasses came in quickly and the girl who helped me with fitting/adjustments was very sweet and took the time to explain that the glasses may take some time for me to adjust to. She gave me some helpful tips that can make the adjustment period easier. Due to a small glitch with the frames (they were my own frames I brought in) I am going to get another pair of glasses made, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make it right. I would certainly recommend them!

I had a poor experience at another place and came here and was blow blown away. They went above and beyond. Dr Bui spent a lot of time handling my special situation which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was friendly and thorough.

The staff here is very friendly and kind and most of all HELPFUL!!! They made sure we were taken care of properly and quickly!!! My fiancée needed new glasses and contacts and the old place we went to were not helpful and charged him for bull reasons so we went here instead and they are just so awesome!! Kanesha helped me pick glasses for the very first time. She couldnt have been more helpful. She helped me pick the perfect glasses for my face, keeping in mind my shape, color, and price preference. They also give a 20% discount on FIRST complete eye exams. I would absolutely recommend Omnivision to anyone!

I would highly recommend OmniVision eye care. The staff was very courteous and very attentive to my 13 year old daughters visit. They explained step by step what each test was for and what to expect. The Dr was very personable and knowledgeable. I will be going back there again for my eye exam.
